针对新化化肥有限公司尿素装置存在的问题进行了技术改造,从尿素合成塔、中压分解吸收、低压分解吸收、闪蒸等方面分析了产生问题的原因,提出了改进措施和实施方案。对改造前后工艺指标、产品质量和经济效益进行了对比和分析。改造结果表明.生产能力提高25％,5个月可收回全部投资。

Science in High Magnetic Fields: What Could Be Learned?

High magnetic fields are one of the most powerful tools available to scientists for the study, modification and control of matter. This includes the knowledge on correlations effects, interaction mechanisms, structural information and understanding of mesoscopic effects. In this context, a review of recent scientific achievements at the Grenoble High Magnetic Laboratory is given to illustrate, on specific examples, the power of the Magnetic Field probe.     

Understanding the differences between how novice and experienced designers approach design tasks

Research was undertaken to understand how to provide the most appropriate support for novice designers in engineering design. However, how designers apply their experience and knowledge is not understood and further research in this area is required. The Precedence Effect in Three Species of Birds (Melopsittacus undulatus, Serinus canaria, and Taeniopygia guttata).

The perceived locations of paired auditory images, simulating direct sounds and their echoes, have been recently studied in budgerigars (Melopsittacus undulatus; M. L. Dent & R. J. Dooling, 2003a, 2003b). In this article, the authors extend those experiments to include measurements of the precedence effect using a discrimination paradigm in two additional bird species: canaries (Serinus canaria) and zebra finches (Taeniopygia guttata). Although time courses of summing localization, localization dominance, and echo thresholds were similar across all species, budgerigars had slightly higher overall levels of discrimination. The results from these experiments add further support that the precedence effect in birds is similar to that found in other animals and that the ability to suppress echoes that might degrade localization and auditory object perception may be a general property of the vertebrate auditory system. Optimization of Selective Epitaxial Growth of Silicon in LPCVD

Selective epitaxial growth (SEG) of silicon has attracted considerable attention for its good electrical properties and advantages in building microstructures in high‐density devices. However, SEG problems, such as an unclear process window, selectivity loss, and nonuniformity have often made application difficult. In our study, we derived processing diagrams for SEG from thermodynamics on gas‐phase reactions so that we could predict the SEG process zone for low pressure chemical vapor deposition. In addition, with the help of both the concept of the effective supersaturation ratio and three kinds of E‐beam patterns, we evaluated and controlled selectivity loss and nonuniformity in SEG, which is affected by the loading effect. To optimize the SEG process, we propose two practical methods: One deals with cleaning the wafer, and the other involves inserting dummy active patterns into the wide insulator to prevent the silicon from nucleating.     

空间数据立方体的物化视图选择方法研究

针对决策支持系统(DSS)中集成空间分析能力的应用趋势，研究基于空间数据仓库的一种决策分析工具——空间在线分析处理(Spatial OLAP)，拟解决影响空间OLAP在线响应的瓶颈难点——空间数据立方体的物化问题。首先系统地提出空间OLAP的模型，然后对现有空间度量物化视图选择方法进行改进，提出了双向空间Greedy算法。实验证明．该算法在降低选择时间和求解质量两方面具有更好的表现。     

粉料纯度的影响因素及对策

粉料的纯度直接影响骨料配方和沥青用量，从而影响糊料混捏质量。文章就影响粉料纯度的因素进行探讨，并提出一些对策，以期对生产有所指导。     

深亚微米PD和FD SOI MOS器件热载流子损伤的研究

研究了深亚微米PD和FD SOI MOS器件遭受热截流子效应(HCE)后引起的器件参数退化的主要差异及其特点，提出了相应的物理机制，以解释这种特性。测量了在不同应力条件下最大线性区跨导退化和闽值电压漂移，研究了应力Vg对HCE退化的影响，并分别预测了这两种器件的寿命，提出了10年寿命的0．3μm沟长的PD和FD SOI MOS器件所能承受的最大漏偏压。
