三种植物叶片类胡萝卜素含量的比较分析

以红继木、红苋和七彩扶桑的叶片为材料,采用丙酮-乙醇法提取,利用紫外-可见分光光度计对三种植物叶片中胡萝卜素、叶黄素和总类胡萝卜素的含量进行了测定。结果表明,胡萝卜素含量:红苋>红继木>七彩扶桑;叶黄素含量:七彩扶桑>红苋>红继木;总类胡萝卜素含量:红苋>红继木>七彩扶桑。     

Progress in the design of the ITER Neutral Beam cell Remote Handling System

The ITER Neutral Beam cell will include a suite of Remote Handling equipment for maintenance tasks. This paper summarises the current status and recent developments in the design of the ITER Neutral Beam Remote Handling System. Its concept design was successfully completed in July 2012 by CCFE in the frame of a grant agreement with F4E, in collaboration with the ITER Organisation, including major systems like monorail crane, Beam Line Transporter, beam source equipment, upper port and neutron shield equipment and associated tooling. Research and development activities are now underway on the monorail crane radiation hardened on-board control system and first of a kind remote pipe and lip seal maintenance tooling for the beam line vessel, reported in this paper.     

纳米氧化铪粉体的制备及表征

以HfOI4为原料.NaBH4为沉淀剂,聚乙二醇(PEG)为表面活性剂,分别采用溶胶-凝胶法和沉淀法制备出HfO3纳米粉.并采用TG一DTA、XRD、SEM方法,对制备的前驱体、纳米粉体进行了分析和表征.研究了不同的制备方法对粉体粒径、粒子的影响.结果表明:溶胶-凝胶法制备出纳米粉体呈单斜晶型,平均粒径为20nm左右,粒子为球形,分散性较好,加入表面活性剂聚乙二醇,粒径变大,分散性变差,而化学沉淀法制备出纳米粉体,有少量晶须生成,晶须直径30nm,长度200nm.     

2-甲基1，4-萘醌激发三重态与核酸反应的电子自旋共振自旋消减法研究

应用电子自旋共振（Electron spin resonance，ESR）自旋消减法，研究了内源性光敏剂2-甲基-1，4萘醌（VK3）的激发三重态（^3VK3^＊）与核酸及其组分的反应性顺序，得到。VK3^＊与四个核苷及四个单核苷酸的反应性顺序为Gua〉Ade〉Cyt〉Thy，dGMP〉dAMP〉dCMP〉TMP。结果与早前采用激光光解瞬态吸收光谱研究^3VK3^＊氧化DNA，测得的DNA及其组分阳离子自由基生成速率常数、核苷及核苷酸的氧化还原电位排序相一致。对^3VK3^＊与几种富含鸟嘌呤（G）的寡聚核苷酸：端粒DNA重复序列、端粒酶RNA亚基模版及其L6-P6发夹序列反应的ESR自旋消减法研究结果表明，其反应性大小与寡聚物中鸟嘌呤含量正相关，其中与端粒DNA的反应性最强。     

两步固相法合成具有优良性能的钛酸锂

采用两步固相法,在交替气氛煅烧(空气预烧,氮气煅烧)下合成了尖晶石钛酸锂粉末,并且研究了煅烧气氛(空气和氮气)对不同合成阶段(预烧和煅烧)的影响。电化学测试结果表明,经空气预烧,氮气煅烧得到的样品在5 C的电流密度下,首次充电比容量高达128 m Ah/g,100次循环后容量保持率达94.5%,其电化学性能明显优于单一气氛煅烧下所得样品。分析其原因为碳酸锂的分解反应在空气气氛下较氮气气氛下更容易进行,且氮气气氛下合成LTO有氧空位的存在。     

Laser polishing for topography management of accelerator cavity surfaces

Improved energy efficiency and reduced cost are greatly desired for advanced particle accelerators. Progress toward these goals can be made by atomically‐smoothing the interior surface of the niobium superconducting radiofrequency (SRF) accelerator cavities at the heart of these machines. Laser polishing offers a green alternative to the present aggressive chemical processes. We found parameters suitable for polishing niobium in all surface conditions that are expected for cavity production. Careful measurement of the resulting surface chemistry revealed a modest thinning of the surface oxide layer, but no contamination.     

铁、镁共掺杂LiMnPO_4的电化学性能研究

采用球磨-固相法,对Mn位进行Fe、Mg共掺杂,合成锂离子电池正极材料Li Mn0.7Fe0.3-xMgxPO4/C(x=0.00,0.02,0.04,0.06)。利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜对其结构和形貌进行表征;利用电池充放电测试系统和电化学工作站对其进行电化学性能测试。结果表明,Li Mn0.7Fe0.3-xMgxPO4/C呈现单相橄榄石结构;所得材料粒径分布均匀,在100 nm左右。经Fe、Mg共掺杂后材料综合电化学性能明显提高,其中Li Mn0.7Fe0.26Mg0.04PO4/C材料的性能最佳,在0.1,0.2,0.5,1和2 C倍率下的放电比容量分别为159.7,154.3,148.2,143.9和134.7 m Ah/g,1 C倍率下电池循环50次后的容量保持率为94.5%,倍率性能优异。
