Methods of Modifying the Brittle Behavior of Cementitious Composites

We put forward effective methods of increasing the tensile strain of cementitious composites with 2% PVA fiber and high fly ash content. The test results show that curing condition has a significantly effect on the tensile performance. It is approved that the specimens incorporated appropriate volume fraction rubber powder and lightweight aggregate greatly increase the tensile strain of composites at medium-term age, but indefinitely at long-term age. 有限域上基于Grbner基的高级综合优化方法

提出了基于多项式符号代数的高级综合方法,并使用元件库中的元件构建多项式符号代数所表示的数据通路,计算出其Grbner基.利用Grbner基对多项式进行一些基本操作,例如,多变元多项式分解、最大公因式提取、库单元映射等,从而实现了有限域上的数据通路优化.最后进行了算法复杂性分析和实验,实验在SUN工作站上通过调用Maple10来完成,实验结果证实了本方法的有效性.     

MBS树脂合成技术的中试研究(Ⅲ)MBS胶乳的凝聚

阐述了聚合物乳液的凝聚机理和MBS接枝胶乳的凝聚工艺,在MBS胶乳凝聚小试研究和MBS接枝胶乳中试研究的基础上进行了MBS接枝胶乳凝聚的中试研究,着重研究了凝聚剂种类、用量和加料方式以及凝聚温度、水胶比等对MBS粉料堆密度和粒度分布的影响,确定了MBS胶乳的凝聚工艺,为5 000 t/a MBS树脂生产装置提供了设计依据.     

三氯溴甲烷改性天然胶乳的研究

用三氯溴甲烷改性天然胶乳，研究了反应时间、反应温度、三氯溴甲烷的用量等对改性胶乳的硫化胶膜物理机械性能的影响，利用DSC对产物进行了分析。结果表明，反应时间为10h，反应温度在35℃时，所得胶膜物理机械性能较好；随着三氯溴甲烷用量的增加，改性天然胶乳的硫化胶膜物理机械性能下降：三氯溴甲烷改性天然胶乳的玻璃化温度高于未改性天然胶乳。     

Thermal/pH-sensitive core-shell copolymer latex and its potential for targeting drug carrier application

In this work, the synthesis, properties of a thermal/pH-sensitive core-shell copolymer latex were studied and its potential application as a targeting drug carrier was also investigated, where the crosslinked copolymer of N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAm) and chitosan was synthesized by soapless dispersion polymerization as the core, and the copolymer of methacrylic acid (MAA) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) was prepared as the shell. The weight ratio of chitosan/NIPAAm and the concentration of crosslinking agent in feed had been changed to investigate their effects on the particle size, reaction rate, zeta potential, surface functional groups, and specific surface area of latex particles. The swelling and thermo-sensitive behavior of the film made from these core-shell latexes were also studied under different pH values of buffer solution. The model drug (caffeine) could be loaded inside the copolymer particles and protected from releasing through the transport process effectively. And the thermo-responsive property of these copolymer particles significantly enhanced the protein conjugation that showed the potential of the latex being applied on the targeting drug carrier.     

具有核壳相反转特性的丙烯酸酯/硅氧烷共聚乳液的合成

以丙烯酸丁酯，甲基丙烯酸甲酯，八甲基环四硅氧烷和适量γ－甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷为原料，以过硫酸铵和十二烷基苯磺酸为复合引发催化剂，采用一步乳液聚合法（即自由基共聚与缩聚反应同步进行），制成了涂料用，具有核壳结构的丙烯酸酯（核）／硅氧烷（壳）共聚乳液，考察了聚合温度，硅氧烷用量，乳化剂种类，乳液放置时间对共聚物乳胶粒形态及其粒径的影响，结果表明，乳液放置一定时间后，乳胶粒结构发生相反转，最终变成以聚硅氧烷为核，聚丙烯酯酯为壳的热力学稳定结构。     

遮盖聚合物的制备及其在水性涂料中的应用

合成了一种中空徽球遮盖聚合物?采用扫描电子显微镜分析了所合成遮盖聚合物的形貌结构，并对采用该遮盖聚合物的水性涂料的配方作了简单研究。该遮盖聚合物在有光乳胶漆中可以部分替代钛白粉，降低成本；即使在工程乳胶漆中，加少量该遮盖聚合物也可以适当提高涂层的耐洗刷性能。     

改性水泥专用丁苯胶乳的稳定性研究

以十二烷基苯磺酸钠为乳化剂,用过硫酸钾引发体系,制备了改性水泥专用丁苯胶乳,考察了乳化剂浓度、进料方式和搅拌形式对胶乳稳定性的影响.     

胶乳汽提脱除单体的机理及数学模型

本文研究了丁苯吡胶乳的脱气机理,实验证明了这个包括有多个传质阶段的复杂传质过程是由单体从胶粒内扩散到表面并穿过界面进入液相的传质阶段所控制。从这一机理出发,选择了脱气过程的工艺条件。通过简化脱气过程的物理模型,从理论上推导出脱气过程的数学模型,并用实验证实了这一模型。通过对多种胶乳及各种脱气设备的应用,证明该模型具有普遍性。本文提出用定义的脱气速度常数来研究和设计脱气过程的方法。     

松香基丙烯酸酯核-壳共聚压敏胶的研制

以丙烯酸酯类为原料,采用核壳共聚合成出压敏胶乳液,讨论了核、壳乳液配比、引发剂、乳化剂、相比等因素对乳液性能的影响,并用自制的松香酯乳液对压敏胶进行了改性,得出了松香酯乳液适宜的质量分数为20%。测定了改性后的压敏胶性能,其指标为:初粘力为12(球号),持粘力为7 h,180°剥离强度每25 mm为6 N,与同类压敏胶相比较,综合性能良好。
