通过比较中关两国大学各自的思想政治教育课程设置状况,分析了二者在思想政治教育课程设置上的共性与特性,探讨了美国高校有益经验对中国高校思想政治教育的启示。     

Membrane proteins: from sequence to structure

The prediction of protein structure from sequence has been along-standing goal of molecular biology. Integral membrane proteins,once abhorred by protein chemists and crystallographers becauseof their insolubility and stubborn refusal to yield good crystals,now appear to hold great promises for efficient structure predictionand engineering. This is mainly due to the constraints on permissiblestructures imposed by the lipid environment, and to the apparentuncoupling between an initial membrane targeting and insertionprocess which determines the overall topological arrangementof the transmembrane segments and a subsequent –condensation—of these segments into a unique folded state. Recent work suggeststhat the membrane insertion process is controlled by simplesequence elements composed of different combinations of longhydrophobic regions and flanking charged residues. In this reviewwe sketch the most unportant structural rules relating aminoacid sequence to membrane insertion to fully folded molecule,and their use for prediction and protein-engineering purposes.     

Low-complexity optimal spatial channel pairing for AF-based multi-pair two-way relay networks

This paper considers a multi-pair two-way relay system with multi-antenna users and proposes a low-complexity optimal spatial channel pairing （SCP） strategy at the relay station （RS） for such a system. The proposed SCP scheme, following the BD-like beamformer at RS, pairs the uplink spatial subchannels of each user pair with the corresponding downlink spatial subchannels by maximizing sum-rate （Max-SR）. Furthermore, a new mathematical inequality （arrangement inequalities of a product） is developed and applied to obtain sufficient and necessary conditions for achieving Max-SR-SCP. This also yields a simple low-complexity implementation of the proposed SCP in contrast to the NP-hard complexity of the original Max-SR-SCP problem. Simulation results illustrate that the proposed Max-SR-SCP achieves substantial sum-rate gains over other pairing schemes.

国外多所大学与国内高校的专业和课程设置情况有所不同,国外车辆工程专业人才培养既注重学生综合素质培养又满足学生个体发展需求,人才培养紧密结合企业与社会需求和科学研究,课程成绩评价方式多样化,人才培养服务体系比较完善。研究国外人才培养方案能为我国高校车辆工程专业以及其他工科专业的人才培养体系的改革和创新提供借鉴。     

中南大学学科布局及结构调整研究

学科结构及布局关系到高等学校整体功能的发挥和全局的发展 ,它直接影响人才培养的质量、规格、类型 ,关系到科研与创新能力和水平 ,最终影响到学校发展目标的实现。本文根据中南大学“综合性研究型大学”的发展目标 ,就中南大学学科布局和结构调整进行了研究。     

NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF FLOW OVER TWO CIRCULAR CYLINDERS IN TANDEM ARRANGEMENT

In this article,the 2-D unsteady viscous flow around two circular cylinders in a tandem arrangement is numerically simulated in order to study the characteristics of the flow in both laminar and turbulent regimes.The method applied alternatively is based on the finite volume method on a Cartesian-staggered grid.The great source term technique is employed to identify the cylinders placed in the flow field.To apply the boundary conditions,the ghost-cell technique is used.The implemented computational method is firstly validated through simulation of laminar and turbulent flows around a fixed circular cylinder.Finally,the flow around two circular cylinders in a tandem arrangement is simulated and analyzed.The flow visualization parameters,the Strouhal numbers,and drag and lift coefficients are comprehensively presented and compared for different cases in order to reveal the effect of the Reynolds number and gap spacing on the behavior of the flow.The obtained results have shown two completely distinct flow characteristics in laminar and turbulent regimes.     

坝址区垂直温度场及其水文地质意义——以湖北溇水江坪河水电站为例

江坪河水电站坝址区钻孔内分层水温随埋深增大而上升,钻孔孔底水温17.16℃~19.83℃为所处河湾地块岩溶地下水代表性水温,钻孔顶面水温15.88℃~16.30℃与河水水温15.81℃相近,反映了坝址区河水位比下伏岩溶水位高,部分河水下渗补给下伏岩溶水。通过比较得出,左岸ZK17与右岸ZK19一线,河水对岩溶地下水下渗补给比下游ZK79、ZK36地段强烈。分层测温这种简单易行的研究分析方法对具有复杂水动力场的同类型岩溶峰丛峡谷建坝有一定参考意义。     

多排队多服务台的服务系统病床安排优化研究

采用运筹学排队论原理对某眼科医院门诊病人的排队系统进行研究,本文提出各种眼科疾病病床设置的最佳值,并与医院现在的住院安排做对比,为医院的管理提供改进建议和科学的理论依据。该方法可以应用于其他疾病的病床安排。将该论理论应用于医院的病床安排是科学、有效的方法。

尽可能地去利用计算机办公而减少手工劳动的理由不仅仅在于省力,最主要的是不会出错。该文主要讲述如何从利用全国电大使用的教务管理系统的数据资源,结合每个分校的实际情况,最终完美地实现考场和监考教师的全自动编排,不仅完全解放了考务管理人员的繁杂劳动,而且最大限度地方便了电大考生,使其可以快速地寻找到考场参加考试,填补了原中央电大教务管理系统中关于考务管理的空白。
