工业输煤长廊的控制爆破拆除

欲爆破拆除的工业输煤长廊周围环境较复杂,与厂区天然气主管道紧密相邻。为了减少被拆除的建(构)筑物倒塌时对主管道的影响,对不同立柱采取了不同的炸高、使其定向倾倒的爆破方案,设计了合理的爆破参数、起爆网路,采取了有效的安全防护措施,爆破达到了预期的效果。     

纳米CaCO_3/ACR复合物的制备及在PVC改性中的应用

采用种子乳液聚合法合成了具有核壳结构的纳米C aCO3/ACR复合胶乳。将其与PVC进行共混,考察了不同界面结构对复合材料力学性能的影响,并用TEM、SEM对复合粒子分散情况及共混物断面形态进行了考察。结果表明,纳米复合粒子在PVC基质中达到了纳米级分散;用钛酸酯处理的纳米C aCO3优于用硬脂酸处理的纳米C aCO3的改性效果;核层与壳层单体比、壳层单体比都存在最佳值。     

聚氨酯/蒙脱土纳米复合弹性体材料--(Ⅱ)结构及性能的表征

借助锥体磨的研磨剪切外力，将聚醚多元醇插层进入蒙脱土片层中，使其片层间距扩大并发生部分剥离，从而利用本体插层聚合法制备了综合性能优异的聚氨酯／蒙脱土纳米复合弹性体材料。当有机蒙脱土添加量仅为1％时，其拉伸强度比纯聚氨酯弹性体高30％．达到30．2MPa，断裂伸长率也略有增加。TGA及吸水实验分析表明聚氨酯／蒙脱土纳米复合材料有更高的热失重温度和更低的吸水率．研究了蒙脱土含量对聚氨酯／蒙脱土纳米复合材料各项性能的影响。     

汽车用高强度大梁板的开发

介绍了具有高强度性能要求的汽车大粱板的成分设计思路及试制检验结果，提出了试制过程中存在的问题，试制钢种满足汽车生产厂新的技术要求，为该类钢在我厂批量生产进行了积极的探索。     

天钢集团中板厂SVC动态无功补偿和谐波滤波系统

天津钢铁集团中板厂的负载为冲击性交-交变频机,交-交变频机的谐波除了特征谐波外,还有大量旁频。电网中谐波电流大,功率因数低,电压波动超标。SVC系统为FC TCR系统,通过测试负载电流和普通直流机负载电流,分析频率特性,得出交交变频机的谐波滤波可以按照直流机的滤波装置来设计,同时TCR本身产生的谐波必须予以考虑。     

A continuous/discrete simulation of controlled atmosphere (CA) cool storage systems: evaluation of plant performance/design and product quality evolution

In this paper, a controlled atmosphere storage model, developed earlier, is validated using an industrial CA cool storage facility with stepwise product loading strategy. The proposed combined continuous and discrete CA cool storage simulation model was able to represent the step response transients and continuous events, with accuracy less than the observed variability or at best with accuracy level as set by the measurement instrument. Moreover, the handling of discrete/continuous events enabled the implementation of practical operational procedures and to investigate their implication on plant performance/design and directly on the product quality. The model is a valid working model for design and optimization of CA cool storage facilities both with respect to plant performance and final quality of the stored product.     

A bending specimen for constant energy release rate under controlled displacement conditions

A bending specimen that gives a constant energy release rate (independent on the crack length) under controlled displacement conditions is developed. It is assumed that engineering beam theory is applicable, i.e. that among other things, small deformations and linear elastic isotropic material can be assumed.A specific geometry is analyzed numerically by use of the finite element method and experimentally by manufacturing a specimen with the actual geometry in PMMA (polymethylmetacrylate) and then determining the specimen stiffness for different crack lengths.It is found that the geometry considered gives a constant energy release rate under controlled displacement conditions.     

3,9-二羟甲基-3′,9′-二苯基-1,5,7,11-四氧杂螺环[5,5]十一烷的合成及聚合反应

利用苯乙醛与甲醛之间的坎尼扎罗反应合成２－苯基－２－羟甲基丙二醇，进而合成新的螺环化合物：３，９－二羟甲基－３′，９′－二苯基－１，５，７，１１－四氧杂螺环［５，５］十一烷．通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和元素分析证实了它的组成和结构．在三氟化硼单乙胺络合物的作用下，该化合物能够进行双开环聚合反应．用膨胀计法跟踪测试了在聚合反应过程中它的体积膨胀率约为３．８％，并对聚合反应机理作了初步探讨．

Are Reviews an Alternative to Pair Programming?

From the first presentation of extreme programming on, pair programming has attracted a wide range of programmers to work together in front of one display. The proposed advantages of pair programming are a faster development cycle and code with higher quality. However, the nearly doubled personnel cost when compared to single developers seems to outweigh these advantages. Instead of showing the superiority of pair programming, we seek an alternative. Can a single developer be assisted by an already known technique with which he produces the quality of pairs with only a fraction of the cost? The answer with some restrictions is: yes, he can. Reviews are a reasonable candidate with respect to code quality and cost.
