介绍了基于IPv6视频资源服务平台的工作原理和关键技术,设计并开发了基于IPv6的视频资源服务平台,该平台能实现视频教学、影视娱乐、交流答疑、视频直播、视频点播等功能。     

移动混合开发框架

针对现有混合开发框架在开发便利性和应用性能方面的不足,研究了以HTML5开发为基础的移动混合开发框架的问题.结合HTML5跨平台特性、打包机制、多窗口管理机制、原生插件开发技术等,实现了一套自有的混合开发框架.本混合开发框架为开发带来了便利,提升了开发效率,同时,混合引擎中独特实现的Widget应用管理以及窗口管理模式也改善了混合应用的性能,提升了用户体验.我公司实现的企业级移动解决方案表明该框架性能较好,易于使用,具有较好的商业价值.     

改性5A分子筛对水中As(Ⅴ)的吸附作用研究

改性5A分子筛是一种高效吸附材料。实验用5A分子筛作为载体,制备了该吸附剂,并表征了其基本性质。结果表明,改性5A分子筛对As(Ⅴ)具有很高的吸附率和选择性;室温下,pH=7时,改性5A分子筛吸附As(Ⅴ)的吸附等温线符合Langmuir型和Freundlich型。     

Effect of the metal oxide loading on the activity of silica supported MoO3 and V2O5 catalysts in the selective partial oxidation of methane

Precipitated silica catalysts loaded with either MoO₃ (0.2–4.0 wt%) or V₂O₅ (0.2–5.3 wt%) have been studied in the selective partial oxidation of methane to formaldehyde with molecular oxygen at 520 °C. The functionality of the SiO₂ surface towards the formation of HCHO is significantly promoted by V₂O₅, while it is depressed by the MoO₃.     

The Chemistry of Water Treatment Processes Involving Ozone,Hydrogen Peroxide and Ultraviolet Radiation

Advanced oxidation processes are defined as those which involve the generation of hydroxyl radicals in sufficient quantity to affect water purification. The theoretical and (practical yield of OH from O₃ at high pH, 0₃/H₂0₂, O₃/UV and H₂O₂/UV systems is reviewed. New data is presented which illustrates the importance of direct photolysis in the O₃/UV process, the effect of the H₂0₂:0₃ ratio in the O₃/H₂O₂ process, and the impact of the low extinction coefficient of H₂O₂ in the H₂0₂/UV process.     

α-Tocopherol alteration of soybean antiherbivory toTrichoplusia ni larvae

The antioxidant vitamin E, -tocopherol, was tested as a candidate elicitor of alterable antiherbivory in soybean plants against cabbage looper larvae. Although a nonspecific antioxidant, vitamin E proved elicitory to the involved sulfhydryl-dependent receptor-energy transducer protein in soybean plasma membrane. Effects of -tocopherol were dependent on dosage, time, and space in the plant. The observed elicited effects were all decreases in herbivory. The best negative phytochemical correlate of looper feeding was the percentage of increased total HPLC peak area of extractables from elicited as compared to nonelicited leaves. Some specific compounds, e.g., glyceollins, were quantitatively major components of the total profile of secondary metabolites.     

基于Blowfish和MD5的混合加密方案*

针对Blowfish算法在实际应用中存在的等价密钥、重复初始化等问题,提出Blowfish与MD5算法相结合,将MD5算法的生成值作为密钥的一部分对Blowfish算法进行初始化,使用概率统计方法证明该方案弥补了Blowfish算法的实际应用缺陷。计算结果表明,混合加密方案具有更高的安全性、更快的速度。     

SMA-5应力吸收层在旧水泥路面加铺改造中的应用研究

为减少和延缓旧水泥板沥青加铺层反射裂缝的产生,在分析研究各种夹层材料应用效果和SMA-5作为应力吸收层性能要求的基础上,设计了SMA-5应力吸收层的配合比,采用搓揉成型的方法改进了马歇尔试件,并对SMA-5沥青混合料的各项路用性能进行了试验研究,且成功的铺筑了试验路.结果表明:SMA-5沥青混合料可以作为夹层材料,并起到了很好的应力吸收效果.此项研究成果对于旧水泥混凝土路面加铺改造具有重要的工程实用价值,SMA-5应力吸收层具有广阔的应用前景.     

Electrocatalytic activity of oxidation products of guanine and 5′-GMP towards the oxidation of NADH

We have studied the potential electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of NADH of several oxidation products of guanine and its derivative guanosine-5′-monophosphate (5′-GMP) on pyrolytic graphite electrodes (PGE). The distribution of products generated strongly depends on the experimental conditions. Our investigations focused on the oxidation products that are adsorbed on the electrode surface, are redox active and, exhibited electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of NADH. These compounds were electrochemically and kinetically characterized in terms of dependence of the formal potential on pH and electron transfer rate constant (k_s). The voltammetric and catalytic behavior of both guanine and 5′-GMP oxidation products was compared with that of other guanine derivatives we have previously studied. Some mechanistic aspects concerning the generation of the catalysts are also discussed.
