Co/CoFe2O4 nanoparticles with the mean size of 8.8, 10.8 and 16.9 nm were prepared by thermal decomposition of metal salts in the presence of citric acid. The X-ray diffraction patterns and Rietveld refinements confirmed coexistence of Co-ferrite and metallic cobalt phases in the nano-powders. Scanning electron microscope images showed an increase in particles aggregates mean diameter with increasing the annealing temperature. Magnetic hysteresis loops showed a demagnetization jump at low fields, which was attributed to different reversal fields of ferrite and the cobalt phases. Field-dependent behavior of maximum magnetization (Mmax), remanence (Mr), squareness (S) and coercivity (Hc) were studied through minor loops measurements. The calculated S value of the loops showed a maximum, between anisotropy and coercive fields. A sharp increase in Hc of larger particles was observed with increasing the applied field when compared to smaller particles. Henkel plots showed that the samples are interacting. Negative deviation of Henkel plots from linear behavior and negative δm plots revealed the dominant role of dipole–dipole interactions in the nano-aggregates. 相似文献

This is the first report ever on (Mn2+–Zr4+) doped M-type lanthanum strontium hexaferrite with general formula, Sr0.85La0.15(MnZr)xFe12−2xO19 where x=0.0, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, and 1.0, prepared by citrate auto-combustion method. These ferrites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscope (SEM), Energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and Vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). X-ray diffraction patterns show the formation of high purity hexaferrite phase without other secondary phases for all the synthesized samples. It was observed from magnetic hysteresis data that the coercive force is reduced from 5692.5 Oe to 1669.2 Oe with increase in doping contents but the net magnetization of the samples varies slightly from 60.6 to 55.2 emu/gm. High saturation magnetization (Ms), low coercivity (Hc) and remanence magnetization (Mr) values of these materials make them particularly suitable for data recording. 相似文献

Single phase multiferroic BiFeO3 (BFO) ceramics were synthesized with controllable amount of Fe2+ and oxygen vacancies in a very wide concentration range. Double ferroelectric hysteresis loops are observed in fresh BFO ceramics at room temperature without any aging processes. Detailed study shows that this is due to the defect dipoles which have preferential orientations antiparallel to the direction of spontaneous polarization, providing a driving force for domain back-switching. The dielectric constant of BFO could be enormously enhanced by 100 times by increasing the Fe2+ content, employing a polaronic relaxation process. 相似文献

Two-phase flow pressure drop hysteresis in parallel channels of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell
Two-phase flow pressure drop hysteresis was studied in a non-operational PEM fuel cell to understand the effect of stoichiometry, GDL characteristics, operating range, and initial conditions (dry vs. flooded) for flow conditions typical of an operating fuel cell. This hysteresis is noted when the air and water flow rates are increased and then decreased along the same path, exhibiting different pressure drops. When starting from dry conditions, the descending pressure drop tended to be higher than the ascending pressure drop at lower simulated current densities. The hysteresis effect was noted for stoichiometries of 1-4 and was eliminated at a stoichiometry of 5. It was found that the hysteresis was greater when water breakthrough occurred at higher simulated current densities, which is a function of GDL properties. The operating range had to reach a critical simulated current density (800 mA cm−2 in this case) between the ascending and descending approach to create a pressure drop hysteresis zone. The descending step size does not change the size of the hysteresis effect, but a larger step size leads to lower fluctuations in the pressure drop signal. An initially flooded condition also showed hysteresis, but the ascending approach tended to have a higher pressure drop than the descending approach. 相似文献

以完全基于实际材料、工艺参数的数值模型为基础,对金属橡胶的干摩擦迟滞特性进行了研究。从成形压力曲线、材料组织结构、尺寸、加载-卸载曲线等四个方面对数值模型的可靠性进行了验证。建立了弹性微元模型及其局部坐标,对接触对数量、滑动接触对比例、接触对形态进行了研究。接触对数量随加载量的增加而增加,随卸载量的增加而减小,滑动接触对约占所有接触对数量的80%。将接触对分为典型接触对和非典型接触对,其中典型接触对占主要成分。根据接触对的细观特征,建立了接触对力学模型,进而建立了金属橡胶迟滞特性曲线的数学模型。数学模型准确性、可靠性较好、各参数物理意义充分,能够较好地对材料的干摩擦迟滞特性进行描述,对材料的设计具有一定指导意义。 相似文献

A dynamic free energy hysteresis model in magnetostrictive actuators is presented. It is the free energy hysteresis model coupled to an ordinary different equation in an unusual way. According to its special structure, numerical implementation method of the dynamic model is provided. The resistor parameter in the dynamic model changes according to different frequency ranges. This makes numerical implementation results reasonable in the discussed operating frequency range. Piezoelectric (PZT) actuators having the characteristic of infinitely small displacement resolution are popularly applied as actuators in precision positioning systems. Due to its nonlinear hysteresis effect, the tracking control accuracy of the precision positioning system is difficultly achieved. Hence, it is desirable to take hysteresis effect into consideration for improving the trajectory tracking performance. In this paper, a model reference adaptive control scheme based on hyperstability theory is developed for a moving stage system driven by a PZT actuator. It is worth emphasizing that the controller can be constructed without a nonlinear hysteresis dynamic equation to compensate the hysteresis effect. According to simulation results, the tracking error was only nanometer order. Through experimental examinations, the tracking performance was obtained as precision as ten nanometers order which is the resolution limitation of the measurement system. The effectiveness of the proposed adaptive control scheme was validated. 相似文献
