添加剂对合成堇青石的影响

本文研究了锆英砂、碳酸钡、硅线石、氟化钙四种添加剂及其含量对合成堇青石晶相组成的影响。结果表明:四种添加剂的加入均提高了堇青石的含量,且加入量都有一最佳值,分别为锆英砂2wt%、碳酸钡3wt%、硅线石2wt%、氟化钙2wt%。     

Effect of solution properties on nanofibrous structure of electrospun poly(lactic‐co‐glycolic acid)

Electrospinning of poly(lactic‐co‐glycolic acid) (PLGA) in chloroform or 1,1,1,3,3,3‐hexafluoro‐2‐propanol (HFIP) was investigated, focusing on its solution parameters, to develop nonwoven biodegradable nanofibrous structures for tissue engineering. PLGA nanofibers were obtained by electrospinning of 15 wt % PLGA solution and the resulting average fiber diameters were varied with the range of 270–760 nm, depending on solution property. When small amounts of benzyl triethylammonium chloride (BTEAC) was added to the PLGA/chloroform solution, the average diameter was decreased from 760 to 450 nm and the fibers were densely amounted in a straight shape. In addition, the average fiber diameter (270 nm) of nanofibers electrospun from polar HFIP solvent was much smaller than that (760 nm) of nanofibers electrospun from nonpolar chloroform solvent. Therefore, it could be concluded that conductivity or dielectric constant of the PLGA solution was a major parameter affecting the morphology and diameter of the electrospun PLGA fibers. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 印制线路板微孔金属化的关键在于在高厚径比的微孔中形成无空洞、无接缝、均匀的铜沉积层.综述了目前微孔填充技术的发展现状,对电镀过程中采用的电流密度、搅拌因素和电流波形等进行了探讨,重点讨论了添加剂对填孔效果的影响及其作用机理.     

采用数值模拟方法研究同时氧化烟气中NO和SO2的可行性添加剂

Mechanism analysis on simultaneous oxidation of NO and SO2 with additives was presented and numerical simulation was developed to investigate the performances of three additives on oxidation of NO and SO2. The simulation result showed that reaction temperature, residence time, additive dose and NO concentration influence the oxidation process significantly. There exists an optimum reaction condition for each additive. n-C4H10 has the strongest ability to oxidize NO and SO2.     

如何解决外加剂与水泥适应性问题初步探索

通过调查研究，综合国内外已有的研究成果，对外加剂与水泥适应性问题进行了研究。研究表明，由于外加剂与水泥相互作用的复杂性，对于不同水泥，外加剂所表现的性能不尽相同。根据国产水泥的性能特点及其与外加剂之间的物理、化学作用，提出减水剂掺量应略高于其饱和点，并根据水泥中C3A含量及含碱量加以适当调整；在适当条件下掺保水剂以减少泌水．改善混凝土工作性能等措施。     

新型甲醇汽油的制备及性能测试

本文研究了甲醇汽油体系相稳定剂,并利用90~#基础汽油和工业精甲醇为主要原料,添加相稳定剂、防腐剂、消烟剂、蒸汽压调节剂和燃烧催化剂等,经科学配方和工艺,成功制备出高性能符合97~#无铅车用汽油国标的甲醇汽油产品。

Galvanostatic and microscopic studies of nodulation during copper electrolysis

The galvanostatic technique on a laboratory scale has been shown to be a useful tool in detecting the presence of nodules on the cathode during copper electrodeposition by using the value of the starting electrolytic potential and by the presence of a cathodic polarization peak on the potential–time curve. Studying the morphology of the deposit with a scanning electron microscope at various magnifications confirmed the galvanostatic results. It is postulated that inappropriate concentrations and/or ratios of the additives (thiourea, gelatin and chloride ions) are associated with a certain current density that generates intergranular microcracks due to adsorption of the additives and leads to the formation of nodules at the macroscale.     

Possible use of methylbenzenes as electrolyte additives for improving the overcharge tolerances of Li-ion batteries

Based on the voltammetric behaviour of a series of methyl-substituted benzenes in 1M LiPF₆/EC-DMC electrolyte, xylene was selected and tested as an electrolyte additive for overcharge protection of Li-ion batteries. From the overcharge curves, CV behaviour and SEM observations of the cells in the presence of xylene, it was found that the additive can polymerize at the overcharged voltage to form a dense layer of isolating polymer film at the cathode surface, which blocks off further oxidation of the electroactive material and electrolyte and, therefore, improves the overcharge tolerance of the Li-ion battery. In addition, the xylene additive has shown only a slight influence on the cycling behaviour.
