全球移动增值业务发展现状

移动增值业务在全球的发展速度依然很快,非话音收入占电信总收入的比重越来越大.在移动增值业务的发展上,日本遥遥领先,韩国紧随其后.在中国,虽然短信业务收入开始下降,但无线应用协议(WAP)、交互式语音回应(lVR)等业务收入快速攀升,从而保证了移动增值业务在中国的发展速度.由于中国信息产业部整顿收费混乱的移动增值业务市场,使服务提供商/内容提供商(SP/CP)的暴利时代成为过去,增值业务市场进入精耕细作期.随着用户对移动增值业务新的需求的不断增长,整首音乐下载、移动E-mail以及手机电视等业务将成为未来全球最有前途的移动增值业务.     

The social consequences of expressive suppression.

At times, people keep their emotions from showing during social interactions. The authors' analysis suggests that such expressive suppression should disrupt communication and increase stress levels. To test this hypothesis, the authors conducted 2 studies in which unacquainted pairs of women discussed an upsetting topic. In Study 1, one member of each pair was randomly assigned to (a) suppress her emotional behavior, (b) respond naturally, or (c) cognitively reappraise in a way that reduced emotional responding. Suppression alone disrupted communication and magnified blood pressure responses in the suppressors' partners. In Study 2, suppression had a negative impact on the regulators' emotional experience and increased blood pressure in both regulators and their partners. Potential use of phenolic antioxidants on peanut to control growth and aflatoxin B1 accumulation by Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus

Food‐grade antioxidants: butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA), propyl paraben (PP) and butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) (10 and 20 mmol g^?1) and all the mixtures of these chemicals were tested for inhibitory activity on the growth of and aflatoxin B₁ (AFB₁) accumulation by Aspergillus parasiticus and A. flavus on irradiated (7 kGy) peanut grains. Also, the influence of these treatments was evaluated in different water conditions (0.982, 0.955, 0.937a_w) at 11 and 35 days of incubation at 28 °C. Water activity (a_w) affected the fungal growth, no fungal development was observed at the highest stress water condition (0.937a_w). Butylated hydroxyanisole at 10 mmol g^?1 level and all the mixtures with PP and/or BHT were significantly effective (P = 0.05) in increasing lag phase and reducing growth rate and colony forming units per gram of peanut of both Aspergillus section Flavi strains and AFB₁ accumulation. The application of BHA at concentrations of 20 mmol g^?1 alone or with PP and/or BHT totally inhibited fungal growth at 11 and 35 days of incubation. The results suggest that the addition of these chemical mixtures on peanut grains at low levels has potential to impact synergically on the control of Aspergillus section Flavi. 中小水电站大多数建在偏远山区，并网管理难度非常大，解决中小水电站的信息传输是主要的技术难点之一。随着计算机技术的发展，嵌入式Web服务器技术在远程监控和实时通信系统中的应用越来越广泛。将Web技术引入中小水电站信息采集系统中，可以实现对中小水电站基于浏览器方式的远程监控。文中结合中小水电站通信结构，介绍了嵌入式Web服务器技术在中小水电站信息采集系统中的应用。     

Weak coin flipping with small bias

This paper presents a quantum protocol that demonstrates that weak coin flipping with bias ≈0.239, less than 1/4, is possible. A bias of 1/4 was the smallest known, and followed from the strong coin flipping protocol of Ambainis in [33rd STOC, 2001] (also proposed by Spekkens and Rudolph [Phys. Rev. A 65 (2002) 012310]). Protocols with yet smaller bias ≈0.207 have independently been discovered by Ambainis (2001) and Spekkens and Rudolph [Phys. Rev. Lett. 89 (2002) 227901]. We also present an alternative strong coin flipping protocol with bias 1/4 with analysis simpler than that of Ambainis [33rd STOC, 2001].
