岭南文化的继承和发展一直是岭南地区设计理论研究的重要课题,文章通过分析岭南文化的风格特征,结合设计实践案例体会,尝试归纳出设计具有岭南地域特色空间的合理理念和方法。     

A parallel membrane inspired harmony search for optimization problems: A case study based on a flexible job shop scheduling problem

Harmony search is an emerging meta-heuristic optimization algorithm that is inspired by musical improvisation processes, and it can solve various optimization problems. Membrane computing is a distributed and parallel model for solving hard optimization problems. First, we employed some previously proposed approaches to improve standard harmony search by allowing its parameters to be adaptive during the processing steps. Information from the best solutions was used to improve the speed of convergence while preventing premature convergence to a local minimum. Second, we introduced a parallel framework based on membrane computing to improve the harmony search. Our approach utilized the parallel membrane computing model to execute parallelized harmony search efficiently on different cores, where the membrane computing communication characteristics were used to exchange information between the solutions on different cores, thereby increasing the diversity of harmony search and improving the performance of harmony search. Our simulation results showed that the application of the proposed approach to different variants of harmony search yielded better performance than previous approaches. Furthermore, we applied the parallel membrane inspired harmony search to the flexible job shop scheduling problem. Experiments using well-known benchmark instances showed the effectiveness of the algorithm.     

Control of leader–follower formation and path planning of mobile robots using Asexual Reproduction Optimization (ARO)

This paper presents the optimal path of nonholonomic multi robots with coherent formation in a leader–follower structure in the presence of obstacles using Asexual Reproduction Optimization (ARO). The robots path planning based on potential field method are accomplished and a novel formation controller for mobile robots based on potential field method is proposed. The efficiency of the proposed method is verified through simulation and experimental studies by applying them to control the formation of four e-Pucks robots (low-cost mobile robot platform). Also the proposed method is compared with Simulated Annealing, Improved Harmony Search and Cuckoo Optimization Algorithm methods and the experimental results, higher performance and fast convergence time to the best solution of the ARO demonstrated that this optimization method is appropriate for real time control application.     

鸿蒙操作系统在智能测量仪器中的应用

嵌入式操作系统在仪器智能化过程中起着至关重要的作用。通过分析鸿蒙系统的技术架构和分布式及微内核特性,并与现有的国内外嵌入式操作系统进行对比,结合测量仪器数据采集的实际应用案例,得出了鸿蒙系统在自主可控、实时性和连接流畅方面具有优越性,满足测量仪器对操作系统的需求。     

Optimal economic study of hybrid PV-wind-fuel cell system integrated to unreliable electric utility using hybrid search optimization technique

This study addresses the problem of power outages in distant districts by taking advantage of the available renewable energy resources in the surrounding environment. This was done by proposing connecting the utility to a hybrid system constituting from photovoltaic (PV), wind turbine (WT), and fuel cell (FC) systems where this hybrid system is considered as a backup system that works when the grid is unavailable. This hybrid system proposed is used for feeding the load to a tourist resort in Hurghada, Egypt.The design of the introduced system has taken into consideration the cost of purchasing electric energy and the profit from selling it to the utility network. Component scaling was implemented to improve the net present cost of the proposed system using two grouped meta-heuristic techniques, which are the Hybrid Firefly and Harmony Search optimization technique (HFA/HS) and compared to the particle swarm optimization (PSO) technique.Simulation results have shown that the optimal system for solving the grid unavailability consists of eighty PVs, two WTs, twenty FCs, forty-one electrolyzers, and one hundred eighteen hydrogen tanks. The results also showed that the volume of exchange with the grid has reached 4 GW of purchase and 3 GW of sale. It is manifest from the results that the suggested system is economically viable with an LCOE of 0.0628 $/kWh, which is less than the purchase of electricity from the grid for commercial users in Egypt, which is 0.1 $/kWh.     

古代中国设计思想与现代家具设计

中国古代设计思想对塑造现代家具设计的民族特色有着重要的指导作用和借鉴价值。本文具体探讨了中国古代设计思想中注重实用功能的设计理念、＂天人合一＂的传统哲学思想及追求形式与功能统一的古典美学观,并结合现代家具设计的案例分析了这些古代设计思想对现代家具设计影响和启示。     

废弃物处理站选址问题的和谐搜索算法

近年来,随着人们环保意识的增强和环保法规力度的加大,逆向物流逐渐受到人们的关注与重视。废弃物处理站的选址问题(end-of-life items disposal facilities' location prohlem, EIDFI_P)是逆向物流研究领域的关键问题,该问题能否有效解决直接关系到人们的日常生活环境能否得到有效改善。针对文献中的具有多个目标的EIDFLP,首先将问题转化为单目标问题,之后采用一种新颖的和谐搜索优化算法(harmony search algorithm, HSA)对问题进行了求解。计算结果显示:1)本算法的最优解与文献中的最优解相同;2)本算法的计算时间明显少于文献中算法的计算时间;3)原文献中的一个解存在错误之处。     

和谐散论

文章从三个方面杂论和谐的表象及内涵。一是“望文生义”,从和谐的字形构成,分析其原始含义：二是“和同之辨”,从”同”之弊,来反证“和”之利;三是“九九归一”,从和谐、和平、和睦、和合、和美、等众多现象,探究“和”的统一本质及由来去向。认为,”和谐”应是中华文明,由古至今及未来的“核心价值观”。     

An improved AEA algorithm with Harmony Search(HSAEA) and its application in reaction kinetic parameter estimation

Alopex-based evolutionary algorithm (AEA) is one kind of evolutionary algorithm. It possesses the basic characteristics of evolutionary algorithms as well as the advantages of gradient descent methods and simulation anneal algorithm, but it is also easy to trap into a local optimum. For the AEA algorithm, the unreasonably settings of compared population and step length are two typical drawbacks, which lead to the lack of communication between individuals in each generation. In this paper, estimation of distribution algorithm (EDA) is employed to generate the compared population. Then the moving step length in AEA is improved to vary with different phases of the iteration during the actual operation process. And more importantly, harmony search algorithm (HS) is introduced to improve the quality of population of every generation. By compared with original AEA, the performance of the improved algorithm (HSAEA) was tested on 22 unconstrained benchmark functions. The testing results show that HSAEA clearly outperforms original AEA for almost all the benchmark functions. Furthermore, HSAEA is used to estimate reaction kinetic parameters for a heavy oil thermal cracking three lumps model and Homogeneous mercury (Hg) oxidation, and satisfactory results are obtained.
