Providing an easy ingress–egress (I/E) movement remains a challenge for car designers. I/E has been largely studied in kinematics, but not in dynamics. This study proposes: (1) to evaluate and describe the motor torques developed in the lower limbs and lumbar joints during I/E motions and (2) to analyse the influence of the car geometry and subject anthropometry. An experiment was performed to observe 15 subjects of three anthropometrical groups getting in and out of a car mock-up simulating three different vehicle configurations. Motor torques were extracted using an inverse dynamics analysis. Both ingress and egress motions were primarily characterised by large torques. Overall, the taller a subject and the lower the seat of the vehicle were, the larger the peak torques were. Moreover, peak torques were higher for egress than ingress. These results are discussed in regard to the current knowledge on I/E ergonomics. 相似文献

Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) is a widely used risk assessment tool for defining, identifying and eliminating potential failures or problems in products, process, designs and services. Two critical issues of FMEA are the representation and handling of various types of assessments and the determination of risk priorities of failure modes. Many different approaches have been suggested to enhance the performance of traditional FMEA; however, deficiencies exist in these approaches. In this paper, based on a more effective representation of uncertain information, called D numbers, and an improved grey relational analysis method, grey relational projection (GRP), a new risk priority model is proposed for the risk evaluation in FMEA. In the proposed model, the assessment results of risk factors given by FMEA team members are expressed and modeled by D numbers. The GRP method is used to determine the risk priority order of the failure modes that have been identified. Finally, an illustrative case is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed model. 相似文献

The influences of the growing process of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) in seawater system on the medium state and corrosion behavior of carbon steel were studied by detecting solution state parameters and using corrosion electrochemical methods. The growing process of SRB in the seawater shows the three stages of growing, death and residual phases. The solution state parameters of the concentration of sulfide, the pH value and the redox potential changed during the three stages of the SRB growing process. And the corrosion rate of D36 carbon steel was accelerated during the growing phase and stable during the death and residual phases. The results indicate that the medium state and the corrosion rate of the steel do not depend on the number of active SRB, but depend on the accumulation of the metabolism products of SRB. 相似文献

Poly(3‐hydroxybutyrate) (PHB) has been shown to be efficiently nucleated by exfoliated graphite nanoplatelets (xGnP). The nucleating effect of xGnP was investigated using differential scanning calorimetry, optical microscopy and atomic force microscopy. Nonisothermal crystallization of PHB from the melt required lower activation energies for PHB containing 1 wt % and 3 wt % xGnP (?214 and ?102 kJ/mol respectively) than for pure PHB (?60 kJ/mol). A kinetic study of the PHB/xGnP crystallization employing a modified form of the Avrami equation revealed that the presence of xGnP increased the PHB crystallization temperature, as well as the crystallization rates, and generated smaller and more numerous spherulites. Optical microscopy and atomic force microscopy confirmed the incorporation of xGnP into the lamellar structure of the PHB spherulites and provided insight into the influence of xGnP on spherulite size and lamellae thickness. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 研究了在 15 0 0℃的流动氮气中 ,用Al粉、Si粉、Al2 O3粉、刚玉和SiC的颗粒及细粉直接制备 β Sialon -Al2 O3-SiC系复相材料的氮化烧结技术。XRD和SEM分析表明 ,结合相 β Sialon的显微形貌随刚玉量的增加由纤维状向棱柱状转变 ,发育良好。复相材料的高温抗折强度高于常温抗折强度。抗热震试验结果显示 :添加适量的刚玉对β Sialon -SiC复相材料和添加适量的SiC对β Sialon -刚玉 复相材料都具有良好的增韧效果 ,这是β Sialon的纤维增强及柱状晶体原位自补强增韧和复合弥散相增韧综合作用的结果。抗碱和抗高炉渣试验均显示了该复相材料优良的抗碱和抗铁渣侵蚀能力。 相似文献

间甲基苯甲脒盐酸盐是农药和医药研究领域一个十分重要的原材料和中间体。间甲基苯甲脒盐酸盐的两步合成法是先以盐酸羟胺制备间甲基苯甲脒肟再通过加氢还原即可得到。在制备间甲基苯脒肟时,单因素考察了常规热反应、微波合成法、超声波合成法对间甲基苯脒肟产率的影响。并探索了一锅法合成间甲基苯甲脒盐酸盐的可行性。所得化合物由沸点、氢谱、质谱确认。实验结果表明:三种方式合成间甲基苯甲脒肟,其产率从大到小依次为:微波合成法>超声波合成法>常规热反应。本实验采用两步法合成间甲基苯甲脒盐酸盐的总产率为58.05%,采用一锅法合成间甲基苯甲脒盐酸盐的产率为78.19%。两步法和一锅法均可用于合成间甲基苯甲脒盐酸盐。 相似文献

The effect of specific β‐nucleation on morphology and mechanical behavior of isotactic polypropylene
The commercial grade of isotactic polypropylene was modified by a specific β‐nucleating agent in a broad concentration range. The supermolecular structure of the specimens prepared by injection molding was characterized by X‐ray scattering and correlated with mechanical behavior. It was found that at a critical nucleant concentration of 0.03 wt % the content of the β‐modification virtually reaches a saturation level. With further addition of the nucleant, the β‐phase content increases only slightly. The long period passes through a distinct maximum at the same nucleant concentration. This singularity in structure remarkably correlates with a minimum of the yield stress and maxima of strain at break and fracture toughness. Such general behavior is also reflected in the correlation between the β‐phase concentration and fracture toughness profiles along the injection‐molded bars. It is suggested that in the critically nucleated material an optimum thickness of the amorphous interlayer with connecting chains between the β‐crystallites is established, rendering the material the highest possible ductility and toughness. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
