蒽基磷酸衍生物自组装膜修饰的有机薄膜晶体管

本工作主要介绍一种利用新型磷酸衍生物作为分子自组装膜来修饰二氧化硅介电层,从而提升有机薄膜晶体管性能的方法。将红荧烯真空蒸镀到这种分子自组装膜修饰的基片表面制备的晶体管其空穴迁移率为0.18cm2/Vs , 比裸二氧化硅作介电层的晶体管性能有10多倍的性能提升。研究表面这种磷酸衍生物自组装膜在促进红荧烯蒸镀成膜方面有特殊作用,可以诱导其形成有序结晶膜,从而提高晶体管整体性能。

Synthesis, crystal structure and electrochemical properties of a novel tetranuclear silver(I) cluster based on 1,1′-bis[(2-hydroxybenzylidene)thiocarbonohydrazono-1-ethyl] ferrocene (FcL)

A novel tetranuclear silver(I) heterocyclic cluster, which is of nano-hole structure, based on 1,1′-bis[(2-hydroxybenzylidene)thiocarbonohydrazono-1-ethyl] ferrocene (FcL) has been prepared and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffractions. In addition, its electrochemical properties are also discussed. The results confirm that the receptor FcL is responsive to Ag⁺.     

A Stimuli‐Responsive,Photoluminescent, Anthracene‐Based Liquid Crystal: Emission Color Determined by Thermal and Mechanical Processes

Here, a photoluminescent liquid crystal that exhibits a change of emission color on the metastable–stable phase transition induced by external stimuli is prepared. A 2,6‐diethynylanthracene derivative with amide groups and dendritic side chains exhibits a columnar phase on slow cooling from the isotropic phase and shows blue emission in this columnar phase. In contrast, a cubic phase is obtained by rapid cooling from the isotropic phase. In the cubic phase, the 2,6‐diethynylanthracene cores form excimers, resulting in yellow emission. While the columnar phase is a stable liquid‐crystalline (LC) phase, the cubic phase is a metastable LC phase. It is found that a change of the photoluminescent color from yellow to blue is observed on the cubic‐columnar phase transition induced by heating or mechanical shearing for this 2,6‐diethynylanthracene derivative in the cubic phase. This change of photoluminescent color is ascribed to the inhibition of excimer formation on the metastable–stable LC phase transition.     

多相流动基本方程应遵循的基本原则

迄今,已建立众多形式的多相流动基本方程组,可归结为两大类:多流体模型和混合物模型。由于这些模型得到的方程组在形式上存在差异而引起许多争论。其中,关于各相之间的相互作用力和压力在各相之间的分配问题的讨论由来已久;新近又提出了关于随体导数的讨论。本文主要讨论多相流动基本方程应遵循的基本原则,即相容性原则、物质坐标不变性和物质客观性原则,其结果可以沟通这两大类模型的统一描述。     

羊毛脂及其衍生物在皮革化学品研究中的应用

在介绍羊毛脂的组成和主要衍生物结构与基本特性的基础上，详细综述了国内外羊毛脂及其衍生物制备皮革化学品的发展状况及其应用特点，同时从分子设计角度阐述了以羊毛脂为原料研究开发皮革化学品的基本技术思路与方法，并对羊毛脂在皮革化学品的应用前景进行了展望。     

稠环衍生物类液晶的合成进展

新型稠环衍生物类液晶具有优越的光电性能,是近年来显示用液晶材料研究的热点领域;在合成中运用了大量新方法和新试剂,收效显著,有较高的参考意义。文中就目前已报道的化合物,从中心桥键、端基及中心骨架构成的角度对该类液晶的合成进行了综合论述。     

裂解C5的综合利用及其前景

综述了裂解C5的分离及其下游衍生物(异戊二烯、环戊二烯、间戊二烯、C5石油树脂等)的应用市场和需求,以及国内裂解C5资源及其利用前景。     

New Methods for Identifying Rheological Parameter for Fractional Derivative Modeling of Viscoelastic Behavior

The modelling of viscoelastic behaviour by fractional derivatives, thegraphical method called the TIBI Diagram that is developed in this article, is anew approach, completely different from the classical methods, which aresomewhat inspired by the BODE diagram technique. The TIBI technique permits thereduction to a strict minimum of two break frequencies, which is theminimum number necessary, while the other graphical methods ofidentification require up to ten parameters to determine linear viscoelastic behaviour.The second method developed in this paper is a numerical approachwhich is very flexible with regard to the experimental complex moduluspermitting the determination of rheological characteristics. One needs a group offrequencies limited only to the transition region of the material.These two original methods are combined in certain cases to obtainsemi-graphical techniques.Experimental and simulation results are presented for each methodwith comparative analysis.
