Single-phase Fe–Al–Ti alloys with the Heusler-type L21 structure and two-phase L21 Fe–Al–Ti alloys with MgZn2-type Laves phase or Mn23Th6-type τ2 phase precipitates were studied with respect to hardness at room temperature, compressive 0.2% yield stress at 20–1100 °C, brittle-to-ductile transition temperature (BDTT), creep resistance at 800 and 1000 °C and oxidation resistance at 20–1000 °C. At high temperatures the L21 Fe–Al–Ti alloys show considerable strength and creep resistance which are superior to other iron aluminide alloys. Alloys with not too high Ti and Al contents exhibit a yield stress anomaly with a maximum at temperatures as high as 750 °C. BDTT ranges between 675 and 900 °C. Oxidation at 900 °C is controlled by parabolic scale growth.  相似文献

Polypyrrole (PPy) coatings have been deposited on iron from aqueous oxalic acid solution at different current densities. The polymer deposit obtained at a current density of 2 mA cm−2 yields strongly adherent and smooth PPy layers. The modification of the film by incorporation of copper microparticles using the cementation process was applied. The resulting PPy/Cu film electrodes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and EDX analysis. The protective performance against corrosion of these films is evaluated by using open circuit potential monitoring in highly corrosive solution (3% NaCl + HCl, pH 1). The results obtained were promising in the protection against corrosion.  相似文献

对熔模精铸球铁技术进行了研究和试验,重点对熔炼、浇注及冷却过程进行了试验,确定了较合理的工艺参数。经试验,蜡模压型的铸造收缩率可在0.5%~1.2%之间选择;型壳采用硅溶胶-水玻璃复合粘结剂工艺;球铁的化学成分按C、Si含量较高,Mn、S、P含量较低的原则确定。经批生产考核,精铸球铁铸件的金相组织可达到球化级别2级,石墨球大小6级,珠光体含量10%的要求。铸件力学性能也满足使用要求。  相似文献

Various molecular docking software packages are available for modeling interactions between small molecules and proteins.However,there have been few reports of modeling the interactions between metal ions and metalloproteins.In this study,the AutoDock package was employed to example docking into a di-iron binding protein,bacterioferritin.Each binding site of this protein was tested for docking with iron ions.Blind docking experiments showed that all docking conformations converged into two clusters,one for internal iron binding in sites within the metalloprotein and the other for external iron binding on the protein surface.Local docking experiments showed that there were significant differences between two internal iron binding sites.Docking at one site gave a reasonable root-mean-square deviation(RMSD) distribution with relatively low binding energy.Analysis of the binding mode quality for this site revealed that more than half of the docking conformations were categorized as having good binding geometry,while no good conformations were found for the other site.Further investigations indicated that coordinating water molecules contributed to the stability of binding geometries.This study provides an empirical approach towards the study of molecular docking in metalloproteins.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The workshop of Zambana el Vato (region Trentino, Northern Italy), is dated to the period between the 7th-6th and the 5th century BC. Iron working activities are clearly recognizable from the various finds. Among them there are working slag, heated clay, fragments of hearth or forge, hammerscale and more residues that can be referred to iron technology. A number of selected specimens were sectioned and mounted for photomicroscopy to identify the structure and some of the mounted samples were also examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) using both a back scattered electron detector and energy dispersive (EDS) x-ray analysis. This paper presents the results of these studies. The hearths were regularly repaired, as their fragments were found mixed with working slag. The hammerscale samples indicate that there were three iron-working areas. The fragments of forge with traces of tuyeres indicate that bellows were employed. Refining slag was identified among the debris. This is particularly significant as for the moment no iron refining centers are known in this area.  相似文献
