In this work, a new active sun tracker for solar streetlight combined with photoelectric tracking mode mainly and time-based tracking mode auxiliary was proposed. The sun tracker was designed through three aspects: mechanical structure, electrical system and control procedure. Then, a proper model named Available Energy Absorption Model was built to study the energy efficiency. The numerical average value of energy efficiency in a year is 36% which shows the superiority of the tracking mode on the available energy absorption. Lastly, the mechanical properties analysis of the tracker was implemented on two aspects which include motion simulation and wind resistance. The numerical results prove the feasibility of the double-slider mechanism and the reliability of the tracker’s strength. 相似文献

In 2017, Cosmetics Europe performed a double-blinded ring test of 24 emulsion-type sunscreen products, across 3 in vivo test laboratories and 3 in vitro test laboratories, using a new candidate in vitro SPF test method. Based on the results of this work, an article was published showing how data derived from a new lead candidate method conform to new International Standards (ISO) acceptance criteria for alternative SPF test methods (Any alternative method should consider the matrix effect and if required, specify the matrix applicability of the method; Criterion 1a: Systematic differences between methods should be negligible: 95% of all individual results of an alternative method are within the range of ±2× reproducibility standard deviation of the in vivo method, that is overall bias must be below 0.5× reproducibility standard deviation of the in vivo method; Criterion 1b: Measurement uncertainty of an alternative method should be below the measurement uncertainty of the in vivo method. Candidate method predicted values must fall within the full ‘funnel’ (SPF 6-50+) limits proposed by Cosmetics Europe (derived from the same minimum test design, that is using the ISO24444 Method to measure at least 24 products across at least 3 laboratories using at least 5 test subjects/laboratory, in a blinded fashion).). Of the 24 sunscreen products tested, the majority of emulsions were of the oil-in-water (O/W) type, whereas only one was water-in-oil (W/O) and there were no products with a mineral-only sun filter system. In order to confirm the scope of this method, therefore, a new study was conducted that included 73 W/O (12 mineral + organic, 44 mineral only and 17 organic only) and 3 O/W mineral-only, emulsion-type sunscreen products (a total of 76 new sunscreen products). When combined with the previous 24 products (tested in 3 different laboratories), this yielded a new data set comprising a total of 100 emulsion-type sunscreen products, with SPF values ranging from 6 to 50+ (with a total of 148 data points). These products were tested using the double-plate in vitro SPF test method and compared with the ISO TC217/WG7 acceptance criteria for alternative SPF test methods. Over 95% of paired in vitro: in vivo SPF values lay within the upper and lower limits of the ISO acceptance criteria funnel, with no bias. This new in vitro SPF test method, therefore, meets the minimum requirements for an alternative SPF test method to ISO24444:2010, for emulsion-type sunscreen products (which make up the majority of marketed sunscreen products). 相似文献

The effects of salt concentrations (0-15.0%) and drying methods on the quality of dried milkfish were studied. The results showed that the levels of aerobic plate counts, total coliform, water activity, moisture contents, total volatile basic nitrogen (TVBN) and thiobarbituric acid (TBA) of the dried milkfish samples prepared with the same drying method decreased with increased salt concentrations. The samples prepared with the cold-air drying method had better quality in term of lower TVBN and TBA values than those of samples prepared with other drying methods. The histamine contents in all samples, except two, prepared with various salt concentrations by different drying methods were less than 1.9 mg/100 g. Two unsalted samples prepared with hot-air drying at 35 °C and sun drying methods were found to contain histamine at levels of 249.7 and 67.4 mg/100 g, respectively, which were higher than the potential hazard level of 50 mg/100 g. 相似文献

Purpose
To evaluate and describe the microstructural changes at the ocular surface in response to habitual ocular sun exposure, correlate them with the UV protection habits and follow their dynamics using in vivo confocal microscopy(ICM).Methods
For a period of minimum 4 months 200 subjects (400 eyes), aged 28?±?7.3 years, were recruited with the agreement that they will spend their summer exclusively in the region of the Black Sea coast at 43?°N latitude and will be examined before and after the summer. All subjects filled in a questionnaire about habitual UV protection and were examined clinically and by ICM.Results
Questionnaire results demonstrated that 83.5% (167 participants) of the subjects considered the sun dangerous for their eyes, but 78% (156 subjects) believed that there is danger exclusively during the summer period. Although no clinical changes were detected, microstructural analysis of the cornea demonstrated statistically significant (p?=?0.021) decrease of the basal epithelial density – from 6167?±?151 cells/mm2 before to 5829?±?168 cells/mm2 after the summer period. Microstructural assessment of the conjunctiva demonstrated characteristic cystic lesions with dark centres and bright borders encountered in only 25 eyes(6%) before, and affecting 118 eyes(29.5%) after the summer. The total area of the cysts after the summer increased fivefold. Spearman analysis proved negative correlation between sun protection habits and number of cysts.Conclusion
Summer sun exposure for one season leads to clinically undetectable, microstructural changes affecting the cornea, bulbar and palpebral conjunctiva with transient, but possibly cumulative nature. 相似文献99.

本文探讨了晒红烟主要化学成分在大田期积累变化规律,研究结果表明,总氮、蛋白质、总糖、还原糖的积累从移栽后30天开始增加较多,烟碱是从移栽后50天开始迅速增加。主要化学成分含量约50%多是在移栽50天以后积累。日积累出现最高值的日期,总氮是移栽后50天,蛋白质是移栽后80天,烟碱是60天,总糖是70天,还原糖是40天。主要化学成分以叶中分布最多,茎次之,根最少;烟碱在根、茎、叶中的分布比例,生育前期和后期无明显的变化,而其它成分,生育前期以叶中分布居多,根、茎较少,到生育后期叶中分布逐渐减少,根、茎中的分布逐渐增加。 相似文献
