利用数据中心构建数字化钻井施工模式

世界石油钻井技术不断向信息化、智能化方向发展,为适应钻井技术的发展,构建了数字化钻井施工模式框架。从井场信息采集设施、井场网络环境、井场信息采集处理软件、井场工程监测软件等方面阐述了数字化钻井队的构建方法,从钻井数据库设计、数据流向及数据加载、数据发布等方面阐述了钻井数据中心的构成,从钻井设计系统、钻井远程监测系统、井眼轨迹控制系统以及专家系统等方面描述了钻井辅助决策平台主要功能。除了理论研究之外,还简要介绍了研究成果在现场的应用情况。这些研究成果是国内"数字油田"建设的基础,必将促进钻井行业的信息技术发展。     

Wear resistance of plasma coatings for a constant work of friction

We analyze the wear resistance of plasma coatings for a constant work of friction. The dependences of the wear resistance of the coatings are obtained for a broad range of loading conditions. It is shown that the minimum sensitivity to loading conditions is exhibited by the molybdenum coatings. It is also established that the wear resistance of the coatings decreases as the amplitude of displacements increases and the cyclic frequency of the tests decreases due to the intensification of fatigue processes on the surfaces. 由于管理基础工作薄弱，我国很多企业流程再造的努力未获成功。基于企业流程再造与工作研究之间的对比分析，文章提出了运用工作研究领域内的有关理论、经验、方法和工具来帮助我国企业开展流程再造。     

Forecasting Capillary Characteristics for Aluminum Nitride Ceramic ― Liquid Metal Systems

A test has been devised that allows one to determine the work of adhesion and wettability in a system composed of aluminum nitride ceramics with a liquid metal without the need for experimental examination. A correlation is examined between the work of adhesion on the one hand and that criteria or others on the other that have been proposed by various researchers. Forecasts are made for the work of adhesion and wetting angle for a series of metals that have not been examined previously. An experimental check has been made on the forecast adhesion activity for some elements.     

Review of Counseling and psychotherapy of work dysfunctions.

Reviews the book, Counseling and psychotherapy of work dysfunctions by Rodney L. Lowman (see record 1993-98413-000). Dr. Lowman's book on work dysfunctions serves as a seminal product for further understanding a much-neglected component of the lives of the many men and women who seek psychological assistance in working through issues around their employment. The book conveys in a well-written, sometimes humorous, style that "work is a natural part of living, and the issues it raises are important parts of character." The overall impression is that of a well-thought-out and most readable book. There is no doubt in this reviewer's mind that it will become essential reading for psychologists, social workers, family therapists, and graduate students who are becoming increasingly involved in this field of study. What this reviewer found very helpful was the clarity of presentation of the assessment techniques as well as the amply illustrated intervention modules that may be utilized. To this reviewer, there is no doubt that this is one area for psychologists' contributions in the future--the work area. 液动旋冲接头冲击功测试方法研究

液动旋冲接头性能参数是旋冲接头设计的主要依据之一，如何对液动旋冲接头的参数进行检测是非常重要的工作。在分析和比较了测试液动旋冲接头性能参数各种方法的基础上，选择了冲击力法来进行破岩液动旋冲接头的性能参数测试，以YD系列测力传感器为检测元件，建立了一套比较完善的自动检测系统。分析了影响单次冲击功测试的因素，得出了测试旋冲接头的性能参数的影响规律。     

一种适合协同工作系统的安全认证方案

针对网络化协同工作系统的安全认证需求，综合应用Kerberos协议、X．509证书和口令认证技术，借鉴PKI的思想，设计了一种适合网络化协同工作系统的灵活而易于扩展的安全认证方案。这个方案能够保证证书的安全分发，满足网络化协同工作系统对分散、动态的用户安全身份认证的要求。     

A survey of CSCW systems

Over the last decade, computer supported cooperative work (CSCW) has emerged as an identifiable research area that focuses on the role of the computer in group work. CSCW is a generic term which combines the understanding of the nature of group working with the enabling technologies of computer networking, systems support and applications. The paper examines the classes of system which have emerged to support cooperative working. A framework for characterising and describing CSCW systems is presented and four major classes of cooperative system identified. Each of these classes of cooperative system are examined highlighting their general characteristics and applicability to CSCW.
