基于MAXWELL2D静磁场分析的特种电机教学

特种电机应用越来越广泛,已成为“电机学”教学的重要内容,其结构和磁场分布不同于传统同步电机,是“电机学”教学的难点之一。本文以永磁电机为例,探讨了MAXWELL2D建模实现电机旋转结构动画显示的方法,并利用MAXWELL2D对永磁电机进行静磁场有限元分析,直观呈现电机内磁场分布特点,便于学生理解和接受特种电机的结构和原理。本文方法对于其他特种电机的教学具有参考价值。     

Growth and dielectric properties of Ta_2O_5 single crystals grown by laser heated pedestal growth technique

Ta2O5 single crystals have been grown by the laser heated pedestal growth (LHPG) technique up to several centimeters length with diameter of 1.1 mm. The crystal, characterized by X-ray diffraction, dielectric measurement, and thermal expansion analysis, has Htri-Ta2O5 symmetry. Dielectric permittivity, loss tangent along [001] and [110] direction were investigated over the temperature range from -80 ℃ to 100 ℃. Large dielectric anisotropy in Ta2O5 single crystal was observed. At room temperature, the dielectric permittivities (1 MHz) along [001] and [110] are 33.2 and 231.9, respectively. The reason of dielectric enhancement in Ta2O5 crystal grown by LHPG was also discussed.     

EVALUATION OF MALTING QUALITY IN A BARLEY BREEDING PROGRAMME USE OF α-AMYLASE AND β-GLUCAN LEVLES IN MALT AS PRESELECTION TOOLS

Analysis according to the EBC protocol, immunological determination of a α-amylase and estimation of malt β-glucan using the Calcofluor-FIA method, were used to screen 327 barley breeding lines for malting quality. The results obtained with the α-amylase and β-glucan methods are highly correlated to the important malt quality paramters: extract yield and β-glucan content in the wort. It is recommended that either of the two methods, which are simple to perform are used as prescreening tools in breeding programmes for malting barley.

钽粉氧含量对其钽阳极漏电流的影响

在多年实践经验基础上，用氧含量Ｘ１（质量分数）０．２０％～０．３８％的四种钽粉，控制钽阳极中残余氧含量Ｘ２（质量分数）在０．０８％～０．２０％间，采用正交设计实验研究了对其漏电流的影响，并建立了漏电流峰值ＩＬ和Ｘ１、Ｘ２间的预示方程，描述了漏电流和钽粉氧含量（Ｘ１）、残余氧含量（Ｘ２）间的关系。随后，用预示方程讨论了钽中氧和钽阳极中残余氧对其漏电流的影响。

T(x) phase diagram of the Cu2Se-Al2Se3 system

Twenty alloys of various compositions in the Cu₂Se-Al₂Se₃ system were prepared and investigated. The T(x) phase diagram of the Cu₂Se-Al₂Se₃ system was obtained from x-ray diffraction, differential thermal analysis, and microstructure investigation for the first time. The homogeneity region of the CuAlSe₂ semiconducting compound was established. Previous articles by this author were presented with the spelling of his name as B.V. Korzun.     

Effects of processing variables on the Y2BaCuO5 size and magnetic properties of melt-processed YBa2Cu3Ox

Samples of YBa₂Cu₃O_x (123) with excess Y₂BaCuO₅ (211) in the molar ratio of 5:1 ( 123/211) were processed using the “solid liquid melt growth” (SLMG) technique. The effect of hold time above the peritectic on the magnetic properties was examined. Extended hold times above the peritectic during processing degrade the magnetic properties of SLMG processed 123. In SLMG 123, the very fine (>100 nm) 211 particles produced by this processing route are the primarymagnetic flux pinners. Extended hold periods reduce the number and/or coarsen the average size of these fine precipitates, resulting in a reduced magnetization. These results were compared to undoped Y123 processed by the more traditional melt texture growth (MTG). In MTG processing, extended hold times above the peritectic are found to result in improved magnetic behavior because of increased defect densities.
