基于ST72F561的全数字式汽车组合仪表的设计

本文介绍了新一代电子式汽车组合仪表的设计方案，该设计选择ST公司的8位单片机ST72F561作为控制器，以LCD液晶显示里程数，以步进电机驱动指针显示转速、车速、水温和燃油液位，对重要数据有掉电保护功能，具有超速报警、燃油及水温报警、各种指示灯显示以及CAN总线通讯功能。通过实验证明，该设计符合国家标准，且具有较高的显示精度。     

基于XC2S150E的MP网络电话的实现

利用媒体网的电话系统相当于一个机顶盒,留有电话接口和网口,家用电话插上后可以利用MP网拨打电话.在拓扑上处于 Medianet 骨干网与用户的连接处,属于接入网部分.整个系统由电话控制芯片,编解码芯片和FPGA整体控制组成,遵循8 kbyte/s的速率对语音信号采样并在下行用100 M网口(RJ45)与MP设备(M-BOX)连接.基于MP网络的电话系统数据不做存储,而是直接打包成协议格式发送出去保证实时性.由于不使用IP网络,故未采用TCP/IP协议,而用FPGA按MP网专用协议组包.系统测试比对传输前后数据,仿真图正确.

对SWRH72A硬线盘条在拉拔过程中非正常断裂试样进行分类:杯锥状断口、斜劈状断口、平齐状断口。采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜等测试方法从原材料方面对断口附近金相组织、非金属夹杂物、表面形貌、化学成分进行分析,确定了断裂原因主要为:中心偏析、擦伤、表面缺陷。并针对不同情况提出了预防措施。     

The sources of decentralised output fluctuations in France

Abstract.  This paper examines the sources of disturbances to short-term and long-term output variations in the French regions. We use an error-components model that decomposes decentralised output movements into common national, industry-specific, region-specific, and idiosyncratic effects. We find that industry-specific disturbances account for the major part of the variance of the systematic component of decentralised output fluctuations. Moreover, decentralised regional policy strategies that do not target specific sectors within the region only have a very limited impact on both short-term and long-term sectoral output variations.
Abstract.  Este artículo examina las causas de perturbaciones en las variaciones a corto y largo plazo en el output de las regiones en Francia. Utilizamos un modelo de componente de errores que descompone movimientos de output descentralizados en efectos comunes nacionales, específicos por industria, específicos por regiones, e idiosincrásicos. Encontramos que las perturbaciones específicas por industria explican la mayor parte de la varianza del componente sistemático de fluctuaciones de output descentralizadas. Más aun, las estrategias de políticas regionales descentralizadas que no se dirigen a sectores específicos en la región solo tienen un impacto muy limitado en las variaciones a corto y largo plazo en outputs sectoriales.
 

     

Determinants of state diesel fuel excise tax rates: the political economy of fuel taxation in the United States

Ever-escalating gasoline and diesel fuel prices in the United States (US) are prompting some states to temporarily suspend the collections of gasoline, and in fewer instances, diesel fuel, taxes. The focus of this paper is on the determinants of US state excise taxes levied specifically on diesel fuel. Among other things, we find the freight trucking industry’s contribution to total state employment is a highly significant determinant of a state’s diesel tax rate, consistently suggesting that the greater this contribution, the lower the tax rate, ceteris paribus. We find little evidence that the degree of freight transportation usage on state highways impacts diesel tax rates. These two findings taken together suggest that state legislators, when determining the diesel tax rate, exhibit behavior consistent with Stigler’s (Bell J Econ Manag Sci 2: 3–21, 1971) economic or positive theory of regulation. Moreover, state law makers appear less concerned over the impact that heavy freight transportation has on highway infrastructure, which appears to be at odds with the public interest or normative theory of regulation as articulated by Posner (Bell J Econ Manag Sci 4: 335–358, 1974).

Non-standard cut classification of fuzzy sets

Several important non-standard cut sets of lattice-valued fuzzy sets are investigated. These are strong cuts, “not less” and “neither less nor equal” cuts. In each case it is proved that collection of all cuts of any lattice-valued fuzzy set form a complete lattice under inclusion. Decomposition theorem (representation by cuts) is proved for “neither less nor equal” cuts. Necessary and sufficient conditions under which two lattice-valued fuzzy sets with the same domain have equal families of corresponding cut sets are given.     

Vulcan软件在三维地质建模中的应用——以胶东某金矿为例

Vulcan软件是功能强大的三维建模软件,在全球矿业企业中有广泛的应用。本文以胶东某金矿为例,介绍利用vulcan软件进行三维地质建模的方法步骤及使用效果。结果表明vulcan软件在三维地质建模的应用中是高效可行的。     

SWRH72A盘条拉拔断裂分析

用光学金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对SWRH72A盘条拉拔断裂试样进行一系列检验分析。结果表明:SWRH72A盘条组织中出现大量粗片状的珠光体是导致盘条拉拔断裂的直接原因。大量粗片状珠光体的形成与吐丝前后的冷却速度过慢等因素有关。严格控制吐丝前后的冷却速度,防止盘条堆积过密,可获得拉拔性能优越的索氏体组织。     

以四氟化锗为介质离心分离72Ge同位素技术研究

为研究气体离心法分离⁷²Ge同位素的技术,以四氟化锗（GeF₄）为分离介质,通过理论计算,探索通过短级联浓缩法生产⁷²Ge的可能性。计算结果表明,使用相对丰度匹配级联（matched abundance ratio cascade, MARC）模型,两次分离后可以得到丰度高于55%的⁷²Ge。在实验室现有的离心级联上,采用21级阶梯级联的结构,通过调整级联内部工况和外参量,对级联分离性能进行优化。经过两次分离实验后,最终得到⁷²Ge丰度高于60%的产品。
