电子政务安全中的三网隔离技术及应用

本文介绍了电子政务中各种业务的安全性要求及相应的安全隔离技术,并结合宁波市电子政务的建设,描述了三网隔离技术的应用。     

期刊稿件网络采编系统的建立

《中国冶金》杂志社全面启用的科技期刊稿件采编系统是以Internet为载体，具有作者在线投稿、在线查询、上传校样、专家在线审理稿件、提交审稿意见、上传审改稿、编辑在线加工处理稿件等作用，完全实现了稿件从收稿到发稿的全程数字化管理，同时建立了数据齐全、操作简便的作者、审稿专家和稿件的数据库，改进了传统的操作方法和管理模式，提高了工作效率。杂志社采用该系统还可以进行网刊发布、管理以及期刊征订和发行处理。     

机场企业内部网络安全策略综合分析

针对企业内部网络系统结构的日趋复杂以及航空运输市场的不断发展,使得企业传统意义下的网络安全措施逐渐暴露出一些潜在的缺陷。为了弥补这些缺陷,在进行可行性分析论证以后,选择了加装防火墙、建立虚拟专用网等技术来保证网络系统的安全。实践证明,该网络安全策略在实际生产运行当中安全可靠、效果显著,同时也使机场企业内部网络系统的安全防范能力有所提升。     

Analysis of polarization plane rotation characteristic in 2D photonic crystal waveguide with chiral medium by condensed node spatial network

Using the photonic band gap in photonic crystals, the fundamental waveguide structures for the light wavelength range have been developed. Based on the fine structure of these many functional devices have been proposed by analytical or numerical simulation methods and the experiments of trial manufacture. In this paper, the treatment of chiral dielectric in the Condensed Node Spatial Network for the vector potential is explained, and we show the polarization plane rotation property in air‐hole and pillar type photonic crystal waveguide structures with the chiral medium substrate. Then, we show the fundamental advantage of the air‐hole type photonic crystal waveguide structure in application to a mode converter. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 浅谈下一代网络（NGN）

计算机网络的发展日新月异。下一代计算机网络（NGN）的探讨、研究已经成为当前的潮流。下一代网络是目前电信、互联网运营商和设备厂商都在讨论的热点技术，国内外许多网络运营商都在探讨，并正在或考虑建设试验网进行更深入的研究。本文介绍了NGN的定义、主要特点、分层结构和关键技术。     

网络条件下的资本一般及其逻辑推演——利益、规则与标准

通过对资本一般概念的分析，结合资本一般的运动功能论述，认为在经济全球化和网络条件下，资本增值属性必然导致对规则和标准的争夺与控制，标准战是资本一般在新的经济社会形态下发展的必然逻辑结果。     

Characteristics and classification of high-current fault arcs on distribution systems

When a fault occurs on transmission or distribution systems due to lightning or overvoltage, often an arc discharge occurs at the fault point. The arc discharge, which is caused by a fault current, has a high current, high temperature, strong light emission, etc., thus it sometimes causes heavy damages to electric power equipment. The arc discharge is influenced by the conditions around the arcs, i.e., gas, insulation materials, gap length, weather, etc. Also, the arc voltage along the arc column indicates the characteristics of the arc. If the voltage waveforms of the arcs caused by the fault on transmission or distribution systems are classified, it is possible to find the location and the equipment where the fault occurred. In this paper, the arc voltage data in 6-kV class XLPE cables and 6-kV class overhead lines are analyzed and an artificial neural network method is applied to classify the arc voltage waveforms. The results obtained from the six artificial neural networks developed show that the artificial neural network method is effective for classification of arc voltage waveforms if adequate input parameters are selected.     

Identification environment and robust forecasting for nonlinear time series

In this paper, the methods of time series for nonlinearity are briefly surveyed, with particular attention paid to a new test design based on a neural network specification. The proposed integrated expert system contains two main components: an identification environment and a robust forecasting design. The identification environment can be viewed as a integrated dynamic design in which cognitive capabilities arise as a direct consequence of their self-organizational properties. The integrated framework used for discussing the similarities and differences in the nonlinear time series behavior is presented. Moreover, its performance in prediction proves to be superior than the former work. For the investigation of robust forecasting, we perform a simulation study to demonstrate the applicability and the forecasting performance.     

广义de Bruijn多计算机互连网络

（ｄ，ｍ）ｄｅ Ｂｒｕｉｊｎ多计算机系统互连网络限制网络的规模必须为ｄ＾ｍ。本文把（ｄ，ｍ）ｄｅ Ｂｒｕｉｊｎ网络推广到了任意顶点情形，提出了广义ｄｅ Ｂｒｕｉｊｎ网络，研究了广义ｄｅ Ｂｒｕｉｊｎ网络的自路由性质，设计了路由算法，研究了广义ｄｅ Ｂｒｕｉｊｎ网络顶点度的性质和容错特性。     

层次式级联多网络模型及其性能

本文提出了一种层次式级联多网络结构，论述了其训练算法，并验证了该结构的收敛性。这种结构在处理高阶非线性分布数据的分类问题方面具有优良的性能，用北京谱仪事例过滤进行性能测试结果表明，其训练和泛化性能都优于单个ＢＰ网络。
