溶胶—凝胶法制备有机改性硅酸盐的研究进展

综述了有机改性硅酸盐的溶胶－凝胶合成路线，并简要介绍它们的结构、性能及应用     

The influence of oleic acid on the hydration and mechanical properties of portland cement

To investigate the effects of OA on the portland cement using oleic acid （OA） as grinding aid and the effects of OA on the portland cement, we characterized the different perfermances of the cement, discussed the characteristics of properties. The results reveal that the OA can reduce the water requirement of normal consistency. With the content of OA added, setting time was extended. The OA can significantly improve the rheological properties of cement-based materials, while the compressive strength decreases.

高温高盐碎屑岩水平井硅酸盐化学深部堵水技术的研究与应用

受油藏条件和完井方式制约,塔河油田碎屑岩油藏水平井堵水成为制约油藏开发效果提高的重要难题。自2009年以来硅酸盐化学深部堵水试验取得重要突破,与前期堵水工艺相比,该工艺充分利用地层和堵剂选择性进行笼统堵水,不受完井条件制约,对底水具有深部转向作用。累计施工8井次,堵水有效率66．7％,累计增油7359t,具有广阔的研究和应用前景。

采用玄武岩为混合材试生产32.5级硅酸盐水泥

我厂水泥用户大多集中在黑龙江、四平、辽源等地及偏僻农村,水泥市场的发展趋势是从大工程向民用建筑方向转移,1997年的民用市场主要需求价格便宜的32.5级矿渣硅酸盐水泥及复合水泥。我们在附近的采矿区发现了用于铺油路面的玄武岩,取回了一部分用于物理及化学试验,拟采用玄武岩为混合材试生产32.5级硅酸盐水泥。1小磨试验情况1.1熟料、石膏、玄武岩的化学成分、物理性能熟料为大连天马水泥有限公司所生产的稳定性好优质熟料,其化学成分、率值、矿物组成见表1。玄武岩矿是由吉林省地矿勘探局试验室化验并确定的,是白垩时期以后形成的,外观呈…     

Effect of Minor Elements on Silicate Cement Clinker

The effect of rare-earth and HX addition agent on the burn-ability of silicate cement dinker was investigated by orthogonal experiment. The result shows, compared with blank sample, f CaO of the .samples added with rare-earth and HX agent drops by 84.95% , its 3 d and 28d compressive strength enhances by 24.40% and 16.90% , respectively. It was discovered by means of X-ray diffrnction and high temperature microscope analysis that sintering temperature of the sample added with rare-earth and HX addition agent is about 1320℃. At the same time, the tmrning temperature of triealeium silicate desends and its crystal growth forming- rate increases. Tricalcium silicate content in burning clinker is higher and its crystal is larger.
