乳化型轧制液的质量标准研究

对国内目前所使用的冷轧薄钢板(汽车钢板)轧制液母液和乳化液的质量指标及常用试验评定方法进行了考察，并对产品的性能要求进行了研究与分析，制订出一套标准以供参考，包括乳化液稳定性、润滑性、防锈性、抗泡性、使用周期及粘度、闪点等性能。     

纳米聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺微凝胶的光引发聚合

选择具有温敏性的高分子单体N－异丙基丙烯酰胺（N－isopropylacrylamide，NIPAM）为主单体，N，N′－亚甲基双丙烯酰胺（methylenebisacrylamide，MBA）为交联剂，运用光引发无皂乳液聚合的方法合成出粒径小于100nm的高分子微凝胶，并研究了在改变体系组成和条件时微凝胶粒径的变化。结果显示，在乳化剂临界胶束浓度以下，随着乳化剂浓度的提高，微凝胶粒子的粒径不断关小且趋向稳定；相比于热引发，产生的微凝胶具有较高的单分散性而且粒径较小。     

Separation of di- and tripeptides with solvent extraction and an emulsion liquid membrane

The extraction equilibria of various di- and tripeptides with di-2-ethylhexylphosphoric acid (D2EHPA) were studied at low pH values. The complex extracted to organic phase consisted of one molecule of peptide and two molecules of D2EHPA dimer. The extraction constants of the peptides correlated well with the distribution coefficients of peptides between 1-octanol and water, which is a measure of hydrophobicity. The permeation rates of peptides through an emulsion liquid membrane were examined by using D2EHPA as a carrier, Span 80 as an emulsifier and kerosene as a diluent. The rates varied considerably with peptide type, depending upon the hydrophobicity.     

坨五站中间乳化层快速增长原因及治理方案

胜利采油厂坨五站高含水(95％)原油化学预脱水中，二级沉降罐内油水相之间的中间乳化层增长迅速，引起了一系列问题。现场调查和大量室内测试结果表明，产生这一现象的原因有：油溶性破乳剂WD-1加入点不合理。有2／3的含水原油在通过油水分离器之后才与破乳剂混合；二级沉降罐进油口伸入油相内，油流的冲击达不到中间层；WD-1对坨五站混合原油中的稠油破乳脱水性能欠佳，不能适应坨五站混合原油组成和含水的变化。针对上述各种原因筛选出了性能更好的一种破乳剂1916。根据确定的几种原因采取了相应的措施：将破乳剂加入点改在3个并联油水分离器之前；将二级沉降罐的进油口移到水相内；改用筛选出的破乳剂1916，结果使中间乳化层的增长受到了抑制。图2表4参2。     

聚氨酯-聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液的成膜和性能

通过XPS和接触角测试研究了聚氨酯-聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液在不同基材上的成膜情况，并对共聚胶膜的耐水性和附着力进行了考察．由于该共聚乳液同时存在着亲水组分和疏水组分，所以它在不同的基材上成膜可导致其膜表面的组成成分不同，因而导致其耐水性和附着力也随基材而异。结果表明，亲水性的聚氨酯组分均富集于胶膜内部，但胶膜底层聚氨酯组分的含量却随基材的不同而不同。在憎水且表面张力较高的基材上，共聚胶膜的耐水性良好；共聚胶膜的附着力在表面张力较高的基材上也良好。     

Porous elastomeric beads from crosslinked emulsions

The production of porous polymeric particles is attractive for a large number of applications and can be achieved by various techniques. Although numerous production schemes exist for glassy polymers, difficulties arise for soft, rubbery materials that need a chemical crosslinking step, such as elastomers. This is particularly true for poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS), which shows the lowest glass‐transition temperature among the polymers. Recent studies suggest in situ hydrogen bubble formation or vacuum drying of water droplets dispersed in the polymer matrix in order to generate porous PDMS structures. In this work we report early results based on the chemical crosslinking of water in PDMS emulsion droplets in a mechanically stirred thermostated water vessel. This approach is shown to lead to high porosity PDMS beads (ca. 10^?3 m particle diameter) with an open structure whose properties (diameter and porosity) are strongly influenced by the starting composition (solvent, surfactant, and polymer types and ratios), as well as the operating parameters (agitation and temperature). 本文讨论了温度、搅拌和时间三要素对感光乳剂和工艺过程的影响，指出了上述影响的后果和严格过程控制的重要性，提出克服影响的措施。

摘 要 研究水乳型丙烯酸酯建筑防水胶与水泥的配比及共混性能、共混固化物胶膜的力学性能、耐冷热性能及老化性能。     

聚合物泥浆降粘剂PT－1降粘作用研究

ＰＴ－１降粘剂是顺丁烯二酸（酐）与乙烯基单体的共聚物。本文通过扫描电镜、粒度分析、Ｘ射线衍射等分析测定，研究了ＰＴ－１在膨润土泥浆和聚合物泥浆中的降粘作用，探讨了ＰＴ－１的降粘机理。     

聚丙烯酸酯类纺织染整助剂及其应用

简述了国内外聚丙烯酸酯类纺织染整助剂的生产和应用概况,评述了其合成方法及其在纺织染整工业中的应用,并提出了发展我国聚丙烯酸酯类纺织染整助剂的建议。
