随着信息化步伐的加快,企业对生产数据归档的要求越来越高,利用传统方式实现WinCC数据归档已不能满足生产需要。通过对现有WinCC软件的OPC接口分析,提出了采用开发效率高的VB软件和数据存储功能强大的SQL软件对WinCC进行二次开发的可行方案。该方案实现了对WinCC过程数据的高级归档,满足企业对数据归档的要求,同时避免了使用西门子专用归档选件带来的高成本开发。目前,该方案已在工程应用中取得了较好效果,具有一定的应用推广价值。 相似文献

研究了正丁烯直接水合法制仲丁醇工艺中原料水中仲丁醇含量对反应的影响.当原料水中含有少量仲丁醇时(约0.9%时),其对水合反应过程的转化率影响不大;原料水中含有少量仲丁醇时,反应过程的稳定性比较好.当水合反应的原料水中仲丁醇浓度增大时(原料水中仲丁醇浓度为2.0%左右时),反应过程的转化率明显下降.当水合反应的原料水中仲丁醇含量进一步增大时,反应过程的转化率下降明显,但呈非线性变化. 相似文献

We present a new model considering the effects of secondary structure on the conformations and folding process of protein-like chains in three-dimensional simple cubic lattice in this paper. The properties such as chain dimensions, shape, average contacts and chain average energy with different helical energy of a helix (εhel=0, −0.75, −1.5, and −3 in the unit of kT) are discussed here. Unlike conventional polymers, protein-like chains are much compact. We also find that the ability to form helix of residue is different under the condition of different helical energy of a helix. The energy distribution for protein-like chains with different length and the conformation changes in the process of folding of proteins are discussed. In atomic collisions in solids by the ions with very strong electronic interaction, it is confirmed that the atomic displacement process is enhanced by electronic excitation. Two experimental results are introduced as examples. The first is the columnar defect formation in a cuprate superconductor Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox which is irradiated with 3.5 GeV Xe ions, the second is sputtering induced by highly charged ion (HCI) bombardment (Xeq+; q=15-44). Since there are some indications to show that these phenomena might be the outcome of the Coulomb explosion process, we tried to make a molecular dynamics simulation of the sputtering process based on this Coulomb explosion mechanism. Good agreement between the simulation and experiment was found. For sputtering of electrically conductive materials, the importance of neutralization dynamics of the HCI and the highly charged region in the solid materials was indicated. 相似文献

试验了250A/5Hz电磁搅拌连铸150 mm×150 mm方坯时二冷比水量对0.64%-0.82%C钢铸坯冷却速度、凝固组织和中心碳偏析的影响。结果表明,当二冷比水量由0.83 L/kg增加至1.55 L/kg时,距铸坯边缘46 mm处的一次枝晶臂间距由380μm降至300μm,平均中心碳偏析指数由1.15降至1.10,同时等轴晶比例由45%降至40%,二次强冷工艺适合于小方坯连铸。 相似文献

The average bed and sidewall shear stresses in smooth rectangular open-channel flows are determined after solving the continuity and momentum equations. The analysis shows that the shear stresses are function of three components: (1) gravitational; (2) secondary flows; and (3) interfacial shear stress. An analytical solution in terms of series expansion is obtained for the case of constant eddy viscosity without secondary currents. In comparison with laboratory measurements, it slightly overestimates the average bed shear stress measurements but underestimates the average sidewall shear stress by 17% when the width–depth ratio becomes large. A second approximation is formulated after introducing two empirical correction factors. The second approximation agrees very well (R2>0.99 and average relative error less than 6%) with experimental measurements over a wide range of width–depth ratios. 相似文献

将ZIRLO锆合金样品分别进行1000℃-0.5h/560℃-10h、1000℃-0.5h/冷轧/560℃-10h和750℃-0.5h、750℃-0.5h/560℃-10h、750℃-0.5h/冷轧/560℃-10h的不同处理。用透射电镜观察了它们的显微组织,将它们放入高压釜中,研究了在350℃,16.8MP,0.04M LiOH水溶液中的耐腐蚀性能,结果表明,在本文所有的变形及热处理条件下中,750℃-0.5/冷轧/560℃-10h处理后样品的耐腐蚀性能最好,其原因在于样品经过这样处理后,基体αZr中固溶的Nb含量较低,并获得了纳米尺寸分布的βNb(含Fe)第二相粒子,后者对改善耐腐蚀性能尤为重要。样品在最终560℃加热处理之前的冷轧变形,可以促进βZr分解时的形核,是获得纳米尺寸βNb的必要措施。 相似文献

A numerical study has been undertaken to investigate the notion of absolute/convective instability in laminar incompressible trailing edge flows past wedge-like shapes with curved boundaries of the form y=α(−x)m. The effects of various trailing edge shapes m and relative thickness α on the flow separation and the development of instabilities in the vicinity of trailing edge are investigated. The nonlinear viscous-inviscid interaction equations, which have been derived by means of the asymptotic theory of flow separation, are solved first numerically to construct genuine mean velocity profiles representing the correct flow in the vicinity of the trailing edge. The absolute/convective nature of the asymptotically formed velocity profiles via a composite expansion is then ascertained by using a spatio-temporal analysis based on the Briggs-Bers pinching criterion. Although no absolute growth is encountered upstream of the trailing edge of the airfoil shapes considered, in particular the wake region behind the trailing edge of Joukowski type profiles is found to be persistently susceptible to absolute instability. It is found that separation is enhanced as the relative thickness of the airfoil gets bigger. This, in turn, is shown to lead to an additional enhancement of the absolute instability character by both increasing the absolute growth rate as well as the extent of the unstable region. Shedding frequency of the Karman vortex street is also determined behind the trailing edge shapes considered. 相似文献
