The transitions and reactions involved in the thermal treatment of several commercial azodicarbonamides (ADC) in an inert atmosphere have been studied by dynamic thermogravimetry analysis (TGA), mass spectrometry and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. A pseudo‐mechanistic model, involving several competitive and non‐competitive reactions, has been suggested and applied to the correlation of the weight loss data. The model applied is capable of accurately representing the different processes involved, and can be of great interest in the understanding and quantification of such phenomena, including the simulation of the instantaneous amount of gases evolved in a foaming process. In addition, a brief discussion on the methodology related to the mathematical modeling of TGA data is presented, taking into account the complex thermal behaviour of the ADC. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A novel mixed‐mode expanded bed adsorbent with anion‐exchange properties was explored with benzylamine as the functional ligand. The cellulose composite matrix, densified with stainless steel powder, was prepared with the method of water‐in‐oil suspension thermal regeneration. High activation levels of the cellulose matrix were obtained with allyl bromide because of the relative inertness of the allyl group under the conditions of the activation reaction. After the formation of the bromohydrin with N‐bromosuccinimide and coupling with benzylamine, the activated matrix was derived to function as a mixed‐mode adsorbent containing both hydrophobic and ionic groups. The protein adsorption capacity was investigated with bovine serum albumin as a model protein. The results indicated that the prepared adsorbent could bind bovine serum albumin with a high adsorption capacity, and it showed salt tolerance. Effective desorption was achieved by a pH adjustment across the isoelectric point of the protein. The interactions between the cell and adsorbent were studied, and the bioadhesion was shielded by the adjustment of the salt concentration above 0.1M. Stable fluidization in the expanded bed was obtained even in a 2% (dry weight) yeast suspension. The direct capture of target proteins from a biomass‐containing feedstock without extra dilution steps could be expected with the mixed‐mode adsorbent prepared in this work, and this would be especially appropriate for expanded bed adsorption applications. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 去除噪声是必需的地震数据处理过程。由于地表条件和地震波激发、传播以及接收条件等诸多方面的原因,时常引起地震记录上出现各种相干干扰波。本文主要针对地震数据处理中地震剖面上存在的各种相干噪声,提出了时问一空间域自适应相干噪声衰减技术,以进行信噪分离。这种方法把噪声在整个处理平面上的视速度近似看作常量(正值或负值),可以有效地消除地震剖面上的线性噪声、面波以及多次波等,并且对信号的保真度高。本文方法是复杂地区低信噪比地震数据处理的一种理想的噪声去除方法,具有运算速度快、压制噪声效果好等优点。 相似文献

生烃化学动力学在川东北普光气田的应用 总被引:9,自引:2,他引:7
普光气田是四川盆地近期发现的规模最大、埋藏最深、资源丰度最高的气田。通过认识普光气田各个烃源岩层的贡献量、生烃关键期与构造演化的关系、油气成藏具体模式等,建立生烃化学动力学模型、标定参数,结合地区烃源岩参数和地史、热史资料,定量描述该地区的生烃过程及油裂解成气过程。认为:普光地区的主力烃源岩为下志留统泥岩;主要干酪根生油期为早二叠世末到早三叠世末期(距今286Ma至240Ma);主要干酪根生气期为中三叠世(距今240Ma至230Ma);主要气源是原油后期热裂解气,原油裂解成气的时间比较晚,主要油裂解成气期为早白垩世(距今144Ma至97.5Ma),从而决定了普光气田的成藏模式为“多期成藏,油气转化,晚期定位”。图2表3参33 相似文献

In this article, we are combining minimization criteria in the colorant separation process for spectral color reproduction. The colorant separation is performed by inverting a spectral printer model: the spectral Yule‐Nielsen modified Neugebauer model. The inversion of the spectral printer model is an optimization operation in which a criterion is minimized at each iteration. The approach we proposed minimizes a criterion defined by the weighted sum of a spectral difference and a perceptual color difference. The weights can be tuned with a parameter α ∞ [0, 1]. Our goal is to decrease the spectral difference between the original data and its reproduction and also to consider perceptual color difference under different illuminant conditions. In order to find the best α value, we initially compare a pure colorimetric criterion and a pure spectral criterion for the reproduction, then we combine them. We perform four colorant separations: the first separation will minimize the 1976 CIELAB color difference where four illuminants are tested, the second separation will minimize an equally weighted summation of 1976 CIELAB color difference with the four illuminants tested independently, the third colorant separation will minimize a spectral difference, and the fourth colorant separation will combine a weighted sum of a spectral difference and one of the two first colorimetric differences previously introduced. This last colorant separation can be tuned with a parameter in order to emphasize on spectral or colorimetric difference. We use a six colorants printer with artificial inks for our experiments. The prints are simulated by the spectral Yule‐Nielsen modified Neugebauer model. Two groups of data are used for our experiments. The first group describes the data printed by our printing system, which is represented by a regular grid in colorant space of the printer and the second group describes the data which is not originally produced by our printing system but mapped to the spectral printer gamut. The Esser test chart and the Macbeth Color Checker test chart have been selected for the second group. Spectral gamut mapping of this data is carried out before performing colorant separation. Our results show improvement for the colorant separations combining a sum of 1976 CIELAB color difference for a set of illuminants and for the colorant separation combining a sum of 1976 CIELAB color difference and spectral difference, especially in the case of spectral data originally produced by the printer. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The objective of this study is to determine the chemical kinetics of desulphurization of Thai limestone in an atmospheric fluidized bed combustor (AFBC). The experiments, which employed the batch technique using the limestone samples from six major sources in Thailand, were performed in a laboratory‐scale AFBC. The results obtained were analysed and correlated in the form of apparent reaction rate and deactivation rate constants as a function of operating conditions of the furnace and their properties, respectively. The formulae derived from these correlations were kept as general as possible in order that they could be used as input parameters for the selected mathematical model of desulphurization in an AFBC that is suitable for practical use. 为提高抽油机减速器齿轮铸件的机械性能,提出以Sn代替Mo作为合金元素,并通过试验确定了合理的Si、Cu、Sn的加入量。指出Si加入量应控制在1.9%-2.1%范围内,同时加入0.36%~0.9%的Cu和0.025%~0.07%的Sn,可保证球铁的强度和延伸率都满足QT700-2的要求。鉴于试件与实际铸件的表面硬度有一定的差值,为提高铸件表面硬度,进行了余热正火试验,并给出了铸件在铸型内的时间-冷却温度曲线。最后根据球铁化学成分的选择结果,进行了齿轮生产试验。 相似文献

A numerical study of the transport phenomena arising in a single-screw extruder channel is carried out. A non-Newtonian fluid
is considered, using a power law model for the variable viscosity. Chemical reaction kinetics are also included. Finite difference
computations are carried out to solve the governing set of partial differential equations for the velocity, temperature and
species concentration fields, over a wide range of governing parameters for the case of a tapered screw channel.
The numerical treatment for this combined heat and mass transfer problem is outlined. A marching procedure in the down-channel
direction is adopted and the validity of the scheme for practical problems discussed. For large viscous dissipation, the material
heats up considerably due to the prevailing shear field, affecting the viscosity significantly, and results in large changes
in the pressure development at the end of the channel. The rate of reaction controls the mass diffusion rate which in turn
affects viscosity and the flow significantly. The dimensionless throughput,q
