借助 ANSYS大型有限元分析软件 ,实现了 16 V2 4 0曲轴淬火过程的计算机模拟 ,模拟结果可直观地显示出任一时刻曲轴表面及内部的温度分布、冷却曲线以及淬火结束后的残余应力分布 ,并能预测淬硬层深度。同时对比了轴颈内圆角处进行淬火和不进行淬火两种工艺的效果 ,为现场提供了用虚拟现实方法详尽分析和研究淬火工艺的工具。     

数字视频混合系统的设计

介绍了利用Philips的一款视频芯片SAA71 99B实现的数字视频混合系统.该系统可以将一路PAL制彩色复合视频信号编码进入另一路PAL制彩色复合视频信号中,以取代第二路视频中用户指定的颜色,从而实现了两路视频的混合.另外还介绍了如何利用单片机的I/O口模拟I 2C总线以及如何利用单片机进行彩色空间变换的算法.     

Effects of fluoropolymer addition to an epoxy on scratch depth and recovery

Samples were prepared by addition of a fluorinated poly(aryl ether ketone) (12F-PEK) to a commercial epoxy resin and curing at either 24 °C or 70 °C. The concentrations of fluoropolymer in the samples were 0, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50%. Phase inversion facilitates the formation of more and more smooth surfaces for scratch testing with increasing fluoropolymer concentration. A progressively increasing load from 0.03 N to 12 N was administered with a diamond tip to the surfaces of the samples; depths were determined within ±7.5 nm. The original scratch depth is a function of the fluoropolymer concentration. Scratch recovery (healing) reaches values up to 95%. Plots of the residual depth versus concentration of the fluoropolymer at 4, 6, 8, and 10 N reveal minima for all forces and both temperatures. Addition of only 5% or 10% 12F-PEK improves the scratch recovery significantly. The results are explained by changes of material morphology with the fluoropolymer concentration. The Perception of a Colored Translucent Sheet on a Background

Metelli's theory of the perception of translucency models the effective reflectance of a translucent sheet on a background as a partitive mixture of the color of the sheet and the color of the background. In the achromatic case, the usable (that is, scale-invariant) rules governing the apparent reflectances are the same as those that would emerge from the Kubelka-Munk theory. For chromatic translucency, the relationships are more complex, but a set of rules still emerge from the partitive-mixture theory that are invariant to tradeoffs between illuminant and reflectances. This column sets forth the rules in the hopes that they will have graphical applications, both on computer VDUs and in hardcopy.     

An algebraic method for processing colored images

An 8-valued commutative ring is developed to process colored images. Algebraic operators are defined to perform a number of operations such as the extraction of the primary colors and contours of different colors.

Bandwidth correction for LED chromaticity

The spectral bandwidth formulae of Stearns and Stearns   are generalized for an arbitrary slit function. Correction coefficients are derived in terms of moments of the slit function. Application to model LED spectra measured with a compact, fiber‐coupled spectrometer having bandwidth of order 12 nm, and a nonlinear wavelength scale shows that accurate LED color measurements may be obtained with such an instrument. Fitting of the relatively broad slit function to line spectra for accurate wavelength calibration is also described. Such fitting, coupled consistently with the bandpass correction, improves the accuracy color measurements with a broad‐response spectrometer. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
