Several refractory materials have been considered over the years as containment material for lithium and lithium halides. Surface modified refractory metals are being extensively investigated for containment of reactive metals, radionuclides and their compounds. An overview of experimental observations and results of liquid lithium corrosion of selected engineering refractory materials are presented. The nature of the degradation and its mechanism has been explained. The influence of temperature, microstructure, stress, impurities and service time on the corrosion behavior for various refractory alloys have been discussed. Selection rules for materials of containment for liquid lithium and lithium compounds have been suggested. Recent experimental observations on the behavior of tantalum and niobium-based refractory metal alloys in a specific molten salt environment comprising LiCl/Li2O/Li/Li3N at 725°C have been included in an effort to select suitable materials for molten salt equipment. It has been observed that oxygen contamination is particularly harmful for the refractory metal alloys where as nitrogen is deleterious to iron-based alloys.  相似文献

针对榆神府矿区某煤矿煤层开采遇"天窗区"导通浅层地下水,改变局部水文地质条件,影响煤矿安全开采的情况,通过Visual Modflow软件建立三维地下水非稳定流数值模型,预测浅层地下水通过"天窗区"对煤层开采涌水量的影响值。研究结果表明:第四系浅层含水层对2煤开采的矿井涌水量中补充的水量为3456.5 m3/d,其中通过"天窗区"对2煤开采的矿井涌水量中补充的水量为2768.8 m3/d;第四系含水层受"天窗区"影响较小,"天窗区"外的第四系含水层对煤层开采影响较小。研究结果为煤矿进行保水安全开采方案提供依据。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

An attempt has been made to prepare poly(o-anisidine) (POA), poly(o-toluidine) (POT) and copolymer poly(o-anisidine)-co-poly(o-toluidine) (POA-co-POT) thin films dopped by several inorganic salts (sulphates and chlorides) with varying size of cations using aqueous solution of H2SO4 as electrolyte. The effect of dopant in the presence of electrolyte is rarely studied in the field of conducting polymers. Various inorganic salts as dopants, namely, K2SO4, Na2SO4, Li2SO4, MgSO4, KCl, NaCl, LiCl, and MgCl2 are used at room temperature. The films were electropolymerized in solution containing 0.1 M monomer(s), 1 M H2SO4 as electrolyte and 1 M inorganic salt, by applying sequential linear potential scan rate 50 mV/sbetween ? 0.2 to 1.0 V versus Ag/AgCl electrode. The electro-synthesized films were characterized by cyclic voltammetry, UV-visible spectroscopy, and conductivity measurements. It was observed that the UV-visible peaks usually appearing at about 802–826 nm with a shoulder at 410–426 nm shows a shift in presence of doping salt for emeraldine salt (ES) phase of POA, POT, POA-co-POT. In overall study, a significant increase in conductivity is observed for all mentioned dopants and among these K2SO4 is found to be the best in sulphate category and KCl in chloride category. The formation of copolymer has been confirmed by differential scanning calorimetry.  相似文献

A series of new 6-methyl-2-vinylpyridinium water soluble cationic poly-electrolytes were synthesized with Cl?, Br?, HSO4?, H2PO4?, and NO3? as counter ions and were characterized by UV-visible, NMR, FTIR, and mass spectral studies. The intrinsic viscosity, electrical conductivity, and charge density of the polyelectrolytes were also determined. The effect of counter ion on flocculating ability of polyelectrolytes was investigated with tannery effluent at different concentrations (10–200 ppm). The total suspended solids (SS), COD and BOD, were determined for supernatant solutions to ascertain the extent of flocculation. The flocculating ability was found to be directly proportional to the concentration of the polyelectrolytes.  相似文献

研究了以十聚钨酸季铵盐为催化剂、30%过氧化氢为氧源催化氧化苯甲醇合成苯甲醛的反应,考察了不同催化剂的催化效果、反应温度、反应时间、十聚钨酸季铵盐的用量和过氧化氢的用量等对苯甲醇选择性催化氧化反应的影响。结果表明,以十聚钨酸季铵盐([BunPy]4W10O32)为催化剂,在60℃,十聚钨酸季铵盐用量为0.08mmol,反应15h,30%过氧化氢用量为45mmol,苯甲醇的用量为30mmol时,苯甲醇的转化率为96.7%,苯甲醛的选择性达到91.5%。  相似文献

