SOAT1: A Suitable Target for Therapy in High-Grade Astrocytic Glioma?

Targeting molecular alterations as an effective treatment for isocitrate dehydrogenase-wildtype glioblastoma (GBM) patients has not yet been established. Sterol-O-Acyl Transferase 1 (SOAT1), a key enzyme in the conversion of endoplasmic reticulum cholesterol to esters for storage in lipid droplets (LD), serves as a target for the orphan drug mitotane to treat adrenocortical carcinoma. Inhibition of SOAT1 also suppresses GBM growth. Here, we refined SOAT1-expression in GBM and IDH-mutant astrocytoma, CNS WHO grade 4 (HGA), and assessed the distribution of LD in these tumors. Twenty-seven GBM and three HGA specimens were evaluated by multiple GFAP, Iba1, IDH1 R132H, and SOAT1 immunofluorescence labeling as well as Oil Red O staining. To a small extent SOAT1 was expressed by tumor cells in both tumor entities. In contrast, strong expression was observed in glioma-associated macrophages. Triple immunofluorescence labeling revealed, for the first time, evidence for SOAT1 colocalization with Iba1 and IDH1 R132H, respectively. Furthermore, a notable difference in the amount of LD between GBM and HGA was observed. Therefore, SOAT1 suppression might be a therapeutic option to target GBM and HGA growth and invasiveness. In addition, the high expression in cells related to neuroinflammation could be beneficial for a concomitant suppression of protumoral microglia/macrophages.     

某除湿级动叶两相流数值模拟

核电汽轮机的大多数级工作在湿蒸汽区,湿蒸汽引起的侵蚀主要有长期低负荷运行引起的静叶出气边根部水蚀以及在动叶进气边顶部的水蚀。如何有效提高动叶除湿能力,降低进气边顶部侵蚀是汽轮机研究的重要课题。基于CFD软件平台,选择k-ε湍流模型和离散相模型研究5μm、20μm、50μm、100μm、150μm、200μm直径的水滴在某除湿级动叶流道中的运动情况,获得动叶内部流动特性以及对水滴的捕捉能力,为除湿级动叶研究和设计提供一些技术建议。     

两组分液滴蒸发特性研究

建立两组分液滴蒸发理论模型,利用Matlab 6.5编程,模拟计算高温气流中液滴的蒸发过程,得出液滴的蒸发规律,而且计算结果与试验结果吻合很好.模拟结果和试验结果表明：在蒸发过程中,两组分液滴蒸发不满足D2定律,乙醇组分比水组分蒸发快,随着乙醇浓度降低,蒸发速率不断下降.乙醇浓度越大,液滴蒸发越快.气流温度越高、气流速度越大,液滴蒸发时间越短,液滴蒸发速度越快.     

单油滴蒸发燃烧周围流场及火焰结构的数值模拟研究

采用一步总包有限反应速率模型模拟了不同相对速度、颗粒尺寸、环境温度条件下单个油滴燃烧。对于全包围燃烧模态,火焰半径的模拟结果与周力行的理论解析解进行对比发现,周的理论解在周向角小于90°范围内和数值模拟结果接近,大于90°,理论解不能精确预测火焰锋面半径;油滴表面局部蒸发率较尾部火焰燃烧模态下的蒸发率小;燃烧状态下油滴颗粒的阻力系数要比冷态条件下的阻力系数小,不能简单套用Wallis-Kliachko公式计算。     

Separable transmit beampattern design for MIMO radars with planar colocated antennas

Multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar transmit beampattern design for one-dimensional arrays has been widely studied in literatures. In this paper, transmit beampattern design is considered for two-dimensional (2D) arrays. As the size of the array is increased, the computational complexity and time for pattern optimization are increased drastically. To overcome these problems, we introduced the conditions upon which the 2D beampattern design for uniform rectangular arrays (URA) can be achieved via the product of two perpendicular transmit beampatterns of uniform linear arrays (ULA). The transmit beampattern design is accomplished under special characteristics such as minimum integrated sidelobe level or special 3 dB beamwidth in azimuth and elevation with much lower computation time.     

