Mg–Nd–Zn–Zr magnesium alloy (JDBM) has been studied widely as biodegradable medical material. To process high quality JDBM wires, effects of annealing on the mechanical properties and degradation behavior after drawing were studied by microscopic observations, tensile and immersion tests. The as-extruded wires with a diameter of 3 mm could be drawn up to 9 passes without annealing until 125% cumulative drawing deformation. Complete recrystallization occurred after annealing at 325 °C for 30 min, 350 °C for 5 min or 450 °C for 3 min, respectively. Room temperature tensile tests and simulated body fluid immersion tests showed that annealing at slightly elevated temperature for short time could obtain better properties due to the finer grain size and more dispersive distribution of precipitates. For this study, annealing at 350 °C for 5 min is the best parameters which can be utilized to further fabricate fine wires. 相似文献

利用万能试验机和Hopkinson拉杆(SHTB)对7A62铝合金进行了准静态和动态拉伸性能测试,研究该合金室温及高温塑性流动应力动态响应特征,结合OM、SEM、TEM、DSC、LFA等测试对该合金的物理性能及原始微观组织进行分析。结果表明:7A62铝合金在大量高密度细小沉淀析出物粒子及亚微米级高熔点平衡析出粒子复合强化作用下,准静态屈服强度可达608 MPa。在室温动态变形过程中,该合金应变率强化效应显著。随着应变率高于684 s^-1时,合金屈服强度对应变率敏感性显著增强。在1100 s^-1、25~500℃条件下,合金表现出温度敏感性的沉淀强化相回溶及动态再结晶的热软化效应,500℃高温动态屈服强度超过200 MPa。在动态力学性能变化规律的基础上,建立了7A62铝合金的Johnson-Cook(J-C)本构模型。 相似文献

In this article, the non-inverting buck–boost converter and its operation modes are scrutinized. The closed-loop stability of the converter in buck and boost modes is analyzed, and the necessity of using an appropriated controller is demonstrated. Then the application of an adapted ant colony optimization to design a feedback controller is proposed, and a controller based on its existing model is tuned. Simulation and experimental results obtained from the ant colony optimization designed controller are then compared with a controller designed with the classic method. Although the simulation and experimental results prove the efficiency of the proposed control approach, a significant difference between controller behavior in practice and simulation is obvious. Finding these differences, more detailed models, including all parasitic elements, in the buck and boost modes are derived. Applying the proposed model in controller design illustrates that the desired performance of the converter can be guaranteed with a simple proportional-integral (PI) controller. The suggested ant colony-based controller is again tuned based on the more detailed model, which improves the performance of the converter system even more. Furthermore, good agreement between analytical and experimental outputs validates the accuracy of the modeling and simulation. 相似文献

Abstract—This article presents an efficient multi-objective optimization approach based on the supervised big bang–big crunch method for optimal planning of dispatchable distributed generator. The proposed approach aims to enhance the system performance indices by optimal sizing and placement of distributed generators connected to balanced/unbalanced distribution networks. The distributed generation units in the proposed algorithms are modeled as a voltage-controlled node with the flexibility to be converted to a constant power node in the case of reactive power limit violation. The proposed algorithm is implemented in the MATLAB (The MathWorks, Natick, Massachusetts, USA) environment, and the simulation studies are performed on IEEE 69-bus and IEEE 123-node distribution test systems. Validation of the proposed method is done by comparing the results with published results obtained from other competing methods, and the consequent discussions prove the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 相似文献

The electrical behavior of strontium titanate borosilicate glass ceramics (SrO.TiO2- 2SiO2.B2O3) with additives K2O, La2O3, CoO and Nb2O5 was studied by using Impedance Spectroscopy as a function of temperature and composition. An equivalent circuit model having three parallel RC's connected in series with a capacitor C4 could represent the data well. By comparing the complex modulus plots with simulated ones and looking at the values of the time constants these RC's were attributed to represent crystalline, glassy and glass-crystal interface regions of the glass- ceramic whereas C4 represented the glass-ceramic sample and contact electrode interface. When the glass ceramic sample contained only SrTiO3 crystalline phase and the remaining glassy matrix, the interface capacitance showed an Arrhenius type of nature with an activation energy (0.11 ± 0.04) eV and when the glass- ceramic sample contained number of crystalline phases no clear cut trend appeared. These findings are useful in selecting suitable electrodes for applications as well as in deciding upon experimental techniques for measurement of dielectric constants of materials. 相似文献

This paper proposes hybrid control schemes for compensation of parametric and non-parametric uncertainties arising in modern power systems. The robust loop shaping design procedure considering non-parametric uncertainty term is used to design H∞ TCSC. To further enhance steady state stability, and consider the effect of parametric uncertainties occurring due to variation in loading conditions, robust TCSC is supplemented with three types of PSS i.e. PSO-PID PSS, PSO Mamdani FPSS and PSO TS FPSS. PSO is used to optimize the parameters of PID based and Fuzzy type PSS. The proposed hybrid control schemes are found to compensate uncertainty well by stabilizing the power system over whole parametric uncertainty range. However, the proposed hybrid controller involving robust TCSC and PSO-Takagi–Sugeno FPSS shows best performance with enhanced steady state stability among all schemes. Structural bonding is nowadays widespread in the industry. However, characterisation methods and 3D modelling of the adhesives need to be improved. The characterisation requires an experimental procedure to obtain a large experimental database under various loading cases, which represents a significant amount of data. The 3D modelling requires advanced models with several parameters to identify and generally uses inverse identification procedures, which can be time expensive. For a good accuracy, the constitutive models need to take into account the dependency on the hydrostatic stress and be written under the non-associated formalism. In this study, the experimental database is obtained via a modified Arcan test that can cover a wide range of loadings between tension, shear, mixed tension–shear, and mixed compression–shear. A second experimental campaign is realized with a tension/compression–torsion (TCT) test that can cover a greater range of loadings: from tension to compression and mixed tension/compression–shear, with an infinite possibility of mixed loadings. The modified Arcan database is used to identify a 3D elastic–plastic Mahnken–Schlimmer type model, according to an inverse identification procedure developed in a previous study. This model identification is validated on the experimental database coming from the TCT test: a numerical/experimental comparison is realized. This allows the validation of the model and emphasizes the benefits of the TCT test. Indeed, it proves that this test is well suited to characterize adhesive joints and presents several capacities that will be really useful for further studies, like an infinite range of non-proportional loadings available. 相似文献

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) may elicit inflammatory responses following pulmonary exposure. Conversely, enzymatic biodegradation of CNTs by inflammatory cells has also been reported. The aim of this study was to study the degradation of oxidized single-walled CNTs (ox-SWCNTs) by lactoperoxidase (LPO), a secreted peroxidase present in the airways, and whether pulmonary surfactant affects this biodegradation. To this end, ox-SWCNTs were incubated in vitro with recombinant bovine LPO + H2O2 + NaSCN in the presence and absence of porcine lung surfactant (Curosurf®) and biodegradation was monitored using UV–Vis–NIR spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. The interaction of recombinant LPO with bundles of ox-SWCNTs was confirmed by atomic force microscopy. Cell-free biodegradation of ox-SWCNTs was also observed ex vivo in murine bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in the presence of H2O2 + NaSCN. Our study provides evidence for biodegradation of ox-SWCNTs with a lung surfactant ‘bio-corona’ and expands the repertoire of mammalian peroxidases capable of biodegradation of ox-SWCNTs. These findings are relevant to inhalation exposure to these materials, as LPO serves as an important component of the airway defense system. 相似文献
