叶黄素的热解产物分析   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
为研究叶黄素对卷烟燃吸品质的影响,分别在300、600、900℃和氮气、10%氧气 90%氮气、大气环境中进行了叶黄素热解试验,热解产物经固相微萃取后进行GC/MS分析,并用叶黄素进行了卷烟加香试验。结果表明:①在所试验的温度和氛围中,叶黄素的裂解产物主要是甲苯、对-二甲苯、1,2-二氢-1,1,6-三甲基-萘和2,7-二甲基萘等,另外还有少量的氧化异佛尔酮、巨豆三烯酮、醛和烯烃类物质等;②叶黄素裂解产物的种类和相对含量都随着裂解温度的变化而变化,而裂解氛围则影响不大;③添加叶黄素的卷烟烟气香气略增加,但其杂气、刺激性都明显增大,余味变差。因此,添加叶黄素不利于卷烟抽吸品质的提高。  相似文献

In this study, a single-stage, non-catalytic, dry methane plasmalysis process for producing mainly hydrogen and carbon powders using an atmospheric-pressure microwave plasma reactor is demonstrated. A high selectivity of H2 and carbon powders (C1), and a low required energy consumption of H2 could be obtained simultaneously at a low-applied power and a high inlet concentration of CH4 ([CH4]in), reaching 86.0% (selectivity of H2), 50.7% (selectivity of C1), and 6.7 eV/molecule–H2, respectively, at 0.8 kW, [CH4]in = 20%, and 12 slpm when CH4 gas was fed from the downstream of the cavity resonator. In addition, large amounts of nano carbon powders, which consisted of C atoms and had a graphite–rhombohedral structure with a particle size of about 50 nm, were produced. These particles had potential for using as a support for platinum catalysts in fuel cells.  相似文献

New catalyst precursors (copper and nickel acetylacetonates) have been used successfully for the synthesis of carbon nanotubes and onion particles from carbon monoxide. Catalyst nanoparticles and carbon products were produced by metal-organic precursor vapour decomposition and catalytic disproportionation of carbon monoxide in a laminar flow reactor at temperatures between 705 and 1216 °C. Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were formed in the presence of nickel particles at 923-1216 °C. The CNTs were single-walled, 1-3 nm in diameter and up to 90 nm long. Hollow carbon onion particles (COPs) were produced in the presence of copper particles at 1216 °C. The COPs were from 5 to 30 nm in diameter and consisted of several concentric carbon layers surrounding a hollow core. The results of computational fluid dynamics calculations to determine the temperature and velocity profiles and mixing conditions of the species in the reactor are presented. The mechanisms for the formation of both CNTs and COPs are discussed on the basis of the experimental and computational results.  相似文献

The slow pyrolysis of six Chinese biomasses was studied by thermogravimetric experiments. Non-linear square fitting method is used to calculate DTG data. The analysis results show that it is not possible to exactly represent the biomass pyrolysis by a one-step model with different mechanisms. Thus, three-pseudocomponent models were used to simulate the biomass pyrolysis. It was found that the three-pseudocomponent model with n-order kinetics (model II) is more accurate than the model with first-order kinetics (model I). Activation energies of three-pseudocomponents in model II are bigger than the values in model I. It is shown that model II yields the best simulation results, especially with respect to describe accurately the pyrolysis of the first pseudocomponent (hemicellulose) and the last one (lignin). Nevertheless, with regard to a practical utilization, the three-pseudocomponent model with a reaction order of one could be used, because the accuracy to represent biomass pyrolysis is high enough. Unrealistic high values of the reaction order are avoided, and thus this model is more realistic with respect to the chemical interpretation of the reaction order.  相似文献