射孔孔眼磨蚀对分段压裂裂缝扩展的影响

非常规油气藏分段压裂施工中常利用射孔限流法促进段内多条水力裂缝均匀发育,压裂过程中,支撑剂会逐渐磨蚀射孔孔眼,致使射孔孔眼的限流作用失效。为研究射孔孔眼磨蚀现象对分段压裂中多裂缝发育的影响情况,耦合了孔眼磨蚀模型和水力裂缝扩展模型,建立了考虑射孔孔眼磨蚀的水平井分段压裂裂缝扩展模型。模拟结果表明:随着支撑剂磨蚀破坏射孔孔眼,孔眼的限流能力显著下降,导致压裂段内各水力裂缝尺寸差距增大。基于所建立的数值模型,研究了不同支撑剂浓度、压裂液排量条件下射孔孔眼磨蚀对压裂段内多条水力裂缝扩展的影响。结果表明:(1)压裂液内支撑剂浓度越高,射孔孔眼初期的磨蚀速度越快;(2)支撑剂浓度变化对段内裂缝扩展延伸的影响较小;(3)压裂液排量越高,射孔孔眼限流效果越好,压裂段内各裂缝发育越均匀。最后建议在分段压裂施工中尽可能提高压裂液排量,这将有助于压裂段内各裂缝的均衡发育。     

被动段扰动引力对闭路制导的影响及补偿方法研究

针对被动段扰动引力对弹道式飞行器落点精度的影响问题,提出闭路制导对被动段扰动引力的实时补偿方法。建立动坐标系下自由段运动模型,导出由被动段摄动量计算落点位置的计算公式;分析扰动引力对闭路制导精度的影响机理,得出被动段扰动引力对闭路制导的影响仅与关机点位置相关的结论;进一步利用均匀设计理论,将被动段摄动量拟合为关机点位置偏差的函数,提出将摄动量作为扰动引力修正项引入闭路制导回路的实时补偿方法。仿真结果表明:验证补偿后落点偏差小于5 m,满足制导精度要求。     

基于CIECAM02模型的均匀色貌空间研究

本文利用BFD-CP小色差评估数据构造色分辨椭圆和孟塞尔新标数据集检验的方法,对基于国际照明委员会2002年推荐的色貌模型CIECAM02的颜色空间进行均匀性分析,并用线性回归方法调整初始颜色空间明度、彩度坐标的量表,推导出新的均匀颜色空间。并再次利用构造色分辨椭圆的方法和孟塞尔新标数据集检验了CIECAM02原始空间和优化色貌空间的均匀性,分析和比较了两者的性能;本文利用线性优化新建的色貌空间取得了较理想的效果,新建的优化色貌空间Jab的均匀性与CIECAM02原始空间相比有了较大的提高。     

复域中 Hermite-Fejer 插值多项式的一致收敛性

设Ｄ是复平面上的Ｊｏｒｄａｎ区域，证明了设Ｄ的边界是某些光滑的，又ｆ∈Ｂ（Ｄ），则在Ｆｅｊｅｒ点上ｆ（ｚ）的Ｈｅｒｍｉｔｅ—Ｆｅｊｅｒ插值多项式在Ｄ上一致收敛。     

Spectral properties of diesel fuel droplets

Absorption spectra of several types of diesel fuel are studied experimentally. Index of refraction of these fuels is calculated using subtractive Kramers-Krönig analysis. The ageing process of fuels is simulated by prolonged boiling. Radiative properties of diesel fuel droplets are calculated using the Mie theory and a simplified approach, based on approximations of absorption and scattering efficiency factors. It is pointed out that the accuracy of the simplified approach is sufficient for practical applications in the visible and infrared ranges, for various types of diesel fuel, and for droplet radii in the range from 5 to 50 μm. The monodisperse approximation is shown to be applicable for the analysis of infrared radiative properties of realistic polydisperse diesel fuel sprays.
