On-line NMR spectroscopy can beneficially be applied to studies of supercritical and near-critical fluids as an alternative to optical spectroscopy. Up to now high pressure NMR experiments are predominantly accomplished using custom made NMR batch reactors. The authors present a novel high pressure cell with displacement plunger for on-line NMR experiments on compressible fluids which can be used in conjunction with commercially available SCF NMR flow probes. The on-line technique offers advantages compared to stopped flow techniques such as enhanced control of mixture composition and reaction parameters as well as the facility of engagement into the reaction. The new apparatus is used for NMR studies on hydrogen bonding of methanol in near critical and supercritical carbon dioxide up to 403 K and 35 MPa for which data on the chemical shift of the hydroxyl group and methyl group are reported and interpreted. 相似文献

Analyses of the practical adhesion strengths of the metal/polymer interfaces in electronic packaging
There is a plethora of techniques to measure the adhesion strength of metal/polymer interfaces. However, the practical adhesion
strength, which is the work done in separating the film from the substrate (or one film from another), is very sensitive to
the test methods and the mechanical effects, such as the residual stress, thickness and mechanical properties of the layers,
strain rate, and phase angle. Deriving intrinsic-adhesion properties of the interfaces, which are independent of such parameters,
from the practical adhesion-strength measurements is a formidable task. In the present work, data from the three commonly
used adhesion tests; pull-out, 90°-peel, and T-peel tests are compared with the intrinsic-adhesion properties of the interface,
such as the interface-fracture toughness or the interface-fracture energy, and their implications are discussed. Material

The response and failure of brass H62 specimens subjected to different levels of pre-loaded stresses and heating rates were investigated using a Gleeble-1500 thermal-mechanical material testing system. The metallographs of the tested material were also observed and analyzed. It is found that the increase of either pre-loaded stress or heating-rate decreases the failure temperature. Metallographic analysis shows that high heating-rate may cause stronger local thermal inconsistency (LTI) and remarkably increase the microdefects in the material, which may markedly degrade the macroscopic mechanical properties of the material. 相似文献

Theoretical analyses for the single fibre pull-out and push-out models under monotonic loading are given which are based on a shear-lag analysis in a fracture mechanics approach considering non-constant friction at the debonded interface as a result of fibre Poisson contraction (or expansion). The solutions allow the determination of typical fibre/matrix interfacial properties such as the interfacial fracture toughness, Gic, the coefficient of friction, μ, and the residual clamping stress, q0. Under cyclic loading the interfacial properties are expected to degrade as a result of repetitive abrasion, and a power law function is assumed between μ and the number of elapsed cycles, N. However, Gic is assumed to be unaffected and a fracture mechanics based debond criterion is derived for the relationship between the external applied stress, the debond length and the reduced friction coefficient for both fibre pull-out and fibre push-out. In addition, the relative displacements between the free fibre end and the matrix top are obtained for cyclic fatigue when the fibre is loaded and unloaded. A relationship obtained for the protrusion (or intrusion) length in fibre pull-out (or push-out) experiments allows the severity of the interface frictional degradation to be evaluated and characterised. 本文主要简述与运用AIR-C2H2原子吸收光谱法进行镉镍电池正极浸渍液中钴含量的测定,介绍了钴最佳测定条件及呈良好线性范围的浓度。同时对样品消化处理条件,在测定中样品的干扰因素进行了综合考虑,该方法具有很好的灵敏度,很好的重复性,干扰小,同时具有方法步骤简单,操作容易掌握等特点,对样品钴含量的测定,其相对标准偏差均小于1.0%(n=6),标准加入回收率均在97.0%~102.0%(n=5)范围内,结果表明,运用AIR-C2H2原子吸收光谱法测定镉镍电池正极浸渍液中钴含量的分析,达到了实验室分析质量控制的要求,完全适用于镉镍电池正极浸渍液中钴含量的控制分析和样品系统分析。 相似文献
