文章针对在东海西湖凹陷六口井 31 1 .2mm及 2 1 5 .9mm井眼所使用的PDC钻头统计分析 ,并结合笔者自己使用PDC钻头的实践 ,提出使用PDC钻头时注意环节 ,建议针对西湖凹陷地层的特点选择适合该地区的PDC钻头类型     

开流形的曲率与拓扑

应用比较几何的方法研究了完备非紧且具有特定曲率条件的黎曼流形，证明了在一定Pinching条件限制下，流形具有有限拓扑型或者微分同胚于R^n。     

Patterns of discrimination in hiring job applicants with disabilities: The role of disability type, job complexity, and public contact.

Objective: To evaluate the effects of disability type, job complexity, and public contact on hiring decisions. Design and Participants: An Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA; 1990) fact sheet and matched resumes with vocational and medical histories including chronic mental illness, developmental disability, closed head injury, and back injury were provided to 295 undergraduate business-related majors, who rated the applicants' suitability for 2 job positions and work shifts. Results: Findings indicated disparities in ratings of employability as a function of disability type. Paired comparisons yielded complementary findings, with effects of disability type and Disability Type × Job Complexity, but no effects of public contact. Conclusions: Stereotyping and discrimination in employment decisions apparently persist, more than 10 years after the ADA. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2010 APA, all rights reserved)     

Pool boiling on a superhydrophilic surface

Titanium Dioxide, TiO₂, is a photocatalyst with a unique characteristic. A surface coated with TiO₂ exhibits an extremely high affinity for water when exposed to UV light and the contact angle decreases nearly to zero. Inversely, the contact angle increases when the surface is shielded from UV. This superhydrophilic nature gives a self-cleaning effect to the coated surface and has already been applied to some construction materials, car coatings and so on. We applied this property to the enhancement of boiling heat transfer. An experiment involving the pool boiling of pure water has been performed to make clear the effect of high wettability on heat transfer characteristics. The heat transfer surface is a vertical copper cylinder of 17 mm in diameter and the measurement has been done at saturated temperature and in a steady state. Both TiO₂-coated and non-coated surfaces were used for comparison. In the case of the TiO₂-coated surface, it is exposed to UV light for a few hours before experiment and it is found that the maximum heat flux (CHF) is about two times larger than that of the uncoated surface. The temperature at minimum heat flux (MHF) for the superhydrophilic surface is higher by 100 K than that for the normal one. The superhydrophilic surface can be an ideal heat transfer surface. 单轴-平面W型复合锶铁氧体的制备及其吸波特性研究

用草酸盐共沉淀和微量掺杂法研制六角晶系W型Ni,Zn,Co,Al多元复合锶铁氧体，通过调节Ni2W同Co2W的摩尔比例，可使该种铁氧体易磁化方向从C单轴型向垂于C轴的平面型转化，控制置换锶铁氧体中部分Fe3 的微量掺杂Al3 ，可以调整4πMs值，提高磁晶各向异性场，测试分析了5种不同含Co量的W型复合锶铁氧体粉料涂层的吸波特性，发现其自然共振吸收峰随Co含量增加向低频方向偏移，最高吸收峰可达32．8dB，是适用于电子隐形技术的高品位的微波吸收剂。

金属清净剂的性能研究

为了改进金属清净剂的抗氧性和极压抗磨性能，用一种含硫磷的羧酸衍生物部分中和清净剂中过碱性组分，得到两种改进的金属清净剂，并用四球机和热重分析仪评价其极压抗磨和抗氧化性能。结果表明功能化处理提高了金属清净剂抗氧化和极压性能，但未对分散和抗磨性能产生显著影响。     

Storage Stability of Antioxidant-Washed Myofibrils From Chicken White and Red Muscle

Oxidation and gel-forming ability of chicken white (breast) and red (leg) muscle myofibrillar proteins during storage at 0°C were examined. Breast myofibril gels exhibited greater shear moduli than leg myofibril gels throughout 8 days storage. Shear moduli of both breast and leg gels in the intermediate temperature zone (45–55°C) decreased during storage, but at >55°C, they either increased or remained unchanged. Lipid oxidation was inhibited by washing myofibrils with antioxidants propyl gal-late, ascorbate, and tripolyphosphate. However, these antioxidants did not affect the content of protein carbonyls, and only slightly decreased the amine content during storage. Storage affected the kinetic process of myofibril gelation independently of antioxidant treatments.
