以超临界二氧化碳为溶媒,将偶氧苯分子插入到α-以及β-环糊精的分子环空洞中合成出了偶氧苯-环糊精纳米复合体。环糊精与偶氧苯的摩尔分子为1:1的混合物,放入压力30MPa、温度120℃的超临界装置中处理后,对其生成物采用红外、固体核磁共振、X-射线衍射、差热分析及化学元素分析等手段进行了分析,结果表明偶氧苯成功地插入到β-环糊精分子环空洞中形成了纳米复合体,而α-环式糊精与偶氮苯之间只是简单的物理混合物,没有形成纳米复合体。所得到的偶氮苯-β-环式糊精复合体具有通道式分子结构:二个β-环式糊精分子捕获一个偶氧苯分子,β-环式糊精的分子环空洞连成一个通道。偶氧苯插入到β-环式糊粉分子环空洞中后其热稳定性也得到大幅度提高。 相似文献

Measures of economic well‐being are often needed for geographically small areas, as economic indicators may be distributed unevenly among the subsets of relatively small regions. We consider small area estimation of average equivalized income. Disposable household income data are usually available only for a sample of households, typically too small to provide reliable estimates for small regions. We consider a small area estimation technique that is robust to outliers, produces results consistent with design weighted estimates obtained for larger areas and yield maps with approximately no shrinkage. The laser tracker has been used as the mainstream instrument for the position accuracy calibration of industrial robots for quite a long time. However, due to the complexity of the built-in dual-axis active servo tracking system, its cost is high and the target reflector has to adjust its pose frequently, so it cannot be popularized in the production and application sites of industrial robots. Based on this drawback, a 3D passive laser tracker (3DPLT) with high precision, simple structure, easy operation and low cost is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the overall structure of the system is designed, and its position error model based on the principle of spherical coordinate measurement and vector transfer method is established. Then, the error parameters are identified by experiments to formulate the error compensation model. Finally, the multi-pose and large-range spatial error compensation verification experiments of the system are carried out on a commercial coordinate measuring machine. The results show that the spatial volumetric errors of the 3DPLT can achieve within 40 μm after compensation with a good repeatability of ±4 μm. A comparison contouring test with a commercial ballbar is also carried out to validate its applicability of robot calibration. 相似文献

There is an urgent need to treat diabetes, and therefore, this work reports on a chitosan-built hydrogel functionalized by a glucose sensing moiety, which simulates pancreatic activity. The effect of external stimuli on various internal properties was investigated to establish the action of the hydrogel. The model drugs, fluorescein (D1) and rhodamine (D2), with a diol architecture, were investigated spectroscopically with 75.94% loading and 65.63% release. Consequently, a ligand to glucose ratio of 2:1 in comparison with a ligand to model drug ratio of 1:1 was addressed. We successfully synthesized 13X zeolite using a hydrothermal method. Then, composites of polyaniline (PANI) with 13X zeolite and PANI–13X with platinum were prepared by chemical oxidative polymerization and chemical reduction, respectively. Field emission scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy and Brunauer–Emmett–Teller techniques were used to characterize the PANI–Pt and PANI–Pt–13X composites. Further, the electrocatalytic activity towards methanol oxidation of the synthesized catalysts was explored using cyclic voltammetry in 1 mol L?1 CH3OH + 0.5 mol L?1 H2SO4 solution. From the obtained results, PANI–Pt–13X shows superior performance compared to PANI–Pt towards methanol oxidation and electrical conductivity. Hence, the 13X zeolite‐incorporated PANI–Pt composite could be an efficient catalyst for direct methanol fuel cell applications. © 2019 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

Abstract Atmospheric air contains various trace impurities which include oxides of nitrogen, carbon, sulphur, and light hydrocarbons. Prior to cryogenic distillation of air to produce oxygen, nitrogen, and argon, these trace impurities have to be removed since many of these compounds constitute a safety hazard in the plant. In this study, adsorption has been considered for their removal and adsorption behavior of ethylene, acetylene, nitrous oxide, acetonitrile, methyl tert-butyl ether, methyl sulfoxide, dimethyl sulfoxide, and methanol have been studied in the Henry's Law low concentration region with several different adsorbents. Adsorption equilibrium parameters have been determined with samples of Alcan pure alumina, Alcan alumina/13X composites Actiguard 600/650PC, CABSORB Chabazite, Ceca13X, and Clinoptilolite by using the concentration pulse chromatographic technique. A primary Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) method was developed to determine the hydroxyl value (OHV) of polyols produced from edible oils. The method is a modification of American Society for Testing and Materials 1899‐08, using toluene as the solvent to dissolve the sample and to carry the reactive reagent p‐toluenesulfonyl isocyanate (TSI). TSI reacts with OH groups to produce a carbamate, a functional group that can be measured spectrally between ~1780 and 1690 cm?1 in the differential spectrum that is obtained from spectra collected before and after the reaction. Commercially available 1‐nonanol, which has a defined OHV, is used to develop a calibration. The OHV for a variety of 1° and 2° alcohols, as well as petrochemical and lipid‐based polyols, were then measured to evaluate the performance of the method and to assess the effects of moisture on the results. The FTIR OHV were in accord with the results obtained by AOCS method Cd 13‐60 and were demonstrated to be unaffected by the presence of moisture in the sample. The new TSI‐FTIR method is simpler, much faster (~10 min), and more reproducible and accurate than the AOCS OHV titrimetric methods and is not affected by carboxylic acids, amines or moisture. 相似文献