We investigated some properties of the major ionic peroxidase (POD) from germinating Sorghum bicolor var Fara Fara. Peroxidase activity increased eightfold during the first 36 h of germination and declined thereafter to four times the value in the dry grain after 144 h. Gel filtration followed by ion exchange chromatography resolved the major peroxidase into two forms. The predominant POD had an optimum temperature of 55 °C, two pH optima at 5.0 and 7.0, with a sharp decline in activity below pH 4.5, an apparent activation energy of 463 kJ mol?1, an apparent molecular weight of 63.1 kDa and was relatively heat‐stable up to 70 °C. The enzyme was strongly inhibited by dithiothreitol and sodium metabisulphite. Calcium chloride and magnesium chloride below 2 mM enhanced POD activity without any adverse effect on germination, while ammonium chloride and ferric chloride inhibited the enzymatic activity of both forms. At 5 mM , magnesium chloride inhibited POD activity by 50% with only a 14% reduction in germination, while calcium chloride achieved the same effect at 10 mM . These results are pertinent to controlling the undesirable activity of peroxidase in a typical malting or brewing process. © 2002 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

The form of a lipid supplement, its degree of saturation, and its fatty acid (FA) profile greatly influence digestibility and cow productive response. The objective in this study was to examine the effect of fat supplements that differ in their form or FA profile on nutrient digestibility and cow performance. Forty-two mid-lactation cows (128 ± 53 d) were assigned to 3 treatment groups according to milk yield, days in milk, and body weight. For 13 wk, the cows were fed rations that contained (on a dry matter basis) (1) 2.4% of calcium salts of fatty acids (CSFA) consisting of 45% palmitic acid (PA) and 35% oleic acid (OA; CS45:35); (2) 2.4% of CSFA consisting of 80% PA and 10% OA (CS80:10); or (3) 2.0% of free FA consisting of 80% PA and 10% OA (FF80:10). Rumen samples were taken to measure the ammonia and volatile FA concentrations, and fecal samples were taken to measure the digestibility. Preplanned comparisons were CS45:35 versus CS80:10 to assess 2 CSFA supplements with different FA profiles, and CS80:10 versus FF80:10 to assess similar FA profiles in different forms. Compared with CS45:35, CS80:10 decreased the milk yields, increased the fat percentage, and tended to increase the energy-corrected milk (ECM) yields. The fat percentage of milk was highest in the FF80:10 cows (4.02%), intermediate in the CS80:10 cows (3.89%), and lowest in the CS45:35 cows (3.75%). Compared with CS80:10, FF80:10 increased milk yields (50.1 vs. 49.4 kg/d, respectively), tended to increase fat percentage, and increased 4% fat-corrected milk (4% FCM; 49.1 vs. 47.7 kg/d, respectively) and ECM yields (49.5 vs. 48.2 kg/d, respectively). Treatment had no effect on dry matter intake (DMI), and compared with CS80:10 cows, the calculated energy balance was lower in the FF80:10 cows. The 4% FCM/DMI and ECM/DMI ratios were higher in the FF80:10 group compared with the CS80:10 group. Compared with the CS80:10 cows, the FF80:10 cows had a lower rumen pH, higher propionate, lower acetate/propionate ratio, and higher total VFA. Compared with CS45:35 cows, the apparent total-tract digestibilities of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber were higher in CS80:10 cows; whereas, the apparent total-tract digestibilities of dry matter, organic matter, protein, neutral detergent fiber, and acid detergent fiber were higher in the CS80:10 cows compared with the FF80:10 cows. Compared with the CS80:10 group, the apparent digestibility of total FA was 13.0 percentage points lower in the FF80:10 cows (79.1 vs. 66.1%, respectively), and similarly, the digestibilities of 16-carbon and 18-carbon FA were lower in the FF80:10 cows than in the CS80:10 cows. In conclusion, the form, more than the FA profile of fat supplements, influenced digestibility. Further, the CSFA supplements were more digestible than the free fatty acids, regardless of the FA profile. However, energy partitioning toward production appeared to be higher in the FF80:10 cows, although the digestibility of nutrients was lower than in the CSFA product with a similar FA profile.  相似文献

研究了合成的阳离子季铵盐表面活性剂十八烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵的乳化性能、泡沫性能、增溶性能、再润湿力、柔软性及白度、杀菌性及抗静电性等应用性能,其CMC值为3.18×10-5mol/L,表面张力为22.7 mN/m,Krafft点小于0℃。其增溶性能、杀菌性、再润湿性能优越,同时有较好的乳化性能、发泡力和柔软性能,对织物白度的影响较小。该阳离子表面活性剂可用于配置性能优良的洗涤剂、纺织助剂、杀菌剂。  相似文献
