Evaluation of four steering wheels to determine driver hand placement in a static environment

While much research exists on occupant packaging both proprietary and in the literature, more detailed research regarding user preferences for subjective ratings of steering wheel designs is sparse in published literature. This study aimed to explore the driver interactions with production steering wheels in four vehicles by using anthropometric data, driver hand placement, and driver grip design preferences for Generation-Y and Baby Boomers. In this study, participants selected their preferred grip diameter, responded to a series of questions about the steering wheel grip as they sat in four vehicles, and rank ordered their preferred grip design. Thirty-two male participants (16 Baby Boomers between ages 47 and 65 and 16 Generation-Y between ages 18 and 29) participated in the study. Drivers demonstrated different gripping behavior between vehicles and between groups. Recommendations for future work in steering wheel grip design and naturalistic driver hand positioning are discussed.     

聚氨酯橡胶摩擦轮有限元及疲劳寿命分析

针对汽车滑板输送机聚氨酯橡胶摩擦轮的开裂问题,对摩擦轮与滑板之间的相互作用进行预压紧力和接触摩擦驱动有限元分析,获得摩擦轮的应力和变形分布等结果.在获得摩擦轮周向应力分布的基础上,根据疲劳裂纹扩展公式对聚氨酯橡胶部分进行疲劳寿命分析,验证是否满足设计要求.分析过程和结果能为聚氨酯橡胶摩擦轮的详细设计提供参考.     

刹车盘结构对车轮及整车流场的影响

为研究车轮刹车盘结构对旋转车轮和整车流场气动特性的影响,针对是否存在刹车盘两种情况分别建立等比例模型,采用可实现的k-ε两方程模型计算,对比分析气动升、阻力因数,表面压力因数及整体与局部流场,发现刹车盘结构在简化车体上对车轮局部和整车流场都具有突出影响,指出在整车气动特性模拟中刹车盘存在的必要性.进一步进行计算模型选择的研究,发现旋转壁面模型与多坐标参考系(Multiple Reference Frame,MRF)模型对旋转车轮的流场特性模拟结果有差异,在近车轮区域表现尤为明显.     

滑坡面位移特征及其应用

论述了滑坡坡面位移特征，提出了根据坡面位移矢量确定滑坡滑动面、预报滑坡发生时间的原理和方法。

四轮定位对汽车的正常行驶起着十分重要的作用。对汽车四轮定位参数进行检测和调整,不仅能确保汽车的正常行驶,还能延长轮胎的使用寿命,同时节省油耗。重点研究了汽车四轮定位的检测方法和调整技术。     

EXTRUSION AND LUBRICATION FLOWS OF VISCOPLASTIC FLUIDS WITH WALL SLIP

The simplest model flow which approximates the extrusion (shallow screw channels) and lubrication flow is the steady, laminar flow occurring between two infinitely long parallel plates i.e., the generalized plane Couette flow. Here we develop an analytical model of the generalized plane Couette flow of viscoplastic fluids. The deformation and flow behavior of viscoplastic fluids can be realistically represented with the Herschel-Bulkley constitutive equation, which we have utilized as the basis for the development of our analytical model. Furthermore, as also demonstrated here, the deformation behavior of viscoplastic fluids is generally complicated by the presence of wall slip at solid walls, which occurs as a function of the wall shear stress. The wall slip versus the wall shear stress behavior of viscoplastic fluids can be experimentally characterized using viscomelric flows, including steady torsional and capillary flows. Thus determined Navier's wall slip coefficient can then be utilized in modeling of processing flows. In our analytical model of the generalized plane Couette flow of viscoplastic fluids the Navier's wall slip boundary condition was included. This model should be an important engineering tool, which provides design expressions for the extrusion and lubrication flows of viscoplastic fluids, with or without wall slip occurring at the walls. @KEYWORDS:Extrusion, lubrication, flow, viscoplastic, slip.     

卵磷脂改善泥浆性能的研究

研究了卵磷脂改善泥浆性能的作用。通过在一定含水量的泥浆中，比较加入卵磷脂前与加入卵磷脂后的泥浆性能，以及比较加入不同系列型号的卵磷脂问的泥浆性能，得到卵磷脂对泥浆性能的影响，从而优化出改善泥料性能的卵磷脂的种类与用量。

负重轮轴承的可靠度直接影响到履带式自行火炮的机动性能。综合考虑轴承在制造和使用过程中的各种因素,结合自行火炮的典型任务剖面,运用模糊数学和可靠性理论,对某型履带式自行火炮负重轮轴承的可靠度进行了分析。     

Estimation of Vehicle Speed Based on Wheel Speeds from ASR System in Four-Wheel Drive Vehicles

Three major methods currently in the use of determining vehicle speed based on wheel speeds,the minimum wheel speed,minimum wheel speed corrected by slope method and the Kalman filter method,are analyzed,with merits and defects of each approach stated. Through simulations,the Kalman filter method based on minimum wheel speed shows improved accuracy,in addition to better adaptivity to vehicle reference speed. It also can be used to acceleration ship regulation (ASR) in part-time four-wheel drive vehicles.

对风力发电机组风力机的重要部件风轮进行了仿真分析和研究.首先进行风速的模拟,然后在数学模型的基础上建立风轮Matlab仿真模型.风轮仿真分析分别按照空载和负载情况进行,得出并分析不同风速下的风轮功率、转矩、转速曲线,进而分析了风速突变情况下的风轮输出特性.
