在建立基于声发射技术的裂纹产生与拓展检测系统的基础上.以薄钢板为实验对象,研究了Lamb波在薄板中传播的频散及多模态特性,并结合morlet小波时频联合分析方法,提出了一种针对声发射信号在薄板中传播时产生的不同模态进行识别的方法.通过提取不同模态波到达同一传感器的时间差并依据不同模态波对应的波速实现对出现裂纹的位置进行定位.经过实验研究表明,运用该方法不仅能准确地识别A0、S0模态波并实现对声发射源进行精确定位.  相似文献

In this work, we study surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) active substrates for the detection of Rhodamine 6G. To examine the electromagnetic enhancement, we apply the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) algorithm to analyze the structures by solving a set of coupled Maxwell's equations (Ampere's Law and Faraday's Law) in differential form. The field enhancements are thus investigated in the visible regime with the wavelength of 633 nm. In our experimental measurement, the surface enhanced Raman scattering signals from the surface of substrates with 12-hour treatment and without treatment are performed and compared. Through the three-dimensional (3D) FDTD calculation, we find that the hydrothermally 12-hour treated samples possess significantly vertical variations of surface and thus have relatively larger field enhancement than those without treated. Consequently, it implies a strong positive effect on the surface enhancement which is consistent with the measured intensity.  相似文献

Acoustic emission (AE) sensors have been fabricated using polarized polyvinylidene fluoride/trifluoroethylene (P(VDF-TrFE)) piezoelectric copolymer films. The acoustic and electromechanical properties of the copolymers have been determined using the ultrasonic immersion technique and the resonance technique, respectively. The P(VDF-TrFE) AE sensors have been calibrated according to the ASTM standard and evaluated for potential application in the detection of AE in glass fiber reinforced polypropylene (GFPP). A ceramic AE sensor also has been fabricated using lead zirconate titanate (PZT) 7A piezoelectric ceramic and its sensitivity and performance are reported as well. The copolymer sensors do not show resonance peaks of the ceramic sensor and have adequate sensitivity. They can reproduce AE signals accurately without giving artifacts and have potential use in commercial AE systems.  相似文献

A novel multi-terminal silicon light emitting device (TRANSLED) is described where both the light intensity and spatial light pattern of the device are controlled by an insulated MOS gate voltage. This presents a major advantage over two terminals Si-LEDs, which require direct modulation of the relatively high avalanche current. It is found that, depending on the bias conditions, the light intensity is either a linear or a quadratic function of the applied gate voltage. The nonlinear relationship facilitates new applications such as the mixing of electrical input signals and modulating the optical output signal, which cannot readily be achieved with two terminal Si-LEDs, since they exhibit a linear relationship between diode avalanche current and light intensity. Furthermore, the control gate voltage can also modulate the emission pattern of the light emitting regions, for example, changing the TRANSLED from an optical line source to two point sources.  相似文献

Abstract— The electron source is an essential part of a surface‐conduction electron‐emitter display (SED). An electron source for an SED was obtained after certain procedures were performed. By introducing a carbon atmosphere, the electron‐emission characteristics of a SED were studied experimentally. The electron‐emission characteristic curves were drawn after comparing the experimental data of the electron source obtained in a vacuum environment with the data obtained in a carbon atmosphere, from which it had proved that a carbon atmosphere could significantly improve the electron‐emission characteristics of a SED. As a result, both the device current and the emission current had become stronger and the efficiency of surface‐conduction electron emission had been improved significantly. The possible reasons were analyzed: more carbon, which could possibly form the electron‐emission region of a SED, was produced from the carbon atmosphere during the electrical activation process.  相似文献

Abstract— Currently, three issues are identified that decide upon the commercial success of organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs), both in display and lighting applications: power efficiency, lifetime, and price competitiveness. PIN OLEDs are widely seen as the preferred way to maximize power efficiency. Here, it is reported that this concept also delivers the world longest lifetimes. For a highly efficient deep‐red PIN OLED, a half‐lifetime of 25,000 hours for a starting brightness of 10,000 cd/m2 and a minimal voltage increase over lifetime is reported. This value corresponds to more than 1 × 106 hours at 1000 cd/m2 using an exponent of n = 1.7, which was measured by driving the OLEDs at different starting luminances. Because there is no initial luminance drop, these PIN OLEDs also exhibit a very high 80% lifetime (>300,000 hours at 1000 cd/m2). New record lifetime values for blue and green will be reported as well. Additionally, further topics that have impact on the production yield and cost such as the newly developed air‐stable organic n‐doping material NDN‐26 and top‐emitting structures will be discussed.  相似文献
