For efficient and high-quality design of mechanical products, it is now possible to use virtual product models as a basis for functional simulation and verification. However it is not easy to evaluate human operational interfaces of such virtual products only by graphical interfaces. In this paper, a method is proposed to simulate human operational interfaces by use of generic haptic devices. Based on behavioural simulation of virtual product models, appropriate information for haptic interaction is generated, and machine operational interfaces are simulated by use of generic haptic devices. An audio visual system can enhance its controllability by an interactive and user-friendly menu through which a user issues commands to control audio visual devices. One of the serious problems encountered in such menu development is that end-user's requirement specifications vary in screen layouts, device configurations and commands contents, and often involves extensive manual programming. We have definedMacroMMenu formally as a tree structure menu system model restricting a menu transition graph, and designed and implemented an automated menu prototyping system which includes a menu generator calledInteractive Proto. A new developed device, computer cathodic orientation system, was tested to analyze functional properties of electroformed shells of nickel. Several applications, such as rapid tooling, may require thickness uniformity, where the tool or mold is made by electroforming, starting from the 3D model. This system enables the programed movement of the cathode (the model) in front of the anode with the main objective of achieving thickness uniformity. Different strategies were carried out, and parameters such as thicknesses and flexural modulus were measured for each sample. Results showed the apparent influence of this apparatus on the thickness distribution and the flexural modulus. Either the rate of mean thickness or central thickness was improved when the strategy of modifying relative position took place. Also, the flexural modulus was influenced by the approach carried out in the sequence of movement. 相似文献

We describe a toolset, consisting of a graphical editor, a simulator, and an assertion checker, for prototyping real-time systems that are specified as Communicating Real-Time State machines (CRSMs). CRSMs are timed state machines that communicate synchronously over unidirectional channels. The system behavior of CRSMs is characterized by a time-stamped trace of communication events. Safety and timing assertions on the trace of communication events are expressed in a notation based on Real-Time Logic. We illustrate the simulator and assertion checker by specifying a traffic-light controller and other real-time systems. There are two main contributions in this work: first, the prototyping environment serves as a validation of the model, the execution algorithm and paper design of example CRSMs, demonstrating that the ideas are realizable and potentially useful.
