广义零样本学习通常利用在ImageNet上预训练的深度模型来提取相应的视觉特征,然而预训练模型提取到的视觉特征不可避免地包含和语义无关的信息,这将导致语义—视觉对齐的偏差以及对不可见类的负迁移,从而影响分类结果。为解决上述问题,提出了视觉特征对比解耦的广义零样本学习模型(visual feature contrast decoupling for generalized zero-shot learning, VFCD-GZSL),通过解耦出视觉特征中的语义相关表示来降低冗余信息对分类结果的影响。具体来说,首先用条件变分自编码器生成不可见类的视觉特征。然后通过解耦模块将视觉特征解耦语义相关和语义无关的潜层表示,同时添加总相关惩罚和对比损失来鼓励两者间的相互独立,并用语义关系匹配模型衡量其语义一致性,从而指导模型学习语义相关表示。最后使用特征细化模块细化后的特征和语义相关表示联合学习一个广义零样本学习分类器。在四个数据集上的实验均取得较优的结果,证实了所提方法的有效性。 相似文献

Choosing an appropriate control scheme to alleviate nonlinearities and uncertainties is not a trivial task, especially when models are not easily available and practical evaluation provides the only means for actual performance assessment. Various factors can contribute to these nonlinearities and uncertainties, such as friction and stiction. Thus, this article investigates four different control schemes, namely PID, adaptive, conventional sliding mode control (SMC) and integral sliding mode control (ISMC) which are implemented in the Bristol Elumotion Robot Hand (BERUL) to analyse and overcome the aforementioned problems. The hand has five fingers with 16 joints and all fingers are underactuated. The implementation of the proposed control schemes are challenging since the BERUL fingers have significant friction, stiction and unknown parameters. The fingers are light in weight and fragile. Comparative performance characteristics have shown that the ISMC is the most suitable candidate to provide good experimental trajectory following and positioning control for underactuated BERUL fingers. 相似文献

We consider the minimization over probability measures of the expected value of a random variable, regularized by relative entropy with respect to a given probability distribution. In the general setting we provide a complete characterization of the situations in which a finite optimal value exists and the situations in which a minimizing probability distribution exists. Specializing to the case where the underlying probability distribution is Wiener measure, we characterize finite relative entropy changes of measure in terms of square integrability of the corresponding change of drift. For the optimal change of measure for the relative entropy weighted optimization, an expression involving the Malliavin derivative of the cost random variable is derived. The theory is illustrated by its application to several examples, including the case where the cost variable is the maximum of a standard Brownian motion over a finite time horizon. For this example we obtain an exact optimal drift, as well as an approximation of the optimal drift through a Monte-Carlo algorithm. 相似文献

This paper deals with a class of fuzzy stochastic differential equations (FSDEs) driven by a continuous local martingale under the Lipschitzian condition. Such equations can be useful in modeling hybrid systems, where the phenomena are simultaneously subjected to two kinds of uncertainties: randomness and fuzziness. The solutions of the FSDEs are the fuzzy stochastic processes, and their uniqueness is considered to be in a strong sense. Thus, the existence and uniqueness of solutions to the FSDEs under the Lipschitzian condition is first proven. Moreover, some asymptotic properties of the solutions to the FSDEs are investigated. Modelling trees according to desired shapes is important for many applications. Despite numerous methods having been proposed in tree modelling, it is still a non‐trivial task and challenging. In this paper, we present a new variational computing approach for generating realistic trees in specific shapes. Instead of directly modelling trees from symbolic rules, we formulate the tree modelling as an optimization process, in which a variational cost function is iteratively minimized. This cost function measures the difference between the guidance shape and the target tree crown. In addition, to faithfully capture the branch structure of trees, several botanical factors, including the minimum total branches volume and spatial branches patterns, are considered in the optimization to guide the tree modelling process. We demonstrate that our approach is applicable to generate trees with different shapes, from interactive design and complex polygonal meshes. 相似文献

A metric of the 3D image quality of autostereoscopic displays based on optical measurements is proposed. This metric uses each view's luminance contrast, which is defined as the ratio of maximum luminance at each viewing position to total luminance at that position. Conventional metrics of the autostereoscopic display based on crosstalk, which uses “wanted” and “unwanted” lights. However, in case of the multiple‐views‐type autostereoscopic displays, it is difficult to distinguish exactly which lights are wanted lights and which are unwanted lights. This paper assumes that the wanted light has a maximum luminance at the good stereoscopic viewing position, and the unwanted light also has a maximum luminance at the worst pseudo‐stereoscopic viewing position. By using the maximum luminance that is indexed by view number of the autostereoscopic display, the proposed method enables characterizing stereoscopic viewing conditions without using wanted/unwanted light. A 3D image quality metric called “stereo luminance contrast,” the average of both eyes' contrast, is proposed. The effectiveness of the proposed metric is confirmed by the results of optical measurement analyses of different types of autostereoscopic displays, such as the two‐view, scan‐backlight, multi‐view, and integral. 相似文献

针对道路监控视频中特定车辆图像序列的关键帧提取问题,在运动对象检测的基础上,提出一种关键帧提取方法。将积分通道特征和面积特征作为图像特征描述子,结合Ada Boost训练分类器,实现道路监控视频车辆序列图像中关键帧的提取。通过运动对象前景检测技术获得出现在监控区域的运动车辆最小外接矩形图像序列,选择满足监控分析需求(车牌清晰度高,能判断车型)的若干帧作为正样本,其他不满足监控分析需求的作为负样本,提取样本图像的面积特征和积分通道特征,利用Ada Boost方法训练得到一个分类器,使用Ada Boost分类器对测试样本进行分类,根据打分规则提取关键帧。实验结果表明,该方法能提取运动车辆从进入到离开监控区域的序列图像帧中最清晰的图像,实现道路车辆监控视频分析数据的有效压缩。 相似文献
