模型处理是影响3D打印钛合金零件成形精度的关键因素之一。以电子束3D打印几种典型形状TC4钛合金零件为研究对象,通过对成形零件进行精度检测,分析其在模型处理过程中引起误差的来源,提出了几项改进措施:对于圆柱体轴类零件,将模型精度设置提高到0. 02 mm,可有效提高零件的成形精度;对于点阵多孔零件,提高STL数据的精度并优化切层算法,保持切层前后模型原貌是解决该问题的途径;对于针状细圆柱零件,将相同零件按照同一方向摆放,可以减少摆放角度对偏差的随机性影响;对于异形件,应在满足成形精度的前提下合理布局并减少支撑;对于薄壁零件,增加支撑密度能够有效提高零件悬空部分的成形精度。  相似文献

The heat treatment effect on the characteristics and tensile strength of plasma-sprayed alumina, yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ), and mixtures of alumina and YSZ coatings on titanium was investigated. The as-sprayed structures of alumina and YSZ coatings consists of a and y alumina phases, and cubic and tetragonal zirconia phases, respectively. The tensile strength of the coatings containing a large amount of YSZ is increased from 25 to 50 MPa by heat treatment at 800 °C. The 60% YSZ-AI2O3 coating showed the highest tensile strength. The tensile strength increase of the YSZ-containing coating by heat treatment is caused by formation of 10 to 100 nm wide microcracks. The interface adhesion strength between the heat-treated titanium substrate and the alumina-containing coating is increased by chemical reaction at the in-terface. Thus, a heat-treated alumina and zirconia mixture coating may be favorable in obtaining high tensile strength due to microcrack formation in the coating and the chemical reaction at the interface. The successful replacement of the present generation of corrosion-resistant materials (nitric acid-grade stainless steel and Ti) by Ti-5Ta-1.8Nb, which has better corrosion resistance, depends on its weldability characteristics. This article presents the results of a study on the fabrication, qualification, and microstructural characterization of the welds. Welding was carried out using the direct current electrode negative (DCEN) polarity tungsten inert gas (TIG) (manual) welding method with high-purity Ar shielding. Testing was carried out as per the ASME standard (section IX, welding and brazing). Qualification tests found that the weldment met the required properties. The weldment showed heterogeneous microstructures, which are rationalized based on differences in phase transformation mechanisms that are dictated by the thermal cycles experienced by various microscopic regions. The results, described in this article, confirm that the weldability of the developmental Ti-Ta-Nb alloy is excellent. A preliminary evaluation of the corrosion behavior of the welds showed rates comparable to that of the base metal, establishing that this alloy could be considered as an alternative material for use in highly corrosive environments.  相似文献

在体积比为1∶1的乙醇水溶液中,合成了钐(Sm)-对苯二甲酸(1,4-bdc)二元纳米配合物Sm(1,4-bdc)2.3H2O.利用元素分析(CHN)、红外光谱(FTIR)、热分析(DSC-TGA)、紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)、荧光分光光度计(FS)和透射电镜(TEM)等分析手段对纳米配合物的组成、光学性质、形貌和粒径进行了分析与表征.实验结果表明,在二元纳米配合物中,对苯二甲酸的羧基氧与Sm3+配位;此二元纳米配合物具有一定的荧光性能,形貌为球形,粒径范围3.8~68.9nm,平均粒径为26.3nm.  相似文献

研究了通过高能球磨制备TiB2/TiC纳米复合粉体的反应过程和机理,对粉体的显微结构进行了表征.实验结果表明,采用金属 Ti和 B4C为原料,在球磨过程中, TiC先于 TiB2形成.球磨5h后Ti与B4C反应生成TiB2和TiC,在随后的长时间高能球磨过程中TiB2和TiC两相保持稳定.球磨 30h后,直径约 8nm的 TiC纳米粒子分布在 100~200 nm的 TiB2粒子中,形成均匀分布的纳米TiB2/TiC复合粉体.  相似文献

In the present investigation in order to promote TiO2 pellet structure and its photocatalytic activity, two new precursors were synthesized in the powder and sol forms, using sol–gel method with precipitation of TiCl4. Since TiO2 pellets are normally synthesized by the commercial TiO2 powder (DegussaP25), in this investigation and in the first step a new synthesized TiO2 powder was produced and compared with DegussaP25. Subsequently, two types of pellet were made by the new synthesized powder and titania sol. The characterization of the synthesized TiO2 powder and pellet were performed by XRD, FT-IR, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The result showed that by the new procedure utilized here, without using any additive not only the surface area of the produced TiO2 powder has been increased, but also the crystalline phase is completely in the anatase form. It was also found that the synthesized pellets by the sol precursor had better morphological structure than the synthesized pellets by theTiO2 powder (either DegussaP25 or new synthesized powder). Ultimately, in order to evaluate photocatalytic activity of TiO2 powders and pellet, degradation of RhodamineB was tested.  相似文献

Abstract

Co-stabilised (Y,Mg) partially stabilised zirconia (PSZ) ceramics with MgAl2O4 spinel additions were produced, with industrial zirconia as the main starting material. Powders were prepared using a mechanical milling–mixing process. The effect of the annealing process on the mechanical properties, phase compositions, and microstructure of fine grained PSZ ceramics was investigated.  相似文献
