A novel porous metal fiber sintered sheet (PMFSS) with high porosity was fabricated by the solid-state sintering method of copper fibers. In this study, both three- and four-point bending setup were established to characterize the bending properties of PMFSS. Similar three stages in the three- and four-point bending fracture process were observed for the PMFSS with 80% porosity sintered at 900 °C for 60 min. Comparing with the three-point bending, it is found that much smaller bending force was obtained in the four-point bending test under the same displacement conditions. Moreover, the porosity and sintering parameters were also varied to investigate the influence on the bending properties of PMFSS. Both three- and four-point bending strength were found to be decreased with increasing porosity ranging from 70% to 90%. Higher sintering temperature produced higher bending strength for the PMFSS sintered in the temperature range of 700–1000 °C. Besides, the extension of holding time also could slightly affect the bending strength.  相似文献

Tactic planning or master production scheduling focuses on time and spatial decomposition of the aggregate planning targets and forecasts, as well as, forecast and provision of needed resources. This process becomes extremely hard and time consuming with the increase of number of products, resources and periods considered. In face of such obstacles, this work shows a study of an Artificial Intelligence technique called Simulated Annealing applied to the optimization of production planning problem, more specifically, Master Production Scheduling. This work reviews some of the fundamental theory of simulated annealing, the methodology for master production scheduling calculation, the applicability of simulating annealing to planning problems, most important results and suggestions for further studies.  相似文献

Lead-free ceramics 47(Ba0.7Ca0.3)TiO3–0.53Ba(Zr0.2Ti0.8)O3 (BCZT) + 0.2 mol% Tb and xCaCl2 (x = 0.1,0.2 and 0.3 wt%) were prepared at different temperatures (1300, 1350 and 1410 ℃) by solid-state reaction method. The experimental results reveal that dopants can effectively promote the growth of grain at relatively low sintering temperature and CaCl2 as the well sintering aid can produce a pronounced liquid phase to fill the gap between grains sintered at 1410 ℃ with 0.2 wt%. Relative densities and piezoelectric properties of samples can be improved by the introduction of Tb and CaCl2. Comparing with pure BCZT, the residual polarization (Pr) and piezoelectric coefficient (d33*) of ceramics increase from 8.2 to 11.4 μC/cm2 and 568–720 pm/V with 0.2 mol% Tb and 0.2 wt% CaCl2 doped. The enhanced properties of samples may be related to the appearance of liquid phase which can increase relative densities of ceramics to 96% and the form of defect dipole in ceramics. Moreover, introduction of CaCl2 makes dielectric peaks (Tc) move to the high-temperature zone about 13 ℃ and become more and more diffuse (γ = 1.71–1.86), which may have the potential electro-caloric effect application in ferroelectrics.  相似文献

The behavior of submicron- and nano-sized NaNbO3 powder compacts during conventional sintering was studied using optical dilatometry and microstructure analysis. Microstructure-development trajectories revealed the dominance of grain growth during the initial sintering stage, while densification occurred only during later stages. Surface diffusion with low activation energy in the range of 50–60 kJ/mol was found to be the dominant material-transport mechanism during the initial sintering stage. The early activation of surface diffusion reduced the sintering driving force, decreased the rate of the densifying mechanisms and was thus identified as the main cause for poor densification of NaNbO3. Same explanation could be valid also for other alkaline niobate based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics. Finally, alternative sintering methods are discussed and the efficiency of the pressure-assisted sintering was demonstrated in successful production of highly-dense fine-grained NaNbO3 ceramics, with relative density and grain size of 98% and 700 nm, respectively.  相似文献

