Catalytic Hydrocracking of a Bitumen‐Derived Asphaltene over NiMo/γ‐Al2O3 at Various Temperatures

Hydrocracking of a bitumen‐derived asphaltene over NiMo/γ‐Al₂O₃ was investigated in a microbatch reactor at varying temperatures. The molar kinetics of asphaltene cracking reaction was examined by fitting the experimental data. Below a defined temperature, the molar reaction showed the first‐order kinetic feature while at higher temperatures secondary reactions such as coke formation became significant, causing deviation of the reaction behavior from the proposed first‐order kinetic model. Selectivity analysis proved that dominant products varied from gases to liquids to gases with increasing temperature, shifting the dominant reaction from C–S bonds cleavage to C–C bonds cleavage.

简要介绍了林达均温型甲醇塔在内蒙天野20万t/a甲醇装置开车及初步运行情况。运行情况验证了该反应器的先进性,其催化剂床层测温点多、温度分布均匀、运行稳定。     

加氢反应器制造技术的新进展

随着加氢装置的大型化,对加氢反应器的设计、主体材质的选用及制造均提出了新的、更高的要求。文章较全面地介绍了国内外加氢反应器的设计准则、主体材质(抗氢钢)和制造技术等方面的新进展。     

24万t/a尿素装置技术改造总结

针对新化化肥有限公司尿素装置存在的问题进行了技术改造,从尿素合成塔、中压分解吸收、低压分解吸收、闪蒸等方面分析了产生问题的原因,提出了改进措施和实施方案。对改造前后工艺指标、产品质量和经济效益进行了对比和分析。改造结果表明.生产能力提高25％,5个月可收回全部投资。     

Cu-Mg/Al_2O_3催化乙醇和乙二胺合成N-乙基乙二胺

在固定床反应器内,乙醇和乙二胺经分子间催化胺化反应合成了N-乙基乙二胺(NEED),考察了一系列铜系催化剂的活性,并筛选出催化性能较好的Cu-Mg/A l2O3催化剂;通过X射线衍射和透射扫描电子显微镜方法表征了助剂Mg对Cu/A l2O3催化剂的改性作用;考察了助催化剂Mg含量、反应温度、反应压力、进料量和乙二胺含量等对Cu-Mg/A l2O3催化剂性能的影响。实验结果表明,Cu-Mg/A l2O3催化剂具有很好的活性和选择性;在200℃、3.0MPa、质量分数20%的乙二胺乙醇溶液、进料量1.0mL/m in的条件下,乙二胺的转化率为71.56%,产物NEED的选择性和收率分别为92.62%和69.86%;经过20 d的连续使用表明,Cu-Mg/A l2O3催化剂具有良好的稳定性。     

光氯化制备对氯三氯甲苯的工艺条件研究

本研究了在内环流反应器中，以对氯甲苯为原料制备对氯三氯甲苯的新工艺，考察了不同氯气流量、不同氯化温度对对氯甲苯侧链光氯化反应的影响，得出了对氯甲苯的侧链光氯化反应规律。结合正交试验，得出了对氯甲苯侧链光氯化制备对氯三氯甲苯的较优工艺条件。     

核电材料在模拟反应堆环境中应力腐蚀破裂测试技术与性能评价

简要介绍了采用慢应变速率试验，Ｕ型弯曲和Ｃ形环试验等技术，分别对８００合金，３０４和３１６及３１６Ｔｉ不锈钢Ａ５３３Ｂ压力容器用多在模拟核反应堆环境中的应力腐蚀破裂敏感性性进行的试验研究的一些主要结果；并结合电化学测试和表面膜俄歇电子能谱分析结果进行了讨论。     

New Reaction Engineering Concepts for Selective Oxidation Reactions

In order to enhance product yields in selective oxidation reactions, numerous reaction engineering concepts are being studied worldwide. Periodic operation has been investigated for decades, yet its application is limited to a few examples, such as the butane oxidation after DuPont or reverse-flow reactors for VOC removal. The use of microchannel reactors is a younger field, but it has already yielded promising results for process optimization. Catalytic wall reactors have proved to be a helpful tool for kinetic studies. On the laboratory scale, membrane reactors have displayed favorable behavior in selective oxidation. The Na vapor-catalyzed dehydrogenation of methanol to formaldehyde is a final example of an unusual new concept for selective oxidation.
