As a typical manufacturing and scheduling problem with strong industrial background, flow shop scheduling with limited buffers has gained wide attention both in academic and engineering fields. With the objective to minimize the total completion time (or makespan), such an issue is very hard to solve effectively due to the NP-hardness and the constraint on the intermediate buffer. In this paper, an effective hybrid genetic algorithm (HGA) is proposed for permutation flow shop scheduling with limited buffers. In the HGA, not only multiple genetic operators based on evolutionary mechanism are used simultaneously in hybrid sense, but also a neighborhood structure based on graph model is employed to enhance the local search, so that the exploration and exploitation abilities can be well balanced. Moreover, a decision probability is used to control the utilization of genetic mutation operation and local search based on problem-specific information so as to prevent the premature convergence and concentrate computing effort on promising neighbor solutions. Simulation results and comparisons based on benchmarks demonstrate the effectiveness of the HGA. Meanwhile, the effects of buffer size and decision probability on optimization performances are discussed. 相似文献

The measurement method is a decisive step for any calibration method. This paper studies the practical performance of a 5DOF manipulator based on a 3-RPS parallel mechanism. By comparing the controlling data that resides in parallel part and serial part at different orientations, a calibration method has been put forward and proved to be applicable. The precision of the calibrated model mainly depends on the number of measurements carried out. The emulsion blend method, which is environmentally friendly and energy saving, was used to prepare a compositional gradient film of fluorinated/non-fluorinated polyacrylate in this paper. The size and glass-transition temperature (Tg) of the emulsion particles were designed to enhance the driving force of their selective congregation and promote the formation of gradient structure. The structures and surface properties of the obtained films were characterized. The results showed that when the fluorinated components have much smaller particle size and higher Tg than those of fluorine-free polyacrylate components, the gradient structures formed in the direction across the film thickness of the films. The concentration of the fluorinated component increased gradually from film-glass interface to film-air interface in the blend film, making the surface free energies of the two sides of the gradient film distinctively different. 相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of polyaniline (Pani) films embedded with PbS/CoS core–shell, having semiconductor characteristics are reported in this study. Mn2+ doped, PVA capped PbS/CoS core-shell particles dispersed in Pani matrix served as photoluminescent boosters. The absorption intensity of the core-shell particles–Pani hybrid increased significantly with wide spectrum response and hypsochromic effect. The Mott–Schottky plot showed a negative slope for PbS/CoS-Pani film, indicating typical p-type semiconductivity. The Tauc plot for PbS/CoS-Pani film revealed the direct transition type with a band gap of 2.36 eV. Solid state photovoltaic cells have been fabricated with PbS/CoS-Pani as the hole conductor. The cells show photocurrent of 0.93 mA/cm2, voltage of 432 mV and energy conversion efficiency of 0.93%. The scanning electron micrograph revealed periodic arrangement in the polymer matrix. This arrangement of the core-shell particles in the continuous polymer matrix with high carrier density promises this material for the photoelectrochemical applications. 相似文献

Nanoclays are shown to be attractive substrates in at least two major respects. Firstly, Hectorite analogous commercial clays (“Laponite”) can facilitate the usage of luminescent rare earth ions in aqueous solution, as their adherence to the clay surface strongly reduces water coordination and thus enables dramatically improved emission intensities. This also holds true for complexes of Tb3+, which coordinate water in their native crystalline state, as demonstrated for tris(bipyiridine) complexes. For these, the laponite interaction affords a 16-fold gain in emission intensity in aqueous solution over the dissolved complex. Secondly, the two-dimensional, disk-like morphology of the clays enables a sufficient proximity of Ce3+ and Tb3+ to allow an energy transfer even at comparably low solution concentrations. In partially laminated, solid powders the efficiencies of the corresponding interlayer species decrease due to intimate interactions with the surrounding silicate and interlayer water, which can, however be counteracted by keeping the disks apart with long-chain, alkylammonium cations as spacers between the disks. 相似文献
