Cif2000平台下的核磁共振测井解谱方法研究

介绍了在Cif2000多井解释平台下的核磁共振解谱方法与编程实现。解谱采用加入平滑因子后在特征矩阵的奇异值分解中截去小的非零奇异值的方法，可以在低信噪比时得到稳定的弛豫谱，在油田实际应用中证明了该方法的有效性。根据该方法在Cif2000平台上编制了完整的解谱处理程序，可以直接用于油田的生产实际。     

Influence of the intrinsic layer characteristics on a-Si:H p–i–n solar cell performance analysed by means of a computer simulation

In this paper a set of one-dimensional simulations of a-Si:H p–i–n junctions under different illumination conditions and with different intrinsic layer are presented. The simulation program ASCA permits the analysis of the internal electrical behaviour of the cell allowing a comparison among the different internal configurations determined by a change in the input set. Results about the internal electric configuration will be presented and discussed outlining their influence on the current tension characteristic curve. Considerations about the drift–diffusion and the generation–recombination balance distributions, outlined by the simulation, can be used to explain the correlation between the basic device output, the i-layer characteristics (thickness and DOS), the incident radiation intensity and photon energy.

应用当前景流行的图形设计软件Coredraw9.0和Photoshop5.0，设计针织面料T恤花型，进一步利用SCC4F-548型电脑提花圆机相配套的图形设计软件Aupaint处理，生成提花花型图案，为夏季T恤花型图案设计提供了一条简便快捷的设计方法和新的设计思路。     

基于一类T-模的模糊Hopfield网络的稳定性分析

本文建立了基于一类T-模的一种动态模糊神经网络-(∨,T)Hopfield网.文章首先证明了系统本身的稳定性及系统平衡态的Lyapunov稳定性,然后建立了吸引子的一个非平凡吸引域,使系统具有良好的容错性.最后,通过例子验证了得到的结论.     

从烟草悬浮细胞中分离液泡前体的方法研究

通过跟踪含有液泡前体特异标记物的组分, 利用细胞壁酶水解胞壁制造原生质体, 并用真针头挤压的方法裂解细胞, 用蔗糖密度梯度离心的方法分离液泡前体. 通过相差显微镜观察, 发现所分离的液泡前体保持完整的结构. 利用不同细胞器的标记物抗体进行免疫标记检测, 证明所纯化的液泡前体不含其他细胞器, 具有较高的纯度.     

下T6-361井多井防碰绕障技术

下T6—361井是一口双靶定向井，由于受地面和地质条件的限制，必须穿越9口井，其中最近的4口井防碰距仅为13—32m，钻井施工难度大，是一口较典型的多井防碰绕障定向井。在优化井身剖面设计、优选钻具组合、采用导向钻井技术的基础上，采取了一系列安全钻进措施，顺利钻至设计井深。对该井的地质工程设计、井眼轨迹控制及防碰绕障技术等进行了介绍，对同类型井的施工有一定的借鉴。     

A new approach to study organic solar cell using Lambert W-function

Organic photovoltaic solar cells bear an important potential of development in the search for low-cost modules for the production of domestic electricity. One of the main differences between inorganic and organic solar cells is that photo-excitation in these materials does not automatically lead to the generation of free charge carriers, but to bind electron–hole pairs (exciton) with a binding energy of about 0.4 eV. Till now various numerical methods using approximations have been reported to study different aspects of organic solar cells. For the first time an accurate method using Lambert W-function is presented to study different parameters of organic solar cells.     

面向WLAN的MPC852T嵌入式系统设计

MPC852T是Motorola新近推出的MPC866/MPC859T家族中面向低端的一款通信处理器.嵌入式Linux由于其费用低廉及开放源码而具有广阔的发展前景.文中在分析了MPC852T通信处理器和嵌入式Linux操作系统的基础上,将二者结合给出了一种嵌入式硬件系统的设计与实现,以及该硬件系统在无线局域网WLAN中的一种应用.实践证明,该硬件系统具有性能稳定、廉价、可扩展性强、适用面广等优点.     

Immunoelectron localization of mitochondrial F1 factor in cryosections of heart muscle cells

Immunocytochemistry was used to investigate the localization of F1 ATPase in mitochondria of cryosections of adult mouse heart muscle cells. The initial aldehyde fixation was the only denaturation step for antigens. The fine structure was preserved with contrast enhancement as the sections were maintained hydrated, with the advantage that the entire procedure is completed in one working day. The reaction was highly specific, and entire mitochondria were labeled with the Protein A-gold complex. A new analytical technique, electron spectroscopic imaging (ESI), contributed to a better visualization of the localization of the F1 factor.     

PHOSPHORUS AND PHOSPHATE LEVELS IN THE ALEURONE CELLS OF CEREAL GRAINS

The aleurone cells of barley, wheat, rice, rye, oats and triticale contained, comparatively, higher percentages of phosphorus than the aleurone cells of sorghum, maize or millet. The aleurone tissues of barley, wheat and rice had more phosphate than corresponding tissues of sorghum and maize. Phosphate was not detected in the aleurone tissue of maize but was found in trace amounts in the aleurone tissue of sorghum.
