利用粉煤灰合成沸石吸附重金属Cr3+,探讨吸附剂量、初始pH值以及反应温度对Cr3+吸附效果的影响,同时进行吸附等温线和吸附动力学的数据模拟。结果表明:沸石投加量、初始pH值以及反应温度均对Cr3+的去除效果影响显著。随着吸附剂投加量的不断增大,Cr3+去除效果不断提高,饱和吸附量逐渐减小。初始pH值为4时沸石吸附Cr3+的去除率为100%。反应温度的上升不利于沸石对Cr3+吸附,沸石对Cr3+的吸附效果随着反应温度的升高逐渐降低。沸石吸附Cr3+的过程符合Freundlich吸附等温式;准二级反应动力学方程能较好描述沸石对Cr3+的吸附行为。  相似文献

The Zhundong coal (ZDC) with a huge proven reserve is featured by high abundance of sodium species which behaves actively in the thermal conversion of it. In this work, to better understand the multiple roles of sodium species in coal pyrolysis, influences of sodium species with different occurrence modes on the thermal behaviors and gas evolution during pyrolysis of a sodium-rich ZDC were investigated. Raw coal was initially demineralized by dilute hydrochloric acid. Subsequently, sodium species was reloaded into the demineralized sample by ion-exchanged or immersed method. For quantitative analyses, a thermo-gravimetric analyzer coupled with a mass spectrometer was used to record the weight loss of different samples and the ever-changing amount of gaseous products in pyrolysis. The results show that the structural change induced by demineralized and ion-exchanged treatment is mainly reflected in the band intensity of carboxyl groups. In pyrolysis of ZDC, total volatile matters yield has a close relation with the occurrence modes of sodium species. It is proved that water-soluble sodium species has catalytic effects on the thermal-cracking reactions, whereas exchangeable sodium species tends to facilitate char-formed reactions. Compared with exchangeable ones, water-soluble sodium species can be also volatilized more easily in pyrolysis. As for gas evolution, exchangeable sodium species can obviously affect formation of CO through char gasification and it is also favorable to formation of hydrogen radicals. Moreover, due to the low sulfur content in ZDC, the intensity of H2S released from all samples is extremely weak, which suggests that ZDC is a suitable feedstock for clean coal utilization.  相似文献

This paper describes desulfurization characteristics of low sulfur coals prior to combustion and optimum conditions of three different desulfurization processes. These processes include two thermal treatment processes (mild pyrolysis and air oxidation) and an H2O2 leaching process. Dual processes composed of thermal and leaching processes were also evaluated. Low sulfur coals employed were two imported bituminous coals and two domestic anthracite coals. The optimum reaction temperatures and times of the thermal processes were 500–550 °C and 15–20 minutes, respectively. The optimum condition for the leaching process was obtained when the experiment carried out for 60 min at 90 °C using 30% H2O2. The dual process showed the best sulfur removal efficiency as expected among the evaluated processes. The Clean Air Act of 1990 initiated a tradable permit program for emissions of sulfur dioxide from coal-fired power plants. One effect of this policy was a large increase in the consumption of low-sulfur bituminous coal by coal-fired power plants. However, low-sulfur bituminous coal is also the ideal coking coal for steel production. The analysis presented here will attempt to determine how the market responded to the increased consumption of low-sulfur bituminous coal by the electricity generation sector. Was there a decrease in the quality and/or quantity of coking coal consumption or did extraction increase? Most evidence suggests that the market for coking coal was unaffected, even as the extraction and consumption of low-sulfur bituminous coal for electricity generation increased substantially.  相似文献

In order to effectively monitor the concealed fault activation process in excavation activities, based on the actual condition of a working face containing faults with high outburst danger in Xin Zhuangzi mine in Huainan, China, we carried out all-side tracking and monitoring on the fault activation process and development trend in excavation activities by establishing a microseismic monitoring system. The results show that excavation activities have a rather great influence on the fault activation. With the working face approaching the fault, the fault activation builds up and the outburst danger increases; when the excavation activities finishes, the fault activation tends to be stable. The number of microseismic events are corresponding to the intensity of fault activation, and the distribution rules of microseismic events can effectively determine the fault occurrence in the mine. Microseismic monitoring technique is accurate in terms of detecting geologic tectonic activities, such as fault activations lying ahead during excavation activities. By utilizing this technique, we can determine outburst danger in excavation activities in time and accordingly take effective countermeasures to prevent and reduce the occurrence of outburst accidents.  相似文献

The operating conditions of this study are close to the typical operating conditions of flue gas desulfurization system in coal-fired power plants. The aim of this study is to investigate the absorption kinetics of SO2 and NO from simulated flue gas into an aqueous solution of acidic sodium chlorite using a bench-scale spraying column. The range of absorption rates measured in this study is between 1.91×10?11 and 9.59×10?10?mol?s?1?cm?2. The range of rate constants measured in this study is between 1.32×107 and 1.21×108?(L?mol?1)1.9?s?1, and the average rate constant is 6.16×107?(L?mol?1)1.9?s?1. The activation energy and frequency factor are 129 Kcal/mol (53.97 KJ/mol) and 6.93×1016?[(L/mol)1.9/s], respectively.  相似文献
