Half-Heusler compounds of Sn-doped TiCoSb “TiCoSnxSb1−x (x = 0.0, 0.01, and 0.05)” were prepared and their thermoelectric properties were measured above room temperature. From the EDX analysis, all the samples have three phases: the TiCoSnxSb1−x, Co-rich, and Ti-rich phases. The values of the thermoelectric power increase with Sn doping, and a positive thermoelectric power is obtained in the sample of TiCoSn0.05Sb0.95. The thermal conductivity decreases both with increasing temperature and with Sn content. The maximum value of ZT for p-type material is 0.030 at 988 K in the sample of TiCoSn0.05Sb0.95.  相似文献

用HyscanⅡ型测氢仪测定了铝熔体在不同温度和保温时间下的氢含量 ,通过对BP人工神经网络的分析和改进 ,采用了结构为 2 4 2 1的BP神经网络模型 ,用所获得的试验数据对其进行训练和测试 ,当BP神经网络经过 3× 10 5次学习后 ,最大训练误差 (MaxTrainingError)和训练均方差 (RMSTrainingError)分别为 0 .5 5 %和 0 .18% ,同时相应的最大测试误差 (MaxTestError)和测试均方差 (RMSTestTraining)分别达到了 0 .72 %和 0 .3 3 % ,对铝熔体中氢的预测达到了很高的精度 ,从而建立了熔炼条件 (温度、保温时间 )和氢含量的映射模型  相似文献

Hydrogen strorage alloys with formula La1.5Mg0.5Ni7 were prepared by induction melting followed by different annealing treatments (1073, 1123 and 1173 K) for 24 h. The alloy composition, alloy microstructure and electrochemical properties were investigated, respectively. The results showed that the multi-phase structure of as-cast alloy was converted into a double-phase structure (Gd2Co7-type phase and Ce2Ni7-type phase) through annealing treatments. Mg atoms were mainly located in Laves unit of Gd2Co7-type unit cell and Ce2Ni7-type unit cell. The electrochemical capacity of alloy electrodes after annealing treatment could be up to 390 mAh/g. The cyclic stability of alloy electrodes was significantly improved by annealing treatments; After 150 charge/discharge cycles, the capacity retention ratio of alloy annealed at 1173 K was the highest (81.9%). The high rate dischargeability of alloy electrodes was also improved due to annealing treatment.  相似文献

采用有限元分析方法计算堆焊结构中氢浓度的分布,并将电解充氢试验条件下试块中氢扩散行为的计算结果和高压釜试验条件的计算结果进行对比分析。计算结果表明,采用电解充氢方法,可以在熔合线附近获得与高压釜充氢数值相近的氢浓度峰值,而到达这一峰值的时间较短。通过解析模型比较了不同试样条件和电解充氢条件对试验结果的影响。结果显示,增大充氢电流密度,延长充氢时间,减薄母材厚度,均使氢浓度峰值升高,从而使堆焊层剥离  相似文献

The crystal structure, hydrogen absorbing properties and electrode performance of Laves phase alloy systems, Sc---Zr---Ni---Mn and Sc---Ni---V systems, were studied by optical and scanning electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, pressure-composition isotherm and electrochemical measurements. C14 and C15 Laves phases and minor ScNi-related phase were found in the Sc---Zr---Ni---Mn alloy system. The ScNi-related phase was composed of Sc, Zr and Ni elements. Two kinds of minor phase, BCC and ScNi-related phases, were identified in addition to the C15 phase in the Sc---Zr---Ni---V alloy system. The BCC contained mainly the element V. The ScNi-related phase contributed to an increase in the hydrogen capacity, but those in the V alloy system did not. The multiphase anode with a large amount of the ScNi-related phase showed a low durability against the KOH electrolyte. The substitution of Zr by Sc led to an improvement in the initial activation of the anode, but there was not a clear correlation between the presence of the multiphase in the anode and the rate capability.  相似文献

CO2 emissions, which induce global warming, increase with the development of economic activity. It is impossible to decrease the CO2 emissions by suppression of the economic activity. Global CO2 recycling can solve this problem. The global CO2 recycling consists of three district: The electricity is generated by solar cells on deserts. At desert coasts, the electricity is used for H2 production by seawater electrolysis and H2 is used for CH4 production by the reaction with CO2. CH4 which is the main component of liquefied natural gas is liquefied and transported to energy consuming districts where CO2 is recovered, liquefied and transported to the desert coasts. A CO2 recycling plant for substantiation of our idea has been built on the roof of the Institute for Materials Research in 1996. Key materials necessary for the global CO2 recycling are the anode and cathode for seawater electrolysis and the catalyst for CO2 conversion. All of them have been tailored by us. They have very high activity and selectivity for necessary reactions in addition to excellent durability. A pilot plant consisting of minimum units in an industrial scale is going to be built in three years.  相似文献

The hydrogen absorption properties of Ti–0.2 mass% Pd (Ti–0.2Pd) alloy in 2.0% and 0.2% acidulated phosphate fluoride (APF) and neutral 2.0% NaF solutions (25 °C) has been evaluated by hydrogen thermal desorption analysis. During the early stage of immersion (120 h) in the 2.0% APF solution, the amount of absorbed hydrogen was lower than 500 mass ppm. A thermal desorption of hydrogen primary appearing with a peak at 500–600 °C and a broad desorption ranging from 100 to 400 °C were observed. In the 0.2% APF solution, the amount of absorbed hydrogen saturated at 100–200 mass ppm; the thermal desorption of hydrogen appeared with a single peak at 550 °C. In the 2.0% NaF solution, hydrogen absorption was negligible even after 1000 h of immersion, although corrosion pits were observed. The results of the present study suggest that the hydrogen absorption of Ti–0.2Pd alloy, as compared with commercial pure titanium, is suppressed in fluoride solutions.  相似文献
