协同作战能力简析

协同作战能力(CEC)是一种充分利用网络技术的新型海岸防空技术，给系统的作战能力带来了革命性的交破。本文对协同作战能力的产生、功能、组成以及未来的发展趋势作了详细的介绍，阐述了CEC系统的总体设计思想。在此基础上，将CEC系统与传统的作战系统的性能和设计思想在各方面进行了比较，交出了CEC系统各方面的优越性能。协同作战能力是现代和未来作战系统的发展方向，CEC系统的发展必将成为衡量各国国防科技现代化的重要指标。     

Nonreactive atom/molecule-surface scattering within the finite basis wave packet method

A quantum wave packet code for studying nonreactive scattering of closed-shell atoms or diatomic molecules from a rigid surface is described. The time evolution relies on the Chebychev propagator. Up to 5 collider degrees of freedom, 3 in translation and 2 in rotation, are treated in a pseudospectral way with the momentum or finite basis representation as the primary space. Potential matrix elements are efficiently evaluated by means of sequential 1D transformations between momentum and coordinate spaces. Fast Fourier transforms are performed for the translational and azimuthal coordinates whereas a Gauss-Legendre transform is used for the polar coordinate. This pseudospectral strategy minimizes memory requirements because no off-diagonal Hamiltonian matrix elements need to be stored. In addition, a wide variety of physical systems can be studied since no particular functional form is imposed for the interaction potential.     

Dynamic Multicast Session Provisioning in WDM Optical Networks with Sparse Splitting Capability

In this work, we study dynamic provisioning of multicast sessions in a wavelength-routed sparse splitting capable WDM network with an arbitrary mesh topology where the network consists of nodes with full, partial, or no wavelength conversion capabilities and a node can be a tap-and-continue (TaC) node or a splitting and delivery (SaD) node. The objectives are to minimize the network resources in terms of wavelength-links used by each session and to reduce the multicast session blocking probability. The problem is to route the multicast session from each source to the members of every multicast session, and to assign an appropriate wavelength to each link used by the session. We propose an efficient online algorithm for dynamic multicast session provisioning. To evaluate the proposed algorithm, we apply the integer linear programming (ILP) optimization tool on a per multicast session basis to solve off-line the optimal routing and wavelength assignment given a multicast session and the current network topology as well as its residual network resource information. We formulate the per session multicast routing and wavelength assignment problem as an ILP. With this ILP formulation, the multicast session blocking probability or success probability can then be estimated based on solving a series of ILPs off-line. We have evaluated the effectiveness of the proposed online algorithm via simulation in terms of session blocking probability and network resources used by a session. Simulation results indicate that our proposed computationally efficient online algorithm performs well even when a fraction of the nodes are SaD nodes.

Testing multi-characteristic product capability indices

Recently, studies associated with testing the quality and performance of each process for a product with multi-characteristics are proposed more often. However, most studies are limited to discussing one single type of quality characteristic. Practically, a multi-characteristic product is potentially composed of three types: smaller-the-better, larger-the-better, and nominal-the-best. In this paper, we propose an integrated product capability index which considers these three different types of quality characteristics. According to the theory of testing hypothesis, we develop a testing procedure for the product capability index to judge whether the process capabilities of total quality characteristics meet the customers’ demands. In addition, the relationship between the product capability index and the yield of the entire product will be introduced. Finally, an example is provided as a practical application.

基于过程能力指数的刀具寿命研究

利用Glejser检验方法拟舍出刀具磨损过程残差模型，在此基础上，计算换刀时刻的过程能力指数，并且根据企业所要求的最低过程能力指数，计算刀具的质量寿命，提出将刀具的切削寿命和质量寿命结合起来进行换刀决策的方法。     

C pm MPPAC for manufacturing quality control applied to the precision voltage reference process

The multiprocess performance analysis chart (MPPAC) based on the process capability index C_pm, called C_pm MPPAC, is developed for analysing the manufacturing quality of a group of processes in a multiple process environment. The C_pm MPPAC conveys critical information of multiple processes regarding the departure of the process and process variability from one single chart. Existing research works on MPPAC are restricted to obtaining quality information from one single sample of each process ignoring sampling errors. The information provided from existing MPPAC charts, therefore, is unreliable and misleading and results in incorrect decisions. In this paper, we consider the natural estimator of C_pm based on multiple samples. Based on the natural estimator of C_pm, we consider the sampling errors by providing an explicit formula with the Matlab program to obtain the estimation accuracy of the C_pm. We tabulate the sampling accuracy of C_pm for sample size determination so that the engineers/practitioners can use it for their in-plant applications. An example of multiple precision voltage reference (PVR) processes is presented to illustrate the applicability of C_pm MPPAC for manufacturing quality control.