This paper proposes a new extended Process to Product Modeling (xPPM) method for integrated and seamless information delivery manual (IDM) and model view definition (MVD) development. Current IDM development typically uses Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) to represent a process map (PM). Exchange requirements (ERs) and functional parts (FPs) specify the information required when information is exchanged between different activities. A set of information requirements, specifically defined as a subset of Industry Foundation Classes (IFC), is called an MVD. Currently however, PMs, ERs, FPs, and MVDs are developed as separate documents through independent development steps. Moreover, even though ERs and FPs are designed to be reused, tracking and reusing the ERs and FPs developed by others is practically impossible. The xPPM method is proposed to provide a tight connection between PMs, ERs, FPs, and MVDs and to improve the reusability of predefined ERs and FPs. The theoretical framework is based on the approach of the Georgia Tech Process to Product Modeling (GTPPM) to suit the IDM development process. An xPPM tool is developed, and the validity of xPPM is analyzed through the reproduction of existing IDMs and MVDs. The benefits and limitations of xPPM and lessons from the applicability tests are discussed.  相似文献

Optimized CGO-based slurries are formulated and shaped into thin dense layers via a tape-casting process. The formulation is adjusted with respect to the rheological behaviour. The internal structure and flow properties of slurries are explored with the aim of identifying the required conditions to obtain thin dense CGO layers at reduced sintering temperatures (1200 °C). We demonstrate a correlation between the rheological properties of the slurries, the sintering behaviour and the microstructure of the resulting tapes. Remarkably, a dense CGO layer less than 20 µm thick is obtained with a non-congested slurry, having optimized ceramic loading and liquid-like behaviour.  相似文献

Alumina – carbon nanofibers (CNF) and alumina – graphene oxide (GO) composites were prepared by spark plasma sintering using freeze-dried powders prepared from optimized suspensions of the mixtures. The tribological behavior was studied using the ball-on-disk technique in dry sliding at ambient conditions and compared to a monolithic alumina used as a reference. At low loads there was little difference between friction and wear behavior, whereas at moderate loads the composites showed a noticeable reduction in wear rate over monolithic alumina, five and 2.5 times for the GO and the CNF composite respectively; the friction coefficient slightly decreased for the alumina – GO material. This behavior is related to the presence of a carbon-rich protecting tribofilm. The film present in the alumina – GO showed better tribological performance due to the absence of coalescence of cracks that led to delamination events in the case of the alumina – CNF composite.  相似文献

The time change of the fluidity and particle dispersion state of alumina slurries with and without a sintering aid were investigated. The apparent viscosity of the slurry was measured at certain intervals. The hydrostatic pressure of the slurry, which represents the particle dispersion state, was also measured. We showed that the pH value, adsorbed amount of dispersant, and Mg ion concentration of the slurry hardly changed with time even though the apparent viscosity of the slurry increased with time. We suggest that the time change in the apparent viscosity, that is, the behaviour in which the apparent viscosity of the slurry increased with time, occurs when the electrostatic repulsion force is insufficient to maintain the particle dispersion state for a long time, such as shortage in the dispersant to its saturated amount.  相似文献

The effect of heat-treatment on foaming properties of ostrich albumen was investigated. At pH 7.5, coagulation of ovotransferrin (OT) resulted in minimum foaming capacity (FC) and maximum foam density (FD). While both exposure of sulfhydryl groups of ovalbumin (OV) and OT-OV interactions improved FC at lower pH, neither of them had beneficial effect on FC at pH 9. At pH 9, FC and FD were mildly affected by heat-treatment because of less aggregation of OT, then FC decreased due to covalent aggregates composed of ovomucin and OV, but at higher temperatures, higher level of OV unfolding resulted in enhanced FC.  相似文献

Modeling, optimization, process monitoring, and product development in a toner process using multiway principal component analysis and multiway partial least square method is described. Process measurements and product quality values of past successful batches were collected in a data matrix and preprocessed through time alignment, centering, and scaling. Following the identification of latent variables, an empirical model was built through a fourfold cross validation that can represent the operation of a successful batch. The prepared model provided a realistic prediction of process behavior, realistically represented the operation of the industrial unit, and is mathematically simple enough to be used in online optimization and for automatic control strategies of selected abnormal batches.  相似文献
