基于疫情扰动的江苏省经济韧性提升研究

本文运用反现实函数法从抵抗性和恢复性两个维度对江苏省整体经济和三次产业的经济韧性进行测度,并借助地理探测器模型对其影响因素进行探究。得出以下结论,1）从抵抗性维度看,江苏省经济抵抗性高于全国平均水平,在空间上呈现出南北低,中间高的“凸”字型分布格局。产业抵抗性表现为第二产业>第一产业>第三产业,三次产业的经济抵抗性的空间分布格局各异。2）从恢复性维度看,研究期内江苏省经济恢复性始终保持在全国平均水平之上,但呈下降趋势,空间分布上由前期的自南向北的高-低-高-低相间分布式格局转变为后期的南高北低式格局。产业恢复性方面,第一二产业经济恢复性明显提升,而第三产业经济恢复性却显著下降。3）从各影响因素的解释力来看,外贸依存度、复工进度和产业结构对经济抵抗性的解释力较高;产业结构、医疗水平和复工进度对经济恢复性的解释力较高。从韧性与主要影响因素的相关性来看,医疗水平、复工进度和第三产业占GDP比重等因素对区域经济韧性有明显的促进作用,而对外贸依存度、第二产业占GDP比重对区域经济韧性有抑制作用。最后,对江苏省疫后经济恢复和高质量发展提出了具体的对策建议。     

Long Non-Coding RNAs and p53 Regulation

The advent of novel and high-throughput sequencing (next generation) technologies allowed for the sequencing of the genome at an unprecedented depth. The majority of transcribed RNAs have been classified as non-coding RNAs. Among them, long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are emerging as important regulators in many biological processes. Here, we discuss the role of those lncRNAs which are under the control of p53 or that are able to regulate its activity, due to the central role of p53 pathway in many conditions. We also briefly discussed the emerging need of having novel strategies and computational tools to completely unravel the multifaceted roles of lncRNAs and to pave the way to the development of novel diagnostic and therapeutic applications based on these peculiar molecules.     

Hot-rolled strips of up to 19 mm in thickness and their processing to helically welded large diameter pipes of grade X80

Hot-rolled wide strip for production of large diameter,heavy gauged(up to 19 mm) helical line pipe grade X80 was a priority development over the last three years.Microstructure,texture and mechanical properties of strips have been characterised.Also the welding conditions have been simulated.The favourable microstructure is achieved by the proper selection of an appropriate chemical composition of low carbon content and increased niobium micro alloying in combination with suitable strictly controlled hot-rolling parameters.The addition of niobium in combination with the adjustment of other alloying elements increases the recrystallisation stop temperature and thus makes it possible to apply a high temperature processing(HTP) concept.The homogeneous bainitic microstructure across the strip gauge is then formed during accelerated cooling on the run-out table of the hot-rolling mill.All results indicated excellent properties of these hot strips which make it suitable for spiral pipes of grade X80 for example 18.9mm×Φ1 220 mm at dimension.     

基于多模态融合的情绪检测研究

情绪检测技术正逐渐应用到检测机械员工损伤、视频游戏用户体验、协助医护人员评估患者健康等各行各业,围绕它的领域都在持续增长。本篇论文中,为更好地识别AFEW数据集中视频片段包含的情绪信息,我们加入语义模态,与表情模态、语音模态模态进行融合。表情模态使用Resnet模型,语音模态使用VGG19模型,语义模态使用TextCNN模型,并设计后期融合策略对三种模态的检测结果进行融合,提高了准确率。

Investigation of low-temperature formation and microwave properties of BaFe12O19 microcrystalline glass ceramic by citrate sol-gel process

BaFe₁₂O₁₉/SiO₂ and BaFe₁₂O₁₉/B₂O₃-SiO₂-K₂O microcrystalline glass ceramics were prepared at 1100 °C and 850 °C, respectively, by citrate sol-gel process. The complex dielectric constant and complex permeability were measured in the range of 100MHz-6 GHz. The real part of dielectric constant and permeability decreased with increase of frequency and an obvious resonance peak is observed in ɛ′′∼f curves, with a maximum di-electric loss of about 0.40 for BaFe₁₂O₁₉/SiO₂ microcrystalline glass ceramic. The real part of permeability decreased with frequency for BaFe₁₂O₁₉/B₂O₃-SiO₂-K₂O microcrystalline glass ceramics, however, its complex permittivity, imaginary part of permeability, dielectric loss and magnetic loss showed no significant variation in the whole range of measuring frequency. BaFe12O19/A12O3-SiO2-K2O微晶玻璃陶瓷的柠檬酸SOl-Gel合成及其微波性能的研究

采用柠檬酸sol-gel工艺合成了BaFe12O19/A12O3-SiO2-K2O微晶玻璃陶瓷,并对其介电常数及其磁导率在1MH2～6GHz下的变化规律进行了研究.结果表明,BaFe12O19/Al2O3-SiO2-K2O微晶玻璃陶瓷的合成与体系中Fe/Ba、烧结温度密切相关;其介电常数、磁导率基本都随测试频率的增加而下降;介电损耗值最大可达到0.30磁损耗值较小.     

COMPARISON OF VARIOUS CORRELATION ON IRMA FOR CA19-9 AND CA50 IN THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM TUMOUR

This paper compared various correlation of IMRA for CA19-9 and CA50 in the digestive system tumour antigen, such as linearity, sensitivity, analytical range, precision as well as storage and stability and so on. And it also determined serum level of CA19- 9 and CA50 of patients with different tumours. The results showed it was well correlated to CA19- 9 and CA50 as a marker of digestive system tumour. Particularly high levels of both markers were found in patients with pancreastic colonic cancer. Therefore it is possible to obtain a higher sensitivity and acceptable specificity by combination with CA19-9 and CA50.
