以醋酸锌和氯氧化锆为原料,采用化学沉淀法制备了纳米氧化锆/氧化锌光催化剂。在中性条件下研究了催化剂煅烧温度,锆复合量,催化剂用量,染料初始质量浓度,过氧化氢质量浓度,各种阴、阳离子等条件对酸性红B脱色反应的影响。结果表明,该催化剂最佳制备条件为煅烧温度350℃,锆复合量2.5%(物质的量分数)。催化剂最佳用量0.9g/L。提高染料初始质量浓度会降低反应脱色率。适量过氧化氢可提高反应脱色率,当其质量浓度超过300mg/L会起负作用。NO3^-对反应影响不大;Fe^3+和Ag^+对反应起促进作用;SO4^2-,Cl^-,NO2^-等阴离子和Fe^2+,Mn^2+等阳离子对反应起抑制作用。 相似文献

The nano-CeO2/ZnO catalysts were prepared using a novel combination of homogeneous precipitation with micro-emulsion for oxidative coupling of methane with CO2 as an oxidant. The prepared catalysts were compared with those prepared using the conventional impregnation. The catalysts prepared in two ways were characterized with FTIR, TEM, XRD and CO2-TPD. The effects of the reaction temperature, the amount of ZnO doped in the catalysts and the average size were investigated. The experimental investigation demonstrated that methane conversion over the nano-CeO2/ZnO catalysts prepared by the combined technique was higher than that obtained over catalysts prepared by the conventional impregnation. A better low-temperature activity has also been achieved over the nanocatalysts. There was no clear trend between the average size of nano-CeO2/ZnO catalysts and their catalytic performance but methane conversion increased with increasing fractal dimension of nanocatalysts. 相似文献

Sea urchin-like nanostructures of ZnO consisting of ZnO nanowires with blunt faceted ends were grown on Si (100) substrates by oxidation of metallic Zn at 600 °C. ZnO nanowires having a diameter of 30–60 nm and length of 2–4 Μm were in similar shape with uniform diameter along its entire length with well faceted blunt ends. X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscope analysis showed that the as-grown nanostructures were highly crystalline with wurtzite hexagonal structure having lattice constants of a=b=3.25 å and c=5.21 å. Room temperature photoluminescence (PL) measurements showed a weak near band-edge emission at 380 nm, but a strong green emission at 500–530 nm. A model for vapor-solid (VS) growth mechanism of ZnO nanowires was presented, in which nucleation of ZnO is crucial for the growth of the nanostructures. 相似文献

Several investigations have been carried out on Cu/ZnO catalysts by employing extended Xray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) and Xray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). EXAFS investigations of Cu/ZnO catalysts subjected to hydrogen reduction show the presence of Cu1+ species and Cu microclusters. The proportion of Cu1+ depends on the rate of increase of the reduction temperature and on the amount of alumina added. An XPS study of the interaction of CO with model Cu/ZnO catalysts prepared in situ in the electron spectrometer shows the formation of CO2
-, CO3
2- and C2O4
2- species, their proportion relative to CO increasing with the Cu1+/Cu0 ratio. A study of the interaction of CH3OH with Cu clusters deposited on ZnO films reveals reversible molecular adsorption and the formation of CH3O on clean Cu clusters. If the Cu clusters are pretreated with oxygen, however, both CH3O and HCOO- species are produced. Model Cu/ZnO catalyst surfaces containing both Cu1+ and Cu0 species show interesting oxidation properties. On a Cu0-rich catalyst surface, only the CH3O species is formed on interaction with CH3OH. 采用浸渍-热聚合法制备CDs/ZnO/g-C3N4复合材料,考察其对罗丹明B的光降解效率。利用 XRD、TEM、XPS、UV-Vis DRS、FI-IR等手段对催化剂进行表征和评价。结果表明:CDs/ZnO/g-C3N4仍保持石墨相g-C3N4的晶型结构,三元组份相互协同作用使CDs/ZnO/g-C3N4表现出优异的光催化性能,其降解罗丹明B的效果优于单体g-C3N4、ZnO及ZnO/g-C3N4,脱色率可达到70%左右。 相似文献
