引进型国产300MW汽轮机窜轴事故分析及防止对策

通过引进型国产300MW汽轮机在启动试运中出现的一次窜轴事故,根据计算机追忆打印的有关图表、数据分析了产生事故的原因,并提出了为防止类似事故重演应采取的措施和建议。经采取措施后该机组多次又在相同情况下启机,已安全运行。说明分析正确,措施得当,值得同类型机组借鉴。     

EFFECT OF HYDROGEN ON THE MICROSTRUCTURE OF SUPER-α2 ALLOY WITH β SOLUTION AND AGEING TREATMENT

借助透射电镜和Ｘ射线衍射仪探讨了氢对Ｓｕｐｅｒ－α２合金β固溶后时效组织的影响，结果表明，氢使时效组织显著细化，使析出相呈细小板条状规则排布，此外，氢还促进Ｂ２相转变为Ｏ相。     

Relaxation phenomena caused by equilibration of point defects

Relaxation phenomena due to equilibration of point defects in metals are reviewed. The relaxation effect in specific heat observed in tungsten and platinum confirms that in both cases the nonlinear increase in the high-temperature specific heat has to be attributed to point-defect formation. Relaxation phenomena observed by measurements of electrical resistivity and positron annihilation are also considered. The comparison of the data seems to be favorable for the conclusion that all the phenomena are of one origin.     

高灵敏度热释电摄象管红外电视系统

针对热释电摄象管(PEV)在传统的对称斩波模式下存在的各种问题,设计了一种新的非对称斩波模式PEV红外电视系统.通过提高PEV摄象机的温度响应率R_i和采用高去噪声信号处理系统,大大改善了PEV红外成象系统的性能.     

油田开发经济运行质量研究与应用

提出了油田开发经济运行质量的研究方法和技术思路。对胜利油区几种典型的油藏类型进行了经济运行质量评价。以老河口油田桩106块为例，提出了提高油田经济运行质量的三条基本途径，取得了较好的实际应用效果。     

RH-KTB耐材长寿技术研究及应用

介绍了宝钢RH-KTB工艺条件下RH用镁铬砖的应用和提高浸渍管管龄、下部槽槽龄的方法.     

深井重泥浆弱凝胶工艺技术初探

重泥浆强凝胶体系对钴井会产生不利影响。笔者结合川东地区的实际情况,分析了重泥浆强凝胶形成的原因和重泥浆弱凝胶的形成机制,提出了形成重泥浆弱凝胶体系的核心和设计原则,总结出了一套以正确使用泥浆添加剂并配合强有力的固控措施为主的成套深井重泥浆弱凝胶工艺技术,介绍了这套技术在川东地区的应用情况。实践证明,少用甚至不用泥浆降粘剂就可获得并维持尽可能低的静切力,使τ_s,10s为0.5—6Pα、τ_s,10min为2—12.5Pα。     

Bulk modification of styrene–butadiene–styrene triblock copolymer with maleic anhydride

The bulk modification of SBS rubber with maleic anhydride in a mixing chamber of a Haake rheomixer was studied. The effect of temperature, maleic anhydride, and benzoyl peroxide concentrations on the grafting efficiency was evaluated. High grafting efficiency was achieved when the ratio of peroxide and maleic anhydride concentration was high. On the other hand, on this condition high insoluble fraction was generated. The addition of a diamine, 4,4′‐diaminediphenylmethane to the reaction mixture minimizes the amount of insoluble polymer. However, the grafted MAH content also decreases. The graft copolymer was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and the grafting extension was determined by titration. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 精轧油膜轴承密封失效机理的初步分析

对油膜轴承密封出现的进水、漏油现象作了大量的调查、测量和统计分析，找出了产生质量事故的根本原因，提出了解决措施。     

岳城水库供水工程贴边岔管设计

岳城水库供水工程， 邯郸、安阳两城市引水岔管均采用内、外贴边补强板型式对取水口进行局部加强。此补强方法对水流流态干扰较少， 水头损失小。设置这样的岔管对原电站压力钢管结构改动较小， 构造相对简单， 制作与安装方便， 对岳城水库供水这样的改建工程较为适用。
