异质谷间转移电子器件的计算机模拟

使用弛豫时间近似求出了描述两能谷间电子交换的方程。在此基础上建立了双能谷电子的连续性方程和油松方程。对具体的ＧａＡｓ／ＡｌｘＧａ１－ｘＡｓ异质谷间转移电子器件结构求解了这些方程组，得到了直流工作时器件内的电场分布、双能谷中载流子的布居以及两个能谷的电流分布。这些结果正好和常规Ｇｕｎｎ器件相反，说明了两种器件的不同工作机理。最后通过对低Ａｌ组份势垒结构的计算说明了Ｘ谷电子注入对器件工作的重要作用。     

电子束、离子束与蓝宝石相互作用的研究

研究了电子束、离子束作用于Al2O3表面时成分的变化，表明无论电子束或离子束都能使Al2O3发生分解，产生导电的元素Al。实验在PHI610·SAM上进行，电子束轰击下（3keV，O．5μA，入射角60°）10s就有元素Al分解出来，2min以后就达到饱和，分解析出量随时间成a（1－e－bt）的关系。离子束轰击下同样发生元素Al的分解，但当Ei＞3keV时，由于剥离速率加大，溅射5min时表面Al峰反而比1min时要弱。这时表面Al含量处于分解析出与溅射剥离的动态平衡中。实验还发现了Al2O3的解析与表面成分有关（如碳的含量）。最后讨论电子束与离子束的解析机理。     

Sirius叠前深度偏移在莺歌海盆地“泥拱模糊带”处理中的应用

在对Sirius叠前深度偏移软件应用开发的基础上,分析讨论了Sirius 2D叠前深度偏移速度模型建立、层析成像及演、叠前深度偏移以及深度聚焦等技术环节的基本原理,并以莺歌海盆地某测线的处理为例,具体分析了Sirius 2D叠前深度偏移处理的流程、主要参数及时效.文中还分析讨论了莺歌海盆地中央“泥拱带”叠前深度偏移处理的地质效果.实践表明,莺歌海盆地广泛发育的与“泥拱模糊带”有关的构造各有其特殊性,只有通过3D叠前深度偏移处理才能从根本上解决“泥拱模糊带”的成像问题.     

片状陶瓷材料高低温电性能参数的自动检测

由进口电性能仪配上自制的高温系统，计算机自动采集数据，配置成一套高低温电性参数测定装置，该装置的特点是，升温快，炉体小巧，炉芯可更换盛液氮装置，屏蔽良好，等温区长，温工及参数测量精确可靠。     

显像（示）管阴极像黑洞状缺陷形成的原因及消除对策

本文通过有关理论依据和试验数据，着重阐述了在显像（示）管测试中，阴极像中心黑洞状缺陷产生的原因以及消除这种缺陷的处理方法。通过这种处理方法处理过的显像（示）管，其整体质量水平（尤其是真空度）将会得到明显的提高。     

腹部CT扫描时两种呼吸控制法的优缺点比较

在腹部CT扫描时,需令病人暂停呼吸以保证图像的清晰度,为此可采用两种方法:口令法和腹带固定法。本文以实例分析了这两种方法特点和适用对象。     

Al—Si—Mn—Fe合金中相组成的电子衍射鉴定

本文利用选区电子衍射,并结合X射线衍射对六种不同成份的急冷合金及其退火后的相组成进行了鉴定,得到了它们的相组成。     

High-efficiency finishing process for metal mold by large-area electron beam irradiation

A new finishing process for metal molds by large-area electron beam (EB) irradiation is proposed in this study. In the large-area EB irradiation equipment used here, an EB with high-energy density is irradiated without focusing the beam, and so the EB with a maximum diameter of 60 mm can be used for melting or evaporating metal surface instantly. Experimental results show that the surface roughness decreases from 6 μmRz to less than 1 μmRz in just a few minutes under proper machining conditions. The corrosion resistance of metal mold surface also could be greatly improved by large-area EB irradiation. Furthermore, the surface roughness of tilting surface close to 90° could be well improved. Therefore, large-area EB irradiation method has a possibility to become a high-efficiency finishing process for metal molds.     

Visible Light Excitation Characteristics of Novel Infrared Up-conversion Materials

The Fluorescence excitation spectrum, emission spectrum and infrared up-conversion luminescence excitation spectrum are measured. The results of spectrum measurement show that the electron trapping materials CaS: Eu, Sm are of visible light excitation. The mechanism of visible light excitation is analyzed.     

Effect of dose rate and length of storage on the ESR signal strength in irradiated chicken bone

One hundred and twenty-five pairs of chicken drumsticks were randomly allocated to one of five dose rates: 5, 10, 15, 20 or 600 kGyh-. The highest dose rate was obtained using a linear accelerator whilst the remaining dose rates were provided using a ⁶⁰Co gamma source. Each batch of 25 pairs was further divided into groups five of which were stored at 4°C for 0, 7, 14, 21 or 28 days. ESR spectroscopy was used to measure the intensity of the radiation-induced signal. There was a quadratic relationship between ESR signal strength and dose rate, which although statistically significant is unlikely to be of practical importance. The magnitude of the ESR signal declined by about 20% over the first 14 days of storage at 4°C and thereafter the decrease was minimal.