Molten plastics are characterised with high viscosity and low thermal conductivity. Applying falling film pyrolysis reactor to deal with waste plastics can not only improve heat transfer efficiency, but also solve the flow problem.In this work, the pyrolysis process of molten polypropylene(PP) in a vertical falling film reactor is experimentally studied, and the influence of heating temperature on pyrolysis products is discussed. It has been found that with the temperature increases from 550 ℃ to 625 ℃, the yield of pyrolysis oil decreases from 74.4 wt%(± 2.2 wt%) to53.5 wt%(±1.3 wt%). The major compositions of the pyrolysis oil are C_9, C_(12) and C_(18), and β-scission reactions are predominant. The content of the light fraction C_6-C_(12) of pyrolysis oil is 69.7 wt%. Compared with other pyrolysis reactors, the yield of oil from vertical falling film pyrolysis reactor is slightly higher than that from tubular reactor,equal to that from rotary kiln reactor, and slightly lower than that in medium fluidised-bed reactor.  相似文献

The H2S release profiles of five important Colombian coals have been monitored using temperature programmed pyrolysis. It was found that there was no correlation between the amount of H2S and the sulphur content of the original coals. Coals which had been treated to remove all of the mineral matter and inorganic sulphur showed a good correlation with the free swelling index of the coals. This was explained by the physical trapping of H2S in closed porosity formed during pyrolysis. A similar result was found for demineralised coals with pyrite present. The H2S for untreated coals showed no systematic variation with rank, the coal sulphur content or free swelling index. This was because certain coals were rich in finely dispersed calcium which could chemically prevent H2S release.  相似文献

Rapid pyrolysis was conducted in a drop tube reactor using seven coals under various operating conditions. In addition to dense char, porous chars (network char and cenospheric char) were formed by the rapid pyrolysis under certain conditions. Porous char was mainly composed of film-like carbon and skeleton carbon. The pyrolyzed coal char particles were characterized in detail. Morphology and bulk density of porous char were quite different from the dense char formed under the same conditions, but elemental composition and BET surface area were similar to each other. CO2 gasification reactivity of porous char was lower than dense char in the later gasification stage, and this was ascribed to the low reactivity of skeleton carbon.  相似文献

We describe thermogravimetric analyses and pyrolysis kinetic studies carried out on hazardous waste mixtures of tar slag, paint slag, paper, sodium sulfate and calcium oxide. Both thermogravimetric (TG) and differential thermogravimetric (DTG) profiles were measured by a thermogravimetric analyzer at different final temperatures, particle sizes and heating rates. Pyrolysis kinetic parameters were calculated by the Coats-Redfern method. Influences of particle size, heating rate and final temperature on pyrolysis yields and kinetic parameters are also discussed. The results show that final temperature and particle size have a great effect on pyrolysis yields. We find that with increasing temperature the activation energy initially increases to a maximum value and then decreases. 以竹材、稻壳、木屑为原料,通过常规热解结合快速热解研究生物质热解特性。结果表明,生物质常规热解的液体得率较低,相比而言竹材最高,稻壳最低,且热解温度是影响竹材和木屑热解的主要因素,其液体得率随温度的升高呈先增后减的变化规律;快速热解方面,利用居里点裂解仪和GC—MS在线分析竹材热解的液相组成,其组成以糠醛和酚类物质为主,它们分别来源于纤维素、半纤维素和木质素的热解。  相似文献

A fabrication process has been developed to create suspended carbon microelectromechanical system (C-MEMS) structures. SU-8, a negative photoresist, was used as the starting material and was converted to the desired carbon microstructures using pyrolysis in an inert atmosphere. Suspended carbon-micro and nano electromechanical system (C-MEMS/NEMS) structures with feature sizes down to 500 nm were fabricated by ultra violet/electron beam (EB) lithography and pyrolysis. The problem of charging of the non-conductive SU-8 surface was solved by partially masking a thin metal layer to prevent the repulsion of negative charged electrons before EB writing. Complex suspended C-MEMS structures, such as bridges and networks have been formed. This fabrication method can accurately and reproducibly produce various suspended C-MEMS structures which have applications in microelectronics and biosensing.  相似文献
