Robot assisted gait training may help in producing rapid improvements in functional gait parameters. This paper presents new experimental results with an intrinsically compliant robotic gait training orthosis. The newly developed robotic orthosis has 6 degrees of freedom (DOFs). A trajectory tracking controller based on the boundary layer augmented sliding control (BASMC) law was implemented to guide the subject’s limbs on physiological gait trajectories. The compliance of the robotic orthosis sagittal plane hip and knee joints was also controlled, independently of the trajectory tracking control. The robotic orthosis and the control scheme were evaluated on three neurologically intact subjects walking on a treadmill. A maximum trajectory tracking error of 10° was recorded at the hip and knee sagittal plane joints. The results showed that subjects can walk in the robotic orthosis with comfort and the BASMC law was able to guide the subject’s limbs on reference physiological trajectories.  相似文献

针对当前烫印机采用薄膜轻触面板型人机界面交互性差、无网络功能、信息化和自动化水平低等问题,设计开发了一种新型智能烫印机。采用基于T5内核的串口电容触摸屏,实现了烫印工艺多模式交叉配置,提升了设备适应当前小批量定制化生产需求的能力。基于T5触摸屏集成的网络接口,实现了远程监控、算法升级、网络化生产管理。嵌入式控制系统以STM32F10系列32位高性能微控制器为核心,集成了烫印胶头温度测控模块和伺服电机驱动模块。采用UL2068达林顿管全数字化驱动气缸,高速全自动完成移印过程。实践应用表明:所开发的烫印机性能稳定,实现了烫印工艺、烫头恒温、伺服电机、高速气缸高性能一体化全自动控制。该烫印机集成度高,触摸屏显示界面友好,能够实现网络化控制与管理,具有广阔的工程应用前景。  相似文献

A newly designed pneumatic spring with two separate chambers is promoted and double-loop active control is introduced to overcome the following drawbacks of passive pneumatic isolation: (1)The low frequency resonances introduced into the system; (2)Conflict between lower isolation frequency and stiffness high enough to limit quasi-static stroke; (3) Inconsistent isolation level with different force load. The design of two separate chambers is for the purpose of tuning support frequency and force independently and each chamber is controlled by a different valve. The inner one of double-loop structure is pressure control, and in order to obtain good performance, nonlinearities compensation and motion flow rate compensation (MFRC) are added besides the basic cascade compensation, and the influence of tube length is studied. The outer loop has two functions: one is to eliminate the resonance caused by isolation support and to broaden the isolation frequency band by payload velocity feedback and base velocity feed forward, and the other is to tune support force and support stiffness simultaneously and independently, which means the support force will have no effect on support stiffness. Theoretical analysis and experiment results show that the three drawbacks are overcome simultaneously.  相似文献

The objective of the present work is to find the possibility of reducing the high initial moisture content of wet paddy using a small-scale, low-cost pneumatic conveying dryer that can be provided for each farming household. The dryer without a cyclone equipped at the exit of the dryer is studied and the data obtained from this system is compared with those obtained previously from the dryer with a cyclone. Parametric effects of the following variables are examined: velocity of drying air from 20 to 30 m/s, feed rate of rough rice from 150 to 350 kg/h, and drying air temperature from 35 to 70°C. From the experimental results it is found that the drying process with and without a cyclone are able to lead to very rapid drying without any grain quality problems such as cracks in the rice kernel. For the same experimental conditions, the cyclone-equipped dryer gives around 1% higher decrease of moisture content, 2°C higher average surface temperature of paddy, 3–4% higher average percentage of head rice yield, and 2 kg/h higher average evaporation rate. However, the energy consumption per evaporated mass of water is 20–30% lower than the non-cyclone-equipped dryer.  相似文献

This work presents experimental results on pickup velocity (critical velocity) measurements for a variety of particulate solids. The present experiments together with previously published experiments of a number of researchers encompass about 100 measurements of 24 materials for a wide range of particle sizes, shapes and densities. Based on the experimental results, three zones are defined by establishing simple relationships between the Reynolds and Archimedes numbers. The empirical relationships were further modified by taking into account the pipe diameter and particle shape (sphericity). The three-zone model was shown to reasonably correlate to Geldart's classification groups.  相似文献

The dilute turbulent steady-state gas-particle flows in flat horizontal channels with different wall surface roughness are considered. The kinetic theory of granular flows has been employed for modeling. The new approach to defining boundary conditions for a solid phase, which is based on the tangential restitution coefficient, has been applied. The model has been validated by comparison of the computed data with the experimental results.  相似文献
