Plant samples from several species and populations of the genus Sideritis (Labiatae) grown in Bulgaria (S scardica, S syriaca and S montana) were extracted with different solvents. Their antioxidant activities were determined by the β‐carotene bleaching test (BCBT), 2,2′‐diphenyl‐1‐picrylhydrazyl (DPPH?) radical scavenging method and static headspace gas chromatography (HS‐GC) and compared with the antioxidant activity of two reference compounds of different polarity, viz butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) and rosmarinic acid. The pure reference compounds were applied in a ten‐times lower concentration than the plant extracts. The highest antioxidant activity in the BCBT, close to that of BHT, was observed for the more apolar extracts. The inhibitory effect on β‐carotene bleaching of the polar extracts and rosmarinic acid was much lower than that of BHT. The inhibition of hexanal formation in bulk safflower oil by most of S syriaca and S scardica extracts was as effective as BHT but less so than rosmarinic acid. S montana extracts showed weak antioxidant or even pro‐oxidant properties. Extracts from butanol and from ethyl acetate and the total methanol extracts from all Sideritis plants studied showed a strong radical scavenging activity against DPPH?, close to that of rosmarinic acid. S montana extracts were, as a whole, slightly weaker radical inhibitors than the extracts from the other two species. 采用Schaal烘箱法,以过氧化值和α-亚麻酸含量为指标,比较了3种脂溶性酚类及人工合成抗氧化剂对紫苏籽油的抗氧化效果。结果表明,当抗氧化剂添加量为100 mg/kg时,基于过氧化值的抗氧化效果为香芹酚百里香酚、丁香酚BHT、BHA。低添加量抗氧化剂(1~100 mg/kg)紫苏籽油中α-亚麻酸含量均高于不添加抗氧化剂的处理组。香芹酚的最适添加量为5 mg/kg,α-亚麻酸含量为6.399 mg/g,与4℃保存的紫苏籽油含量相近;BHT的最适添加量为50 mg/kg,α-亚麻酸含量为6.987 mg/g,高于4℃保存的紫苏籽油;分别添加100 mg/kg的香芹酚与100 mg/kg的BHT的紫苏籽油中α-亚麻酸含量相近,说明二者抗氧化能力相当。研究结果证实了香芹酚、百里香酚、丁香酚对紫苏籽油具有较好的抗氧化作用,为安全高效的天然酚类抗氧化剂的筛选及其在油脂食品中的应用提供理论参考。 相似文献

量子算法的发展和应用对密码算法的设计和分析产生了深远的影响,其中Grover量子算法和Simon量子算法在密码安全性评估中应用较多,但作为生日碰撞攻击量子化的BHT(Brassard,Hyer,Tapp)量子算法,还没有得到具体应用,研究BHT量子算法对密码算法的分析具有重要意义.通过对多轮EM(Even,Mansour)结构进行分析,研究了经典条件和量子条件下的碰撞搜索算法与差分密钥恢复攻击的结合,对多轮EM结构进行了差分碰撞密钥恢复攻击,并从BHT量子算法的角度进行量子化.结果表明,经典条件下,当差分传递概率2-p≥2-n/2时,r轮EM结构的差分密钥恢复攻击时间复杂度从O(2p+n)降到O(2p+n/2),速度快了2n/2倍.量子条件下,当差分传递概率2-p>2-n/3时,结合BHT量子算法的差分碰撞密钥恢复攻击时间复杂度要优于基于Grover量子算法的差分密钥恢复攻击,显示了BHT量子算法在具体密码分析中的有效性. 相似文献

以调理鸡肝为研究对象,研究调理肉制品在流通过程中的脂肪氧化情况以及不同二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)添加量的抗氧化效果。分别以添加量为0.05、0.10、0.15g/kg 和0.20g/kg 的BHT 抗氧化剂溶液处理调理鸡肝,然后在冻藏和冷藏的变温条件下贮藏,以模拟流通环境,通过测定其不同贮藏时期的酸价(acid value,AV)、过氧化值(peroxide value,POV)和硫代巴比妥酸值(thiobarbituric acid value,TBA)来判定其脂肪氧化的程度及BHT 的抗氧化效果。结果显示:脂肪氧化主要发生在贮藏前30d,30d 后进入脂肪氧化后期;4 个BHT 抗氧化剂溶液处理组中抗氧化效果最好的是BHT 添加量为0.15g/kg 的BHT 抗氧化剂溶液。 相似文献

The antioxidant activity of chloroform and methanol extract of roots and stems of Rhubarb (Rheum ribes L.), which are used for medicinal purposes and also its fresh stems and petioles are consumed as vegetable, was studied. The antioxidant potential of both extracts of roots and stems were evaluated using different antioxidant tests, namely total antioxidant (lipid peroxidation inhibition activity), DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) radical scavenging, superoxide anion radical scavenging, ferric reducing power, and cupric reducing power (CUPRAC), and metal chelating activities. Total antioxidant activity was also measured according to the β-carotene bleaching method, and all four extracts exhibited stronger activity than known standards, namely butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) and α-tocopherol. Particularly, higher activity was exhibited by roots with 93.1% and 84.1% inhibitions of chloroform and methanol extracts, while 82.2% and 82.0% inhibitions by stem extracts, respectively. However, both methanol extracts exhibited higher DPPH radical scavenging activity than the corresponding chloroform extracts, moreover, methanol extract of the stems showed better activity than BHT. In addition, both root extracts showed more potent superoxide anion radical scavenging activity than BHT, and comparable with well known radical scavenger l-ascorbic acid. Except chloroform extract of the roots, the other three extracts exhibited better metal chelating activity than quercetin. Also, total phenolic and flavonoid contents in both extracts of the roots and stems of R. ribes were determined as pyrocatechol and quercetin equivalents, respectively. 相似文献
