根据太赫兹探测成像用户的需求,设计了一种适用于太赫兹波段的光学系统。其焦距为50 mm,F数为1,工作波段为50~100μm,接收器为非致冷型IRM160A红外探测器,全视场角为11.9°。该系统采用共轴式结构,由3片球面透镜和1片CCD保护玻璃组成,并使用了Topas COC新型材料。另外还引入了1个非球面,以实现系统结构简单、重量轻和成本低的目标。设计结果表明,当截止频率为10 cy/mm时,该光学系统的调制传递函数接近衍射极限,各个视场的点列图均方根半径均远小于艾里斑半径,并具有良好的成像质量,因此能够满足太赫兹光学系统的总体设计要求。 相似文献

The effects of thermomechanical properties of dissimilar polymer plates on thermal bonding were investigated and the resultant deformation of cover Topas COC plate was modeled using a simplified quasi‐creep model. The appropriate conditions for thermal bonding for minimal deformation of both the Topas cover and substrate plates could be established through simulation using the quasi‐creep model. Both the cover plate and the substrate containing microchannels were fabricated by injection molding. The elastic modulus of the COC plate at different temperatures was measured using three‐point bending test. The thermal bonding was conducted at different temperatures, pressures, and holding times. The deformation of the cover plate (consisting of Topas with a lower glass transition temperature, Tg) into the microchannel of the substrate plate (consisting of Topas with a higher Tg) was found to be significant even at lower bonding pressures when the bonding temperature was higher than a critical temperature. Such deformation was dependent on the viscoelastic creep behavior of the material and the thermal bonding temperature and load. This deformation behavior was predicted by the numerical model, and the predicted results agree well with the experimental data. Based on the p-type pentacene and n-type N,N′-ditridecylperylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic diimide (PTCDI-C13), low-voltage organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) and inverters using hafnium (Hf)-based dielectrics were produced and characterized. All the pristine and cyclic olefin copolymer (COC)-passivated HfOx gate dielectrics were deposited by the solution-processed sol–gel chemistry, and organic thin films were deposited on the dielectrics by the neutral cluster beam deposition method. In comparison to the pristine HfOx-based OFETs, the COC-passivated transistors showed better device performance: higher hole and electron mobilities, reduced hysteresis, decreased trap densities, and particularly improved operational stability of n-type transistors. The inverters composed of the optimized p- and n-type OFETs with the asymmetric Au and LiF/Al electrodes using COC-passivated HfOx dielectrics exhibited high gains and good noise margins under ambient conditions. 相似文献

Organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) and complementary inverters were produced on the basis of n-type N,N′-dioctyl-3,4,9,10-perylene tetracarboxylic diimide (PTCDI-C8) using the neutral cluster beam deposition (NCBD) method. Significant improvements in surface morphology and crystallinity were observed after the surface modification of SiO2 gate dielectric layers with hydroxyl-free polymer insulators such as polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) and cyclic olefin copolymer (COC), and thermal post-treatment. Electric characteristics and operational stability of PTCDI-C8-based OFETs were also clearly enhanced after the surface modification, and in particular, the thermally post-treated OFETs with COC-modified SiO2 gate dielectrics exhibited a high room-temperature mobility of 0.68 cm2/V s. Two structural types (generic vs. encapsulated) of inverters in top-contact configuration were fabricated by integration of the p-type pentacene and n-type PTCDI-C8 OFETs using COC-modified SiO2 gate dielectrics. Due to the increased electron mobilities and good coupling between p- and n-type OFETs, hysteresis-free, fast-switching inverters were realized with high gains of ∼20 in the first and third quadrants of voltage transfer characteristics under ambient conditions. 针对环烯烃与α-烯烃共聚合而成的热塑性工程塑料催化剂的选择,文采用β-二亚胺钛催化剂合成了乙烯与降冰片烯的共聚物,进行了其微观结构和催化机理研究.研究结果表明,β-二亚胺钛催化剂能够很好地催化乙烯与降冰片烯的共聚合.通过对合成的共聚物的微观结构的分析发现,钛催化剂合成的乙烯/降冰片烯共聚物以无规结构为主,共聚物中出现了降冰片烯的二聚和三聚序列结构.共聚合机理的研究也表明该催化剂有利于合成乙烯与降冰片烯的无规共聚物. 相似文献
