We have isolated a mutant which exhibits partial constitutivity for a -specific gene expression in α cells. The wild-type gene was cloned and demonstrated to be allelic to the STE13 gene, which encodes the dipeptidyl aminopeptidase involved in processing of the α-factor prepropheromone. Thus, the mating defect of the ste13 mutations in α cells may result both from the production of incompletely processed α-factor and from the increased expression of a -specific genes. The STE13 open reading frame of 931 amino acids contains a putative membrane-spanning segment near its amino terminus and is 31% identical to a second yeast dipeptidyl aminopeptidase (DAP2). A null mutant of STE13 has been constructed: it is viable and sporulation-proficient. The sequence has been deposited in the GenBank data library under Accession Number L21944.  相似文献

N‐vinylcarbazole (NVC) was polymerized by 13X zeolite alone in melt (65°C) or in toluene (110°C) and a poly(N‐vinylcarbazole) (PNVC)‐13X composite was isolated. Composites of polypyrrole (PPY) and polyaniline(PANI) with 13X zeolite were prepared via polymerization of the respective monomers in the presence of dispersion of 13X zeolite in water (CuCl2 oxidant) and in CHCl3 (FeCl3 oxidant) at an ambient temperature. The composites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared analyses. Scanning electron microscopic analyses of various composites indicated the formation of lumpy aggregates of irregular sizes distinct from the morphology of unmodified 13X zeolite. X‐ray diffraction analysis revealed some typical differences between the various composites, depending upon the nature of the polymer incorporated. Thermogravimetric analyses revealed the stability order as: 13X‐zeolite > polymer‐13X‐zeolite > polymer. PNVC‐13X composite was essentially a nonconductor, while PPY‐13X and PANI‐13X composites showed direct current conductivity in the order of 10?4 S/cm in either system. However, the conductivity of PNVC‐ 13X composite could be improved to 10?5 and 10?6 S/cm by loading PPY and PANI, respectively. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 柴达木盆地北缘是柴达木盆地三大油气区之一,其源岩为早、中侏罗世煤系地层.烃源岩有机质类型以Ⅲ1型和Ⅱ型干酪根为主,Ⅰ2型干酪根仅在局部地区有分布.通过对柴达木盆地北缘侏罗系烃源岩中不同类型干酪根的13C核磁共振研究,指出了研究区Ⅰ2、Ⅱ、Ⅲ1型干酪根的化学结构特征以及化学结构中“芳构碳”、“油潜力碳”与“气潜力碳”的相对含量,据此从定量分析的角度对不同类型干酪根的生油气贡献作了评价.Ⅰ2、Ⅱ、Ⅲ1型干酪根的生烃能力依次减弱,对生油的贡献也依次减弱,且生成油气的比例不同,Ⅰ2、Ⅱ型干酪根以生油为主,Ⅲ1型干酪根则以生气为主.  相似文献

Corrosion-Electrochemical behavior of a commercial API5CT grade L80 type 13Cr tubing enriched with microalloying elements is studied in 6, 7.5, 9, 12 and 15% HCl solutions by electrochemical methods. The objective is to contribute to the comprehension of corrosion phenomena caused by HCl of similar concentrations, generally used in acidizing job. The corrosion morphology is examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) coupled with EDAX. The soluble corrosion products are analyzed by atomic absorption spectroscopy and colorimetric methods. General, as well as localized, corrosion is present. The severest general corrosion with a maximum rate of 26 mm/year is obtained at 15% HCl. The localized corrosion which morphologically differs as function of HCl concentrations is revealed by SEM investigation. In all the above HCl solutions, the commercial 13% Cr martensitic stainless steel tubing shows no passive state. Above 6% HCl, the microalloying elements promote forming a discontinuous film of the corrosion products. The corrosion rate slightly decreases in 15% HCl compared to the published data on a conventional 13% Cr martensitic stainless steel tubing. This is due to both the chemical composition (silicon, manganese and vanadium) and microstructural properties. Copper seems to additionally accelerate the corrosion of the alloy. 利用水冷铜模激光熔炼炉制得了由初生枝晶Cr3Si和枝晶间Cr3Si/Crl3Ni5Si2共晶组成的金属间化合物合金。利用OM,SEM,TEM,EDS和XRD分析了该金属间化合物的显微组织,在400℃,500℃和600℃条件下测试了其耐磨性能。结果表明,由于Cr3Si和Crl3NisSi2硬度高、原子键合力强、组织细小、均匀,在高温滑动磨损条件下具有优良的耐磨性能。  相似文献
